Needed to grab some stuff for my lunch and dinner and had a decent selection of prepared food and although it was busy checkout went fast happy customer

Was really busy at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Good store however ... Wont give up on it.

Walmart is Walmart. Long lines, not enough cashiers, and low staff. 3 stars because some of the people were nice and we still need Walmart. Lastly, the internet, door signs, and other advertisements say close at 11pm At 10:40pm they would not let me enter.

I did online grocery pickup and I had to pick up 3 days later because that was the only time available for pickup or delivery, and I didnt receive any of my meat or cold goods and when I call the store to speak with someone you never get an answer or they pick up and hang up, I called twice a day for a week and a half. So I went up there...3 TIMES and no one is ever there to help on that department. Weeks later still no food or refund. I will never...I repeat NEVER do online pickup or delivery again! If I could give negative stars I would give them -10

Best Walmart in the area! I cant believe how stocked the entire store is. They always seem to have slots for grocery pickup as well. Very clean too. Im very impressed! Thanks to the Walmart mangers and employees for making my visit awesome today!

Horrible, at 530 on a Friday, there is one and a half cashiers. 3 self checkouts lanes open, but 9 people stocking. Each line had 11 people, no one thought to pull the stockers and have a couple get folks outta line then go back to stocking, not to mention the folks I could hear laughing in the freezer but no creamer,(I could see the boxes, but none on the shelf). I get being short staffed but someone (manager,lead, someone with initiative) has to make sound, logical decisions to keep the consumer coming back. My 2 cents.

I continue to shop with this location because it is so close to my house and it is convenient. It has terrible customer service. I am going to come out of my comfort zone and go elsewhere. They tell you your order is ready and when you get there no one is at work. They cancel your order mid-stream without notice. It is awful!

I love Wal Mart, but their taxes on their items are high. You be thinking you getting a deal, but when you check out, your total be over 300 dollars for 8 to 10 items. And they never have enough cashiers

Terrible. So many people that there were only a few shopping carts but despite that only a handful of registers were open. All of the self checkouts were card only and they were just about out of everything (6pm). Wal-Mart has gone from great store to a garbage store over the years.

Typical weekend Wal-Mart - no carts available, many items on my list missing (Crystal Light!), and only 1/2 as many registers as needed. Since they didnt have the one thing I always buy there, guess its time to just Kroger or Amazon. Enough store wandering only to find desired products replaced by nasty, tasteless generics.

Be careful and lock your cars. This Walmart is filled with the rudest staff and unhappy people around. Check your kitchen appliance items before you leave to ensure all the peices are there. I would prefer to shop in any other Walmart in or around Memphis rather than come back to this one.

The associates there today were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to purchase a television, but there was no one in Electronics to assist me. I asked no fewer than 8 associates, within a 20 min. timeframe, who were either coming or going from the stocking area to assist me. All but one told me, Oh, I dont work in this store. Someone who does will be right back. Just wait a minute. The one who didnt, paged for someone in Electronics to assist a customer, but no one ever showed. I finally left. This was about 415pm, on a Thursday. The store was NOT crowded.On the way out I saw many associates standing or walking around, talking or laughing with with associates. I saw multiple other associates texting and two sitting in the shopping cart area -- one smoking.Many associates were walking around with masks on, but not covering their noses and/or mouths.If there were a way to rate this visit with -27 stars, I would. DO BETTER WALMART!!

This particular Neighborhood Walmart was shockingly very neat. The shelves were stocked as best as possible. Even though missing quite a bit of inventory, I appreciated the fact that everything still was neatly in order. Which is why I gave the 3 stars.But, I only went for 3 things and they did not have either of them. (Only generic brands)1. Kelloggs Raisin Bran2. Multi-Bran Cheerios3. Lactaid Brand Dairy CapletsI drove to this particular store on purpose because my rider told me it was a better crowd than the one on Hickory Hill. Now Im wondering if they would have had these items or do they just not sell these items in these particular neighborhoods because I have never went to one that didnt have any of those three times in mine.I bet Kroger have these items in any neighborhood..

