Professional service and great price 👍

The staff at Nurre were very helpful. They helped me complete a window project at my house and made suggestions that saved me money! I brought an old window in and they had knew exactly what to do to fix while keeping its original look. This is my second time to use them, and will continue in the future.

Susan was fast and efficient. The gentleman that came to replace my back door glass were polite and prompt with appointment time. Amazing service!!

Professional, detail oriented staff. Designers dream for custom glass needs

This has to be the worst glass shop in Memphis, waited over 6 weeks for 2 pieces of replacement glass on the 4th week it came in wrong waited 2 more weeks got glass and it was out of square and wrong size had to beat window frame to make it fit,, I took old glass in for them to size it byNOT GOING BACK

Very unfriendly over priced NO customer service. They was referred by Stewart Brother hardware in Bartlett TN, there always other game in town.

After calling 4 retailers we decided to give our order to them because of their reasonable and affordable price . The owner (David) is a very nice and responsible person . We had some problem after installation and he personally came and took care of them . I am very happy with their job.

Rude and prejudice with poor customer service. Three women at the desk and it was like I wasnt even there, they couldnt be bothered. When I was finally helped I asked if they do residential windows and the woman told me NO. Then she sent me to a business down the road. It clearly states that they do on their website. Guess I wasnt their type of clientele
