Found our about this place about 3 weeks ago and it is now my top places to-go to for ice cream!!!

This Saturday. Busy and bustling. Teen and group hot spot. Games and groups...playing and having good conversations. Ice cream from one end to the other. Prices are high, but so is quality and taste. The workers are on top of things and serve you up quickly. Nice spot located right by the Paradiso Movie Theater. So customer flow is probably never ending. I was looking for a specific ice cream. The Bob Marley’s One Love. Banana, Peanut Butter with Chocolate Pieces. They had it only in pints, so even better. Because the small scoop cup was almost as much as the pint. Win, Win. Take some home to share..! By the way both my g-kid’s ice cream off the cone hit the floor. And they replaced the serving at no charge. Kudo’s for helping 2 crying kids become happy again!!!

I had 2 scoops, milk and cookies and salted caramel blondie. My fiancé ordered burbon brown butter and americone dream. I had already sat down and when he came to the table his ice cream was overflowing, melted. It was a mess. The kid behind the counter gave me a large cup to put it in. He ate a few more bites and said it wasnt good. I tried it and it was gross. I showed the kid and he said the burbon one is more of a soft serve ice cream. It looks that way. With no offer to replace or refund the mess in the cup. I was disappointed for my fiance, we both love ice cream. Weve never had any problems there and normally the product is wonderful. Will be going to back to baskin robbins for sure.

So delicious! Its a little pricey but staff was friendly, you have tons of options, and it was super yummy. Unfortunately, with Covid, no indoor eating right now, but if it ever gets to open back up they have really fun tables. Game top tables with checker boards and other games you can play while you eat and hang with friends. Definitely a great treat to enjoy every once in awhile!

First time ever going into a ben and jerrys shop and was happy they had my favorite flavor to put on a cone. Though the cone was stale tasting, the ice cream was soo good.

Although I know that I’m a health enthusiast, I will admit that coming here with my main mayne, KBF, was awesome and most enjoyable. I enjoyed the delectable taste of the hot fudge brownie sundae with the pleasant ambient sounds of the late great Kurt Cobain (God rest his soul) and other various artists. The brownie was deliciously warm with hints of chewiness that were irresistible. By the looks of my thoroughly completed dessert, it can be surmised that I was a satisfied customer. Take the time to bring your loved ones here, they’ll never forget.

Terrible customer service. I dropped in from Nashville for a weekend in Memphis and decided on ice cream for the kids. Beautiful environment, beautiful building, beautiful decor, terrible customer service. Really terrible. I spent $30 on ice cream, and a caramel macchiato drink and I regretted giving this establishment my money but I had already ordered and the kids had already received. The guy that was working on March 1st at 3pm needs assistance with finding different work if he is so unhappy with his job. I couldn’t get a smile, a how are you, nothing. Just. What do y’all want? 🤨😒

Mothers Bday was ystrdy so I called another Brand to inquire about availability of flavors...Out of 5 stores & 1 million calls I only got ONE answer. I called this particularly BEN & JERRYS and was Very Impressed with their patience & Service! A lady answered and explained everything to the T. When I went in the store a Gentleman was so helpful and patient w/ my individual requests and made eveything so convenient!! Ben & Jerrys just became my new Go-To !! THANKS

I really like this Ben and Jerrys location. The staff is friendly, helpful and social. I even got a chance to chat with the owner on my last trip there and I see that the front line workers attitudes trickle down from him. This is a clean and nicely located ice cream shop. Its right in the middle of a bunch of places and you can just stop in before or after u eat, see a movie or do some shopping.

I recently purchased Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey as we all know is not cheap and it had absolutely no Chocolate pieces and this is how I treat myself so very disappointed just would like for them to make sure all ingredients are in the product don’t mind the price as long as I’m getting what I paid for 😔😔😔😔

Response to owner: I ordered December,26 2019 at 3:39 p.m. on Uber Eats Two pints one strawberry and one strawberry cheesecake ordered both hand packed. The only one that came hand packed was the strawberry.First Comment:Ordered 2 pints 1 strawberry, 1 strawberry cheesecake asked for both hand packed in the description through uber. I received only 1 of my ice cream pints hand packed and was very disappointed and dissatisfied I called Ben & Jerrys first to see if they had any available so that I could drive myself to exchange the one I had been given for a hand packed one The guy said they did have it available. NOT once did he apologize for the mistake or sound concerned more like annoyed that I would call about such as if theres not a difference to him. Which is not his choice to make. I love this place and Im always ordering myself or getting my fiance to do so for me if Im at work. But one bad seed doesnt spoil it for me this time. But next time I wont order through Uber eats Ill just go directly in myself so they will not try to cheat me out of a great experience. I just got back to Memphis and this is all I wanted btw😊

I really wanted to give this place more stars, like it better, etc. But, the ice cream isnt any better than it is from the freezer section of the grocery store. But Ben & Jerrys is really good so, the ice cream was delicious. Also, finding vegan dessert in Memphis was much harder than I had anticipated, so enjoying a sweet treat here was greatly appreciated. Im so glad Ben & Jerrys started making vegan ice cream (its so tasty) and that they stock it in this store.While they have a rather large and nice outside seating area, it is kind of noisy as there is a ton of traffic moving by. The location is also super annoying. It is very near a movie theater and an area of town saturated with big box stores. So there are tons of Beckys & Karens milling about, sampling all the flavours, and having existential crises over sizes, flavours, etc., which causes the line to move slowly in real time and even slower in perceived time. So, sans many vegan dessert options, if I lived in Memphis Id be here on occasion but not too often. There just isnt much of a reason to chose eating Ben & Jerrys here vs in the comfort of my home.

An ice cream parlor with mixed-in flavors and standard fare toppings. Limited seating inside. The perfect treat after a movie at the Paradiso. Ice cream cakes available too.

Theres no doubt their ice cream is very good. My issue is when I order an overpriced ice cream cake for a birthday a week in advance and go to pick it up on the day of the birthday and its not made. Of course there werent any cakes already made the way I wanted it which is why I ordered it in advance. I know mistakes happen but expected better.