Its a great place to shop for almost anything you need for your home and outdoor stuff

They had ABSOLUTELY NO baskets inside & when we asked the young man standing at the door if someone was bringing baskets inside his response was they out there in the parking lot!!! Uhhh, Im aware of that sir, however Im holding my 1 year old & would prefer not to walk around the whole parking lot, in the heat, with my baby.RUDE! I do not work here & judging by the neon colored vest he had on he should have been out in the parking lot where they were collecting them!

One stop shopping for quick and reasonable deals always. Should be everyones favorite shopping spot. A BIG thanks to all Walmart associates.

The last few years this Walmart location and many others in many other states have been declining in price savings, customer service, and dependability. But today was the last straw so I go in and the money center is closed at noon on a Tuesday, there’s boxes all over the entire store yet half the shelves in the store are empty. I will never go to Walmart again.

They had a lot of stuff out of stock, but not my worst Walmart experience. Kinda annoying when they refused cash, though!!! Other than that, it was clean and any employee interaction I had was all right.

Everyone was just great they checked my little Yorkie over so good and I love it and I was so sorry when it was closed but now its back open and I am happy happy happy. I really like the new veterinarian shes great

Huge store, great selection. Cashier was very good, very friendly and helpful.

The phone rang so long it hung up. I asked three different associates to help me and they all said they’d be back and never were. Okay place if you don’t need another human, but don’t bother with places like electronics or jewelry that require an employee to unlock something.

I went to get bedding for grand baby. Store was fully stocked especially bedding for kids. Customer service was great. I will go again soon

Need to have fresher and more fresh vegetables. In the clothes department, they need to realize women 3+ - 5+ have spendable cash and want stylish clothes too.

I went in the afternoon, I try to go during non-peak hours. however, I could not this time. Waiting in line was not an issue for me, you cant go anywhere these days and just expect to get in and out. However, it would be nice to have a few more clerks.Maybe a dress code, tired of seeing people with pants hanging off their azzes, not interested in seeing dirty underwear, male or female. Grow Up!

Who is the manager or management team here ??? This is the absolute worst store I have ever dealt with. I placed a pickup order online yesterday for pickup at 7:00am this morning. No update, no order completion email or text message. NOTHING AND IVE BEEN CALLING THE STORE ALL DEPARTMENTS SINCE 7:45am but they will NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. The pharmacy did answer and I asked for a manager and I was told there are several people calling the pharmacy for management. The pharmacist was really nice. This store is running on Auto ???? Sad no accountability. Apparently, management doesn’t require the associates to even answer the phone. Customer service???. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. Poor management and money is walking out of the door. SAD

This location is quite messy sometimes. Staff is helpful and if you have any questions they will help you. Sometimes they are out of some stuff. You can order online and pickup at the store. Their return time is until 7:00 pm.

I shopped at this store on Monday 5/31 and did not wear a mask since Walmart Corp came out and said fully vaccinated people are not required to wear a mask and Shelby Co lifted its mask mandate. I returned to the store Wednesday 6/2 and was greeted at the door and told I had to wear a mask. I explained I was fully vaccinated but was told Corp said everyone must wear a mask. I have been trying to reach out to a manager, but no one answers. I will not shop here if I have to wear a mask while fully vaccinated.

I feel like it could be something greater, I would like them to install a cyber aspect to the store, i want Wally-Mart to embody the future.

Checkout lines were 40 people long! Close of business Saturday and they had two registers and NO self scan checkout. NEVER seen a Walmart this badly run in 30 years. There were at least 20 folks in line behind me. Picture was taken 15 minutes after CLOSE

For my visit I experienced that shelves not stocked with merchandise and one of the employees was asked by an elderly lady for assistance in finding a zink (sink) stopper And instead of the employees assistance with where to find the sink stopper she responded by correcting the lady on her on how she said the word. Now the store and bathrooms were clean I just believe better customer service and item availability would improve this stores quality.

None of the self check out stations take cash and when i asked why they said it was because the cash tended to jam up so rather than fix the problem they decided to just not accept cash at any of their self checkouts. Plus the store is over crowded with hardly any normal checkout lanes open....its a mess in there organizational wise to boot.... worst Walmart in Memphis hands down!!!!

