Ordered furniture on a Sunday, got a call back Monday morning, furniture was delivered 3 hours later. Found some issues with my couch which were quickly resolved by management today and all is well. Impressed with the manager! Don’t let the reviews scare you away, Joe was great 😊

They send their people out to knock on doors like politicians and then bang on the door for 10 minutes like they are trying to break in.

So Rent A Center have Acceptance Now as the parent company...However.Hot Mess! Acceptance Now is even worse..Warning DO NOT BUY HERE!! .Who pay for furniture but no one knows where its at?.Then you call manager& customers services they inform you the paperwork is not done correctly.Yet they want you to pay your bill but no furniture delivery....Stop this hot ridiculous mess. Get it together. This store is So unprofessional everyone is passing the buck to someone else. Just do your job and find my furniture and get the paperwork done correctly!! I have call plenty of times to speak with store manger Hurd, District Manager Delecia, Regional Frank all suppose to be manger that can resolve my issue...However no respond for weeks...I am still waiting for corporate to contact T the information I have left. Please Do not But HERE! ATTN please check your paper work the mangers will say one thing and put on your paperwork another if you do not pay attention.... Just for a commission.... My first time here was horrible.. the light skin lady with the short pony tail was rude! Very very rude!! Needs to improve on customer service and she definitely needs training on how to work with and talk to customers this is the worst customer service I have ever received! I understand it was a busy day but instead she held a conversation with a friend while customers where waiting on her. This rent-A-center definitely lost business today due to her! I hope they improve!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! These people are inconsiderate and have no professionalism what so ever. I have waited for 3 hours on them to come and they took their sweet time. My boyfriend and I both had to be at work but I let him go and I was super late because they came at 530 instead of between 3 and 5pm. So Im pissed because no one can do anything...so this sucks!!! I called corporate and they are just as in competent as the people at the store. I would have rather not deal with people of my own race because of their attitudes and our sense of entitlement. So sad but I will warn anyone against doing business with them ever.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very rude, very unprofessional. This store failed to deliver what I rented and didnt even call to say they were not going to deliver. I took time off work to be there for the delivery. Then they tried to bill me for it. The store manager is very rude and arrogant. The area manager is useless. He wouldnt even return a simple phone call. Overall management of this store is garbage.

Ive seen lemonade stands ran more efficiently by children than this business. Completely unorganized and rude. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Terrible terrible terrible. Montrell has the worst attitude to be a store manager. When I walked in even though he was with another customer he didnt speak or even acknowledge me. They definitely lost business today because of him. He said that I told him i was there to fill out the application but I never parted my lips to say anything because I wanted to see how long it would be before he would even say hello

Other than them coming when they feel like you will get what you ordered just be prepared to be there after 5 waiting on your stuff looking stupid staring at a wall
