Had previously had good service from these folks but during one semester I had to be hospitalized and go on family medical leave from work and had to withdraw from school for an extended period of time. By the time I came off of FMLA, Stadium Bookstore refused to buy my brand new and unopened book back despite the fact it was still in the wrapping.

The level of unprofessionalism incliding insults and blame throwing at other departments (cashier, faculty) is impressive. If you arent on a book grant make sure you shop elsewhere! They didnt even have half our books until a quarter through the semester.
