Very helpful personnel and a great selection of vehicles. Sales personnel are not pushy and give you room to browse and all the information you need if you ask for it.

That’s why I take that drive to Nashville. Yes I live in Memphis, but I like the service in Brentwood better. They have excellent customer service. I just make a nice get away/ trip out of it. Sorry Memphis, but I pay too much for unprofessionalism.

Spent $4000 to get my car fixed only to return it after a week for the A/C not working. The service representative was extremely rude saying that there were no loaners available and I would have to expense a rental car myself if I couldn’t come back. I had a Lexus before my current vehicle and the service was immaculate every time I went to the Dealership to get my vehicle serviced. Just because of the horrible service, I’m really considering trading in my vehicle and going back to Lexus. When I say the car is not even worth the service hardship you have to encounter at this dealership. If you want a nice vehicle with great service, DO NOT PURCHASE A JAGUAR at this Dealership. You will be extremely disappointed!

Be very careful I called to see how much an oil change would be. I was told 700$ with the filter included.!! 700$ for an oil changed??? I went back and looked at an OLD receipt from 2020. I paid 165 plus tax. I can’t believe Jaguar has such unprofessional thieves working for them. I don’t care what type of car a person has. 700$ for an oil change is straight robbery. And it’s sad they are the ONLY location here is Memphis. Untrustworthy PERIODT

Horrible! Always don’t have loaner cars ! Always late with car then it’s not fixed ! The worst customer service ever ! Do not waste TIME AND YOUR HARD WORK MONEY !

I dropped my car off 3 days ago and I had to reach out to see if it was ready only to be told that the previous owner bought an off market camera so my warranty wont cover it. So in order to get it fixed it will be over $1000 dollars. My first issue is that it took 3 days for you to figure this out . Secondly no one felt like I was owed the decency of a phone call. Thirdly how the Heck am I supposed to know what the previous owner did if I just purchased this vehicle. Very unproffessional and careless. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience!!!!!