The self checkout always seem to take card only, no cash back. Can we please have a some to take cash, too. Nobody wants to get in the regular lane where people have a lot of groceries and you may have 2 or 3 items.

This place is so junky and very unorganized. You can hardly walk in and find anything without asking for help. Good thing someone is always around to point you in the right direction, or give you help as needed.

The pharmacy doesnt know what they are doing. I Asked them to transfer my prescription to Bartlett Walmart and they never did! they gave me the run around. I ended up having to drive all the way over there from Bartlett just to get things straight.... Unsatisfied!

THE EVERYTHING STORE: I took that from my brother who happened to try to get me to make what we jokingly refer to as a Wally Run . Well, on this particular day, I didnt make a Wally Run but I did stop in because I had to visit there Site to Store area. I use it quite often since it is an efficient way to get a product and the shipping is free. Whats even better, they have multiple locations so you can ship to another location and have an authorized person pick the items up. Now, thats a benefit I really like. I retrieved my item and as I exited I had the pleasure of engaging with the in-store partnership restaurant employees - American Deli and of course I grabbed a quick bite to eat. Check out the fun I had with the chef!Prepping for the ACA MSW...did a Wally Run for some gear! Looking forward to the walk this weekend. Come on out and join the walk to support a worthy cause 😎

Grocery pickup is a joke. March 1, I had a pickup scheduled between 6-7. I arrived and they never came out to acknowledge me, the phone number went to voice mail and you could not leave a message. When I was finally acknowledged, I was furious for waiting over 45 minutes. They never did bring me my order and I left. I called the toll free customer service and told them to cancel my order. I found out that the jerk marked my order as delivered and my card was charged. I later called the toll free customer service number and got my refund.March 28, I went to pick up an order. They never brought it out to me. The same hoodlum was working. I waited 1 hour and a woman came out to acknowledge me and on her device, saw that the order was in review. 30 more minutes had passed and they still did not bring me my order. I called the toll free number again and cancelled my order. I am suspecting that the little gangster boy is costing the company lost sales by playing games with customer orders by choosing who he is going to service.I have been a very loyal customer, but have begun filling my grocery orders with other stores other than the Walmart located on Winchester Rd. In Memphis Tennessee.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever encountered from the manager on duty tonight. Im too old to be spending my money At a place where the manager barks at me and other customers cause hes in a hurry to get out of here. i was looking at an item as i waited in line to.be checked out..,Ill never return to this store again. Ill drive to Olive Branch..,,I believe the mangers name is Rick, its for his well being I dont cross paths with him again. I dont respondWell to being treated like his child or employee even. Ive never written a bad public review before in my 57 years but no excuse for that type of service.

Shopping for trash can/ lid.male in area know nothing .hiding ( obviously). Riding the clock is ez.( unlawful) In large buildings. Their deli/restaurant is kept terrible food dried out .server very unwelcoming..

The level of customer service at this particular location is always low! I recently started using walmart pick up for my shopping. I have been to several locations to do my pickups and this one out of all location I have been to is by far the worst. The staff works so slow! I had a scheduled pick up for 7 am twice and the first time the employee didnt bring my groceries out to 7:40, after me sitting there waiting over 45 minutes, stating that they dont bring out groceries until 8am! Which is not true because other locations you schedule for pickup at 7am you get your groceries at 7am! The second time I was scheduled for a 7am pickup and my order wasnt ready for pickup until 10 am, then when I got there I still waited for 20 minutes and then when it was my turn to get my groceries, a customer pulled up and bribed the employee with cash to get her groceries before me! This location is not recommended if you seeking world class customer service!

My fast shopping experience was good. I found the few items I was looking for minus 1 and left.

This place does Not get carts out of parking lot nor do they disinfect them and to go along with it they never have hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes to wipe down the carts that thousand of ppl have touched, but everyone wants you to mask up for there safety, but lets start at the basic precautions on safety of health 101 sanitize and disinfect.

