I had my first visit ! It was amazing! The staff is great!m, friendly caring for your children if you have any extras. I have 3 children already and the lady who performed my ultrasound was so nice and helpful with them! It smells nice and looks very professional and cozy in the entire facility! I would always choose The Bump studio! And She told me we’re having twins! so it was an amazing experience thanks !!

Awesome experience, awesome customer service, sweetest people who brought us joy during our darkest time! They offered us a complimentary scan to bring us joy while dealing with the loss of my mom and the fact she didn’t get to see her first grand baby. I am definitely going back and will recommend everyone to go there.

I had my first ultrasound today w/ TheBump & she did an amazing job. It was worth every penny seeing my little one. 29weeks1day. After spending weeks trying to figure out where I would be getting my 4D ultrasound, I’m so happy that I decided to come here. ❤️ I would post pictures of the AMAZING job that was done, but it’s the internet/public. But anyway, I definitely recommend.

We had such an amazing experience as a family! We are having twins, so our son got to see his new little siblings and the environment was so calm and relaxing. It also was nice that they have such a large screen to view them on. We loved every minute of it!

First off, the receptionist/technician was not friendly at all. My family and I did not feel inviting with this being a special occasion for my daughter. In which, she purchased the 200.00 package and the pictures were not clear as advertised. My daughter even advised me, that the tech even press hard in her stomach during the process and had her laying on her side too long as well.

Such a positive and beautiful session. We got some amazing pictures and Sarah was great! Would definitely recommend!

I had my first visit last week. I had read a lot of negative reviews on Google so I was on the fence about booking but everything went fine. Now I agree the technician wasnt very bubbly but that was fine with me since she was gentle and pointed out everything my husband and I was seeing on the ultrasound. She didnt seem bothered by all of our questions.Update- I had my second visit March 13th, I believe sonographers name was Matt, he was great!!! He was very pleasant, cheerful, and patient. He got some great photos even with our baby turning cartwheels!!!! They were pretty busy but this was a Saturday compared to our previous visit during the weekday but it was well worth the wait.

I am so happy to see that other women had a wonderful experience but I unfortunately did not have that same experience. This was my first baby so I was so exited to enjoy this experience. We were also greeted by Sarah and she was not welcoming at all. No congratulations, no questions asked, nothing. It felt like we were not wanted. During the ultrasound she was a bit nicer but still seemed uninterested. She couldn’t get the best photos because our daughter was covering her face so we had to come back. I honestly did not want to come back but my husband paid $150+ for this experience. We did end up coming back and we were greeted by Sarah again. She was slightly friendlier this time. Throughout the ultrasound she was pressing so hard on my stomach. It was so uncomfortable! Even at my OBGYN the technicians do not press that hard. My stomach was rather sore and uncomfortable after that. Thankfully our daughter didn’t have her hands in her face this time so we didn’t have to go back. I would not come back here after my experiences. The amount of money we paid for the treatment we received was not worth it.

If I could give a zero I would. Initially I was so excited to visit this place. My overall experience was horrible and I was very disappointed in the services I received. This was supposed to have been an exciting moment for myself, husband, and my family. The technician was not welcoming and did not actually speak to me at all upon arriving then the first time she actually spoke to me was when she called me by my first name telling me to go into a room for my session.Though the business was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The technician made it where I most certainly won’t be back. She was very cold and standoffish and she actually hurt me when she offguard pressed too hard and deeply into my stomach and continued to aggressively press into my stomach during the session left me hurting and very uncomfortable there and after leaving. I wonder if she was a professional ultrasound tech as with my doctor’s office and even at the hospital I’ve never had a bad experience getting a ultrasound and this is my 3rd child.Then to top the cake off at the end of my session I also was very disappointed in the pictures that I received they were very distorted and the online photos were even worst my pictures looked nothing like the advertisements posted by this company and I’m still clueless to what my baby actually looks like. The three photos she printed were the best photos and they were the only photos that were of some quality and detail to be presented to me. The rest of the photos were garbage that I viewed online blurry distorted and shouldn’t have been released to me. My package purchased was $163 and totally not worth it as expected. I will never waste money on this place again. I felt like she just threw up something to get my session over with.In response to the “owner’s response” where is the justification for my horrible experience 🤔 If my lateness caused this behavior I should have been told not to come! Facts are I called and was told I didn’t have to cancel/reschedule that I could still be seen up to 6pm which I informed the person on the phone 430pm instead of 400pm would be awesome and arrived at 420pm Thank you!!!!AND NO OUT OF ALL THE PICTURES I RECEIVED ONLY 3 Hd 32d were presentable so NO on quality

Definitely recommend this place to any future parents! We walked in and were greeted by Sarah. We walked into a room that almost looked like a movie theatre. And the equipment they use gives us images we’ll save forever. It’s crazy how clear and 4D the pictures are of a baby so small. My wife said “I see myself coming back here a lot” so here’s to many more visits!

I cannot give six stars or I would this experience was beyond what we expected. The technology of being able to see our baby so clearly was amazing! Sarah our technician made this experience even better. She is kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure the experience was memorable for us. Thank you!

I loved my experience here. The man that did our ultrasound was very friendly, explained everything we were seeing, and got some great photos of our little girl. I would definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere was very nice, but unfortunately after the ultrasound we did our gender reveal with family and friends which led us to believe we were having a boy, we came to find out at our anatomy scan that in fact we were truly having a girl. It was hard since we can’t get that reveal memory back. 🥺

We went in today on May 10,19. My hubby and I were very impressed at how nice the place was. The technician was really nice, but one thing she said was “I’m just the messenger, that scared me a little.” We already have two boys so we had been praying for a girl. It turned out to be another boy according to the ultrasound. To say I was disappointed is a understatement. We’ll get a second opinion next Friday at my Doctors Appointment 😔 I’m exactly 16weeks!!

We had a great experience. The room was spacious and we were super comfortable. The lady was super sweet! The only downside was we didn’t want to know the gender until our big reveal. She went around her parts SO many times and took shots of it. I’m assuming she thought we just didn’t know what we were looking at but I’ve obviously done plenty of research. My point is she wasn’t very discreet so we were 90% sure what we were having before the reveal and it made it a little less exciting. Also the video doesn’t have any sound which sucks but on the plus side we loved it and will def go back! Just wish she would have told us to turn our head or not look etc..

This is our second pregnancy and we decided to get our 4d ultrasound at The Bump Studio this time around. We dont regret our decision one bit! Such an adorable place and the viewing was really enjoyable on a huge tv compared to our previous experience. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I had the BEST experience at The Bump Studio. The ultrasound tech was really nice and the atmosphere was great. It was well worth the money. I didnt get to bring any of my family except my 8 year old son, so I purchased the bundle that had the DVD and CD of all the pictures and movements. They really enjoyed watching it since they couldnt be there. The only thing they wished for was some sound or talking during the video, but nonetheless, it was very enjoyable to watch. Im deciding on going back if I get to make it to at least 30 weeks so I can see better images of my twins faces.

We had a wonderful experience at The Bump !! We met our sweet baby for the first time !! Thank you for helping us make sweet memories !!! Definitely recommend

I loved Bump studio Today it was so peaceful and clean my gender was sealed but she made me feel confident that she had clear imaging of the sex. I cant wait till big reveal Sunday.
