I was told to wait 2 hours for my daughters prescription. I waited over 3 hours. Got back to the store to wait in line another hour only to be told they lost my sick 6 year old daughter prescription. They will look for itos what they told me. Now have to take my sick 6 year home without the medication she need. Guest no sleep for us again tonight.
Dont call the phone you wont get an answer. Memphis is filled with give me money so I can do whatever I want, but dont want to work people.
Extremely unhelpful people and very disorganized. I came to take Covid vaccine. I set up appointment online, did online check in at the moment I entered the shop. They could not find my info on a sheet of paper that they had. I waited in front of the pharmacy counter for someone to help; finally after 10 minutes someone came and asked me to stand in line for the vaccine. The queue had become so long by that time. So, wasted 30 minutes. FINALLY, what made me good was the nurse: she was very pleasant and the injection experience went very well.
I really want to give CVS on Winchester & Kirby Parkway ZERO stars. I will be moving my prescriptions to Kroger tomorrow.
I got a UPS shipment sent here yesterday 08/28/2020. Store clerk found my package, checked everything and I was out of the door with my box in no time. I will say that there needs to be a little more security in that area because people’s shipments are really just out in the open. Some dishonest person could easily come by and swipe a small box with little notice.
08/16/2020Was wary of this location due to the reviews, however once inside there was a gentlemen named Rio, and he was extremely pleasant, friendly attitude, and was helping me get to the locked items, twice.When going to checkout, I had multiple CVS coupons ( Digital ) and Extra bucks + receipt coupons + manufacturer coupons, and he not only helped guide me through the process,But the system didnt correctly take off the Coupons, and so, we had to re-ring it all up again, and once more, in order to adjust the correct pricing.And I tell you what, not only was Rio understanding, and explained everything that was going on, and not going on, but was friendly the entire time.And he also had backup from what I assume is the GM, who helped ring up people behind my slow, couponing interaction.If you come across these two individuals, I can assure you your experience will be amazing.Thanks again,- Brandon
This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever attempted to work with in my entire life. St Jude gives us a discount prescription plan to go to CVS. I will gladly be paying an additional 15% more for my prescriptions to never use CVS ever again. I am honestly upset that 1 star is the lowest I can rank them.
I am currently on hold for the third time (its been 22 minutes) and no one is answering the phone. The first time I was on hold for 33 minutes, and 20 minutes the second time. I need my prescriptions ASAP. I already spoke to someone this morning to get them filled, but according to the app, they only filled one of my three prescriptions. For whatever reason I cant get them filled through the app. And since these are a new prescriptions I cant go through the phone tree. This experience has been a nightmare. I mean how freakin busy can they be at 2:30 in the morning.
They dont even deserve this 1 star. I was forced to transfer here after Walgreens closed. They have been dissatisfying for YEARS, however TODAY was the worst! My dr sent my prescription over at 12 noon YESTERDAY, I arrived after 5pm and was told that I had a 30min wait! I returned TODAY and was told it was a 15min wait! I am currently pregnant and NEED my medication ASAP. The pharmacy staff was super nonchalant and does not move with a sense of urgency. No one notified me about the delay via telephone and became upset when I expressed my disappointment with their performance! Dont go here, EVER! WORST PHARMACY IN THE UNIVERSE!

Dropped off a prescription on 7/30/20 at 7pm. I wanted to wait, but was told that it would not be ready until after midnight. So, I stated I would return in the morning. I missed a call at 8:14pm on 7/30/20, I returned the call at 8:17pm on 7/30/20... I was on hold for 21 minutes before I was answered by the pharmacist and when I told them I had a missed call they told me they didn’t see anything wrong with my rx. I just arrived at the pharmacy and they haven’t even started my rx due to an issue with the date.... I am beyond frustrated with this unprofessional location.
Rio was amazing! He was very attentive of all the customers even tho he was the only one there! We need more people like him!
Didnt have Theraworx leg cramp. But store is clean, organized & appeared well stock. Staff never recognized me or asked if I needed help

