The salesperson came into my business offering Alkaline Water delivery service. I asked questions about the alkaline water and was told it was 8.4. I signed up for the service at my business and at home. Today, the delivery person arrived and asked if I wanted spring or purified water. I said I wanted the Alkaline. He said, we dont have Alkaline water. I had been on hold trying to cancel my service for 30+ mins without a human picking up. I tried going through the new customer route and got a person who rudely transferred me without a single word as I explained why I was calling. I finally called the rep who sold the service to us. He said he was trained to sell the water as alkaline and has been doing it that way for the past 2+ years. I got the number to a supervisor and spoke to him and he said hes not the sales supervisor, but over the delivery. He said hed cancel the deliveries when I told him I want to cancel both of my accounts. He also said he would reach out to the sales mgr. Now I still have to try to get a person on the phone to cancel my account because I want to make sure Im not charged again. Theres no way to cancel or stop auto payments online. It all seems to be very scam-like in my opinion.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years. The last 6 months, every month has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Deliveries are never on schedule the past 6 months. Keeping the bottles on my porch is a risk of them being stolen (people use the empty bottles for things like storing water, piggy banks for change and $, or even random things) the bottles are a 24$ deposit so that is nerve racking keeping it on my porch empty being liable if someone steels them. I am always running out of water these last few months due to deliveries never being on time. They used to call you the day before delivery to remind you to put your bottles outside, that’s stoppedEvery month I have to get on the phone with this company and spend 30 mins to 1 hour waiting for someone to answer the phone! It’s very frustrating since I work and am a mother as well. I don’t always have time to just sit on the phone that long waiting to find out when my deliveries are going to arrive. This isn’t a random occurrence either it’s been every month for 6 months now. It’s very frustrating. Especially when I can just buy bottled water from the store and get it when I need it while I’m already shopping. But the water is really good and I prefer the spring water. But at the rate this is going it’s almost not worth the headache. I used to love not having to worry about where and when I get my water from and I used to enjoy the smooth deliveries at my door. Now it’s just a headache.

We got their service through CostCo, seemed like a good deal. Water is the same quality as the tap. They keep bringing us bottles, whether we want them or not. We got to where we had 6 bottles just stacked up in the garage. When I try to call I wait on hold for ten minutes, when I do get someone on the phone they transfer me and I get hung up on. After months of this I finally got through and tried to cancel the service, they said theyd come pick up our bottles (still charging us for them even though we didnt want or use them) and the system. The day they said they were going to come, they dropped off more water, didnt knock or ring the doorbell, just left it out front. Now I cant get anyone on the phone again, cant cancel through the website. At this point were considering legal options.

I’ve tried this company twice, and both times I’ve had to cancel my account with them. At the beginning I was getting water every two weeks and then they started missing deliveries. This time around I haven’t received water in 2 going on 3 months. I understand that they are behind but 3 months of not getting anything delivered is beyond me. I contacted them but they couldn’t guarantee me a delivery date. Every time I would speak with someone they would always tell me “Oh it will be next week before we can deliver”. So when I canceled they told me the person would be by to pick up the empty bottles I had. The guy shows up on the exact date to pick the empties up but I could never get any delivered. My issues is how come you guys made sure someone came and got the empties, but couldn’t get anyone to deliver? Not to mention the warehouse is right around the corner from my house. This doesn’t make sense to me.

My water delivery was scheduled to arrive on 7/20. I havent received my water in over a week.Ive spent hours on hold trying to reach customer service. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Every time I call customer service they are unable to resolve my issue. I have also tried reaching out to the delivery man. I have been assured that the route manager would give me a call- yet Ive still not received a call. This is horrible customer service. There are obviously several gaps in their process because all anyone can tell me is It will be there tomorrow, the trucks have already gone out for today. Theres nothing I can do.

Great service! I appreciate the advanced notice as to when the driver will deliver and pick up. Had a dispenser to give us problems last year, service agent came and replaced it. It too gave us problems. He came back out with a new (not reconditioned) dispenser. He advised that he told him supervisor that he was never going to replace a bad dispenser with a reconditioned one. He said Crystal Springs customer deserved better than that. I appreciated his concern for us, your customers. Kudos to the service agent!

Ive had Crystal Springs bottled water service for years, finding delivery service in each of the places Ive lived. I prefer to drink spring water without chlorination and who-knows-what-else coming out of the faucet. I use the water for drinking and cooking - if Im going to drink it why wouldnt I cook my pasta in it? Deliveries to my apartment are so easy and the automatic payment from my checking account is convenient.

You call and are on hold forever. Delivery guy just shows up whenever with no real adherence to the delivery schedule. Also just places the delivery wherever he wants and not at the front door. ABSOLUTELY horrible. Can’t wait for them to come pick up my empty bottles and cooler and be finished with this company! So frustrating!

Great delivery guy who unfortunately works for a terrible company. Horrible customer service. We are two weeks late on delivery with zero indication of when we will get water. They bill us and then don’t deliver water. We call customer service and then customer service deletes records of our calls or puts us on hold. I would not recommend this company no hate to leave a one star review. But this company is like paying the gas station $20 on pump one and then being told there is no gas and no refunds.

We have deliveries from manager -HOD Lee Johnson**Each time he comes in pleasant and ensures we have everything we need. We have never had any issues with his deliveries always right on time and accurate. He made a stop by today just to let us know he would be back on tomorrow with our order. We appreciate the continuous service of excellent at our office for the last 5 years.

