MAN! The people here are Great! Very professional place to take your devices too. They can fix ALL devices and electronics. I had a problem with my galaxy cell, i called Samsung and they told me theres nothing they can do about it that I will have to purchase a new cell, i cried i couldnt use my phone at ALL!!!!. I DID my research, came across this place and boom!!! They fixed the problem I was so happy I almost cried lol. I still had all my memory and important stuff in my phone, nothing has erased at all! To start off with, the staff is extremely friendly and tries to help as much as they can. However, there is an extreme lack of professionalism. Generally the casual attitude would be totally fine with me, but this resulted in me having to repeatedly call my technician because I was not called when promised and my projects end date was continually pushed back. Also, when I finally went to pay I was told that I would have heavy tax if I did not pay in cash. At this time they were minutes from closing, the bank had obviously been closed for hours, and I had projects due that night. This resulted in me paying an extra $40 because I do not carry around hundreds of dollars in cash.I really appreciate the friendly attitude here, but there is a severe lack of professionalism which will not lead to me suggesting this place to friends.

Very bad business I will never recommend nobody to go here they I had got my screen fixed I pay 81 dollars the next day my phone say disabled I couldn’t type my password in I could on used my fingerprint so my iPhone was disabled so I took it back he want to charge me extra 20 dollars for something they messed up so I paid but it still wasn’t fixed talking about my chip messed told me I had paid extra 40 so I went to magic wireless the fixed my phon only charge me 20 to get my phon back working

This place is awful. The owner took a 30 dollars deposit for a cell phone screen that I needed replaced on the 15 of September and told me that he had to order it and have the phone fixed by the 21st. However, he never asked for a contact number from me or anything but said that he will call me by the 20th. On the 21st, I never heard from him so I called to ask about the status of my screen. He didnt remember me or remember ordering and screen for my phone but the guy that works with him tried to remind him but he still didnt remember and told me that he will call me when the owner gets there in about 2 hours but after waiting for 4 hours I called the store and he said he will have the screen by the 29th, at this point I was very upset and asked for my 30 dollar deposit back because I didnt want to wait another week. He said that he couldnt refund my money and was very rude. Finally, I took my husband to the store with me and he wouldnt even talk to my husband, he just told his worker to give me my money back. So I got my money back and drove straight down the street to Magic Wireless and they repaired my phone in about 30 minutes and was very professional. Make sure that you keep your receipt when doing business at ER Wireless, Thank God that I had mines because I never would have gotten my deposit back or my phone repaired.
