Absolutely waste of time and service. Service center officials at the counter make you make you wait so long even though there are no customer. They don’t even ask why are you there . They sit and pretend to look at their screen and you have to yourself figure it how and where to look for any help . Pathetic customer service .. should completely avoid this place
Was a 5 for me for the last 5 years, this is where I bought my Honda 2016 HRV, I take my vehicle here for routine regularly maintenance, never had a bad experience until now! I have been waiting for a refund for parts since Oct.5th, if you call no one answers! I can only get a response through the chat and then someone will call and seemingly doesnt care that I spent almost $700 on parts on Sept. 24th, outside of the thousands I have spent at this dealership! This review is for the manager of the dealership I deserve my refund! Until then my rating for Autonation Honda is 2! I dont want another empty promise about my cash! I was supposed to have it in 7-10 days 25 days ago!
Had to wait for 4 hours for oil change and misc service even after having an appointment . Was not provided wait time upon arrival and had to ask several times about vehicle service status . Before arriving, called several times to check part status. No one answers the phone call in service department . Don’t waste your time calling them .
Do not go here without an appointment. Went in for an oil change and sat for 3 hours with still no service and other cars being put ahead of mine. Ive never had this kind of issue with other dealership service centers as a walk in for an oil change. This is a 15 minute procedure that should have dedicated staff.At least be honest and upfront and tell your customers that it will take a long time so we can make a decision on whether to wait.
I scheduled a service visit and even select the an advisor. I got a confirmation email and went to the service on time. The advisor told me that I dont have you on my computer. I showed him the confirmation with his own name. He said; your name is not on my computer.That is it, neither an apology, nor an explanation about the reasoning of the failure. He said he can have me at the end of the day, it was an 12pm appointment. I asked his supervisor and he said he is at vacation. I talked to a gentlemen from sales department and he mediate the problem with an another agent. I believe his name was Philips. Thank you Phillips!!!
Had an appointment at 1pm for general maintenance. Tire rotation and oil change. Didnt get car back til almost 4 when they close. On the way home tire light came on and had to check tire pressure. Tires were overfilled. Received a voicemail later stating they forgot to put my wheel locks on. Very displeased with them. Guess Ill just have to make the extra trek out to wolfchase next time.
Scheduled my appointment 10 days ahead after it took days before finally getting someone to answer the phone. Took time off and arranged someone to pick me up. After waiting about 15 minutes before a service advisor finally had time to help, I was told they would have to order the fuel pump because they were not allowed to order it without an open ticket. They knew it would be needed for my appointment 10 days ago. They knew my VIN number to open a ticket. Now I have to reschedule and make all the arrangements again. One star is being generous.
Honda makes a very fine automobile,AutoNation displays them well,a modern facility and a good selection of new cars.However,beware of so called dealer parts,only available at theManufacturers facilities .went in to get a key made,and with all the electronics in todays car even the key is special,and customized .after the proper blank was determined,it now had to be tooled to be electronic lly compatibile.key and labor cost was $220 ! I just had a house key,less than $2

Service dept is solid. Terrell is our service advisor. Serviced our 2019 CR-V last week. His boss noticed a pretty big scuff mark on the bumper (16 year old driver). Had Terrell get the detail guy to fix it - no charge. They service both my Hondas. And will for as long as the service is this good!
Never had an issue with them. They service my Acura better than the Acura dealership.
I had to drive my mom up there to get her HRV service, she had an appointment at 7:30am we made it there at 7:15, a man guided us to drive up, mom handed him the key, we walked inside, a lady was before us, and she was talking to one of the service man, and it was 3 more available, me and mom just stood up there, no one side anything, and I told mom, they suppose to say, hello welcome to Honda, how can I help you? Two guys and 1 woman had they head down, after I said what I said, the lady said, how can I help you? Mom said, that she had an appointment at 7:30, and the lady asked, my mom what was her name, mom told her, she typed her name in the computer, and she said, mom service man, name is Curtis, and he wasnt at his desk, she walked over to Curtis desk, where mom paperwork was, had mom to sign it, and she ask mom was she leaving her car, or staying? Mom said, staying so she told mom to have a sit, and we went over to have a sit, and then went and made us a cup of coffee to drink while we waited, about an 1 hour and a half later, mom service man Curtis came told told her that, they moving her vehicle to do the the wheel alignment, mom asked how long that would be? Curtis (service man) said, 30 minutes. After 30 minutes had pass, Curtis came and got the lady before us, because her vehicle was ready, and he told mom 5 more minutes, and we sat there for 7 minutes, me and mom was looking out of the window, and they had my mom HRV outside that window where we pull in at in the service area, it had been up there for awhile, thats why I gave them 4 stars, because they had us just sitting there while my mom HRV was already ready, that didnt make any since to us, we could have been gone, it took over 2 hours and 15 minutes, to get and oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel ailment.
Went due to check engine light being on and decided to get an oil change as well. I was not notified about the results of the diagnostic test or the results of the visual inspection that was performed during the oil change that was marked address leaking fluid. I was never notified when my vehicle was returned to the service bay at all. I am accustomed to the service advisor notifying me of any issues while the vehicle is still with the service tech to see if I want the problem corrected, but that didnt happen on this visit.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated, the technician did not tighten up and lugs on my front driver side tire, my wife was driving and heard a knock, I take to shop and mechanic was able to move each lug nut with finger tips, also each time had at least 1 loose lugnut, I called and complained and was told manager would call me back, its been 5 days and still no phone call, so I would not recommend this place to anyone, I called back a few days later and talked to service tech and all she offered was a discount, I had to pay mechanic I took it to roughly 100 dollars and all i get offered is a small discount, i give this place a minus 100 stars
Everything was handled efficiently. Our sales person Taurus Watson answered all our questions, program the phone and clock. I am very happy with my car

I went it to get a belt changed on my Honda Accord. They were very helpful and said it would take roughly 2 hours to finish. I sat in their waiting area where they had drinks and snacks. They finished my belt replacement within an hour. Very friendly staff
Took my 2010 Honda Accord with 100,000 miles to have a front end noise looked at. Service advisor said they looked at it and it needed a new transmission and it would be $3000... I thought that seemed odd so I took it to a local place who correctly diagnosed the issue as a wheel bearing, which came in at less than $400. Either incompetence or bad business!