Had a delivery truck driver almost back over kids getting off the school bus and wanted to argue about waiting for the rest of the kids to get home safely. Through a residential area your delivery drivers should be WAY more professional. In addition he almost took out a neighbors garage door and scraped the fender on the asphalt. Terrible driving and totally unprofessional.Its been reported multiple ways to customer service and the woman over the phone was phenomenal and in stark contrast to the driver in professionalism.

We have had service with Crystal Springs for years. Beginning in December, 2019 we started having issues with them not showing up when they were supposed to. When a delivery person finally came to drop off water I mentioned this to him as well as pointed out that weve had a failing / leaking cooler for months, and told him that the normal driver told us that it was not his responsibility and that we needed to call the office. The delivery person for the December, 2019 delivery told me he was the area manager and that what we were told about the cooler was not correct, and that hed fix it and bring a new one in January. Fast forward to now, February 12th, we are still sitting here without any water and a leaking cooler (if we still had water). There was no delivery in January. I reached out to customer service on 1/30/20 and was told they were having service disruptions, but that we should see a delivery shortly. I again mentioned the cooler issue. I was told theyd get us one when the next delivery was made. I was advised via email that the water and cooler delivery would be made on or before February 6th. Im still sitting here on February 12th with no water... only empty bottles, and a broken cooler. I called today and was told by Crystal Springs corporate customer service that they are still experiencing delays in the Memphis area. I explained what had gone on until now and was advised that they would notify the Memphis distributor. In short, the service had been fine, but now is degraded tremendously and is terrible. Its really no service at all. Its been almost two months since weve had a delivery and we still have a broken cooler. This is terrible customer service and response time. It seems like they want customers to cancel service. Very disappointed with Crystal Springs. Time to cancel! I wouldnt advise using them EVER if you are in the Memphis metro area. Maybe they are better somewhere else.

Worst customer service EVER! Signed up a couple years ago through Costco but deliveries never arrived as scheduled and they continued to charge me for the wrong bottles being delivered on days that werent my scheduled delivery days. Whats the point of having a schedule if they never bother to keep it? (Not my fault!) I had over 10 empty bottles all over my house! I called and called and called and called but the customer service people never seemed to care. The contract changed at some point so they began to charge me for things I wasnt getting. They then turned me over to collection for the cost of the dispenser plus other charges ($438!). Buyer beware! I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Local branch is very inconsistent - signed up through Costco and things ran smoothly for several months. But when they get behind, missed deliveries are common and rescheduling or trying to schedule a make up delivery just doesnt happen. You pretty much get skipped until the next scheduled delivery. They make changes to the delivery schedule without any notice and have recently changed me from biweekly to monthly, without ever consulting me. Now I dont have enough water to last until my next scheduled delivery and I know trying to schedule an extra delivery will be pointless. Looking for a new service.

Order water from them...Delivered the water and the water dispenser. Dispenser was broken upon delivery. Driver said hed be back next day..Nope. I call two days later..Customer service said theyd have a replacement in 3 day...again no show no call, this happened 2 more times over a corse of 3 weeks. Never got a working dispenser and I never received a phone call saying they werent going to show up. Really bad customer Service. Lack of respect for the customer.

Called on a Thursday cause we were skipped and out of water, they said Tuesday they would deliver. Tuesday afternoon called and they said we were put off for another week, I said we have to have water tomorrow, so they said they would be here between 8-5. It is now 5:50, and still no water. Only for the to charge me service that was not render that am owing them $82.66 for water delivery i did not receive, my deposit of $24.00 was not refund. to make the matter worst the send my name to collection agency. Do not signed anything with the company they are not competent. Now collection agency is calling me to pay the money.

THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE - Horrible service. Used and broken dispensers, inconsistent delivery. Customer service apologizes well, and often. But, the service will not get better and they will not keep appointments. I canceled our service today and will be shocked if they show up as scheduled tomorrow to pick up the 2nd broken dispenser. Save yourself the trouble, buy your own dispenser and your water from anybody but Crystal Springs.

Horrible service. Signed up for water 2 weeks ago at Costco delivery was supposed to be today. A manager rescheduled it for Friday when I wont be home and did not tell me just changed it. I call and find all this out so Ill let them come on Friday I wont be here. Horrible customer service they said they would send an email to try and get delivery today but cant guarantee delivery today. They also said they would send the invoice to me today to go ahead and pay lol okay yea Ill get right in that.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever seen or been around, this is coming me whos been a otr truck driver for almost 20yrs. All the issues that weve encountered has been office issues to which gives drivers a terrible bad name and reputation. They care nothing if the people whom they supply water to. If they were on bbb here in Memphis Id leave a nasty complaint, they totally suck. If I could give them a negative review I would if I got to deal with them again it would be too damn soon. Dont go with them find another water distributor to take care of you as the consumer whom actually care bout the consumer and customer and not give u lip service. This company highly incompetent. A wise man once said when u act incompetent you look incompetent, when you act stupid you look stupid. These people are exactly that and thats highly mild. Again thats coming from a otr truck driver with almost 20yrs otr after telling them where the problem was knowing being a truck driver. Did it matter to them hell no. They wouldnt admit fault to the particular problem or problems we had with them, which is really sad.