I have a prescription at this pharmacy for my son. It is regulated by IPledge. I have followed all the instructions to get this prescription filled and have been rejected twice. It is a ligitamate prescription from a legitimate physician. There is NO REASON why my son had to suffer because a technician doesnt understand or want to do their job. The service here is horrible. Please ship somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. ✌️
WORST PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, then you get attitude when you express dissatisfaction with their service. A multi-billion dollar company should be able to staff their Pharmacy with enough employees EVERYDAY to avoid leaving those there short handed with bad attitude. I wont even transfer my prescriptions to another CVS as bad as I dislike Walgreens Im moving on. Is there a NO star rating.
The worst customer service Ive every experienced from a pharmacy in all my 32 years. Every time I go in they seem to have an extremely hard time finding me in there system. Ive been there now 3 or 4 times. I do not have an accent or speech impediment. I always spell my full first and last name slowly, not trying to be condescending as well.This last time I went the woman at the register was at least kind. The time before that, the lady couldnt find me and was looking at me as if I lied about my scripts being sent to them. Today I call to ask if my prescriptions have been called in...that was my question in those words. The woman proceeded to tell me no... I state are you sure you are looking under the right name. Only because we continue to have confusion in this area. Her reply was, I just confirmed that with you. Then she stated they are here, but not ready. I then said I didnt ask you if they were ready, I asked you if they were called in..Only for her to sit on the phone quite and didnt apologize for being rude as hell..then when I said thank you she just hung up. I have always used Kroger pharmacy and loved them. The only reason I switched was because my new insurance wont allow me to use them. I should not have to drive out of my way to receive good service. This is beyond ridiculous and I see why this store has such a low ratings.
The pharmacy is kind of a joke. My prescriptions are never filled on time and the associates aren’t exactly professional. Super annoying.
Went through the drive thru on a Thursday at around 3:30pm.. Amazing customer service. No problems at all! No line, was there 2 minutes and I got what I needed. Better service than Walgreens!
This is by far the slowest and most unprofessional CVS in memphis. They have 10 people working and you still spend 30 plus minutes in line not to mention they have no clue of what they are doing. Im transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The pharmacist is so rude to me. Honestly, she needs to learn how to treat her customer right. Please fix her attitude. Seriously, how long does it take to pack pills? It surely doesn’t not take 45 mins. This is ridiculous.
Very bad service! trade assistant dont care if you can find the medicine you want. They will stay behind the counter forever and will not come out help you to find the medicine you want. Dont waste you time there!
Absolutely horrible service! I left another pharmacy because they moved further away about 8 months ago...Complete mistake!...i have to come to fill sons script every month, and every single visit, there has been one issue or another. I will even come a day later than when they tell me the script will be ready to insure that i get in and get out quickly, but it doesnt matter. An issue happens were the staff made a mistake (EVERY TIME!) and i still end up being there waiting no less than 30 looonnnnggg minutes before someone even attempts to fix it! and they never apologize for their incompetence.

I wish i could give them a zero. The service is horrible and you will be waiting forever. It can’t take that long to count some damn pills. Just filled my prescription for my baby and it’s still in powder form. I’ve been on hold for over 20mins after someone picked the phone up and said “..hold”. Not sorry not would you please hold just “hold”. It’s 5+ people and people waiting over 20mins it’s ridiculous.. i need corporate number and I will never get another prescription sent here. I have given it chance after chance on this ratchet ass CVS.
Horrible customer service. I am never acknowledged when I come thru the drive thru. There have been several occasions were there is a sign stating to come inside. What is the point of a drive thru and I have to come inside with my young child on a cold rainy day. I was told I would have to either wait two days for my medication or drive across town to fill it. Needless to say, I had to call back several times to get clarity as to what would be done with my prescription. The hold time was an extremely long time for me to speak to someone about my refill over the phone. This is by far the worst version of customer service exemplified each and every month I have to get my medication filled.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I am very rarely satisfied with the level of customer service. I have to constantly provide them my insurance information and the staff is unprofessional.

Money gram machine down 50% of time. Same with money orders, 1 in 2 times i walk in money orders cant be done, even if other cvs locations are fine.

Horrible!!! DO NOT FILL PERSCRIPSTION HERE!! They never answer their phone EVER!! My son was sick with fever and never got his medicine!!! Waited over 27 hrs to try and fill and had to get the perscription filled at Walgreens!!! Never use them again!!!
Worst pharmacy ever rude people had 3 meds refilled and copay doubled from last month which one med with copay was 11 dollars more than it would without insurance called to talk to rh put me on gold and not come back had one med refilled that was 25 dollars try to charge 75 I told him no he said how about 50. and I said I been paying 25 he said ok this pharmacy on winchester needs closing or hey new people in pharmacy thats 6620 winchester rd corporate is looking into them
The service is terrible we try to be nice but the can help and the prices is so high Walmart is betterI never came back they charge me 100 dlls for something I pay on Walmart 24 dlls thats very stupid I wants to return and they only said soon u live from the store u cant return anything.
I got a perscription for 45 pills. When I started going here last month I specifically asked the pharmacist if I get partial, would I have to wait by the day,the lady told me NO. Well that doesnt apply to all the pharmacist cause I was told yesterday I had to wait until Tuesday to get the rest of my meds. I live 60 miles from the pharmacy and work 80 miles away. So now I have to drive all the way back out there after I get off work n the middle of the week cause one pharmacist had to give me my medicine like a child.
Very rude staff! They act as if they have a point to prove. I worked at cvs as a tech so I know the process.. I never treated customers wrong. Now that Im a customer, it makes me mad to get it first hand. I was done wrong as a worker now Im getting attitude as a customer
