Showroom left a bit to be desired, but staff friendly and knowledgeable

Had to redo my kitchen floor vinyl 5 times.. They used too much glue twice and ripped the vinyl when moving back the appliances, then installed a mismatched pattern hoping I would not notice.. Installed a different pattern and did not glue down floor which is now buckling. They damaged my brand new stove with dolly scraping paint off of it and there are nicks all over my washer and dryer.Cussed at by Salesman Ed numerous times telling me I was mentally ill only because they could not get my flooring installed properly. Salesman Ed lied to his coworkers and boss telling them we had a moisture problem when we do not. He brought his meter over here just 3 days ago and it did not show any moisture. Filed a complaint with BBB. Salesman Ed told me that if I received a refund he would come to my house and rip flooring back up.This has been the most horrible experience of my entire life with any business. Owner John Pike refused to listen to anything I had to say. I am disputing my charge for the vinyl installed with this company. I have bubbles in my floor now because they did not glue it down. I paid them in full for carpet and vinyl and they blackmailed me into signing a release to get my $930 back for the carpet they did not install. They said if I did not sign they would keep my money. I called my husband from their office day this happened to let him know what they were doing. I am prepared to go to court. There are no lawyers in Tennessee that will take this kind of case and they know this. They are all liars.. Now be realistic.. why would I sign something of that sort letting go of a 5 yrs warranty unless they were holding something as in $900.. Doesnt make any sense does it? Update..Credit card company refunded me for photos I sent and letters..had floor redone and only had to do once ..they have now changed their name again to Discount Superstore on Lamar..located where the old Levitz Furniture used to be.

I used to refer all of my customers to purchase furniture beds,carpets,cabinets, etc.I went in a few months ago To purchase a bed for myself. The bed was about 1100 total. So I put $100.00 down on the bed to hold it until I could come back next week with a truck.When I came to pick up the bed it had a plastic cover on it like they normally do.Its cover was torn so in turn a ton of dust and dirt was all over my brand new $1100 king size bed.After purchasing the bed I explained to them why I was upset. They said its not dirty its got plastic on it. They basically said too bad ! I asked to speak with a manager ..they wouldnt let me talk to anyone.I then walked Into the owners office mind you several employees where blocking the entrance to the door. When I walked in he yelled out at me I dont have time to talk to you Im working on a million dollar deal.I stood my ground and explained my self...The manager basically pushed me out the door.So I payed over a $ 1,000 for a bed that had dirt all over it !Avoid like the plague!