So no one is here to help and the check out lines are like it’s Black Friday! And only 5 registers are open!!! Wow that’s what ticks me off!!! I left everything in my cart and just left!

I love this Walmart! Even though the lines are always pretty long, they get all of their customers out very quickly!

This is the place I love going to for pool supplies and pool toys for the grandkids.

I bought items 2day ago and need 2 return 2 items I get here in the rain walk in and customer service closed so I asked what ti.e dose customer service close and he say I dont know It was closed when I got to work. I noticed this happening lately at several walmart so if u not sure about purchasing items from walmart Dont do it its crazy returning.

They had everything I was looking for except the wet dog food. Their shelves were not stocked. So, I got something different. I hope my fury baby likes it. 😏

Walmart supercenter is always a delight sometimes its cluttered with stock to be put up but Ive never had a problem finding what I was looking for finding it cheaper than a lot of other stores and I enjoy shopping at Walmart the qualities there you get good customer service when you want it and the cashiers are usually friendly and so are the people that greet you and check you out at the doors so I enjoy being a Walmart shopper

Terrible Experience. When I go places, I expect to be treated with respect. When Im spending my money with you, I require it. I went to purchase a car radio, I really wasnt expecting anyone to come and ask me, if they could help me, but when I asked for it, the young man in the auto service area said What you need help with? I told him, I needed help with the radios, (they were locked up of course) he said we closing while turning his back on me. Instant pissitivity ( if thats a word) like he was just dismissing me or something. So this black male gentleman walked up and asked him, well is it someone else that can assist. He (Walmart worker) then advised that he had to turn his til in. I was thinking if he hadnt turned it in yet, he could still ring me up or he could have at least apologize for the inconvenience and let me know they were in the process of closing that department, but to just dismiss me by turning his back on me is unacceptable. Ive worked too hard for my money to be treated any kind of way.

This store aint too bad, I mean it is always crowded but the deals are somewhat good depending on what youre buying. One problem I have is the handicap scooters are hard to find. Im disabled and I cant walk that far so I ask whoevers with me to find one but that only puts strain on them and on me.

The cashier manager, supervisor, was very rude. The price was wrong and although she made the adjustment, it was with hesitancy and a lot of mouth.

Every store in memphis and soithavem never pucks up the phone..I was given false information on their jewelry. THEY LITERALLY SCAM U DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM WAL-MART

My biggest gripe is that a huge amount of their inventory isnt priced...no price tags. They also have removed the majority of price check scanners. When you find an employee with a scanner and ask for their assistance, its like you have caused them a major inconvenience.

Not satisfied with so many self checkouts. I do Not work there and do not want to shop, checkout, and bag my own items. Then too this takes away from JOBS. Unsatisfactory. Also the appearance of the place is slipping. Again employees are necessary. Technology cant replace everything..restocking and cleaning for examples.

This Indianola walmart needs better service. The lines are always long and there are always only 2 to 3 registers open, no matter how busy.

The food is good if youre lucky enough to get any. Only the drive thru was open. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order then went home and cooked my own burger.

Employees were awesome. There were plenty of cashiers however the lines were super long. Dont know if it was because quite a few had 2 carts full. And a lady with a two year old was using a motorized wheelchair with the baby in the cart!!! They are worried abt 25 items in self checkout yet she is allowed a child in the cart? Lawsuit against walmart if that child flipped out of that cart.However, I was shocked at the boxes to stock in almost every grocery isle and completely messy. Very disorganized store. Kinda felt like I needed a shower after leaving.

Great Sales on Kitchen Appliances

Came in for home goods and got 3/5 things I needed but my excitement was short lived during my hour wait for checkout. With no end in sight… literally lines going towards the back of the store.. where there aren’t any optional checkouts

The experience at this store is horrible. This is the only Walmart I pass when I get off work. When I stop there this store H&B area is always so empty!!!!! Its very irritating to have to drive another 30 minutes away to get what I need. The management at this store is horrible. Something needs to be done. All the people that work there either on their phones, rude, talking to other employees just standing around.. make these lazy people work and stock shelves.. you pay people to work not stand around. I hope this gets addressed immediately
