Those are some good cookies. They shorted me one (I got one brownie and 4 cookies instead of 5 in the super 6 pack), but the one I ate was warm and fresh. For someone who doesnt frequent the Highland strip, parking was a mess. I will check my order next time because these cookies are too expensive to not get all the ones I paid for.

My daughter and I love these cookies. They are warm and delicious. I have had blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice, it’s amazing. My daughter gets confetti sugar cookie with buttercream icing. The staff is always super friendly. The desserts are a great value too. I always stop in their shop to buy.

I ordered cookies for my boss. These did not make it in 2 day deliver and had mold on them. I was very disappointed and emailed the customer service email provided to me by this store over a week ago with a picture included, and have yet to hear from them.

This little jewel serves the best ice cream sandwiches with some of the best cookies that Ive ever had. The store is always clean and the prices are affordable. The customer service is also great. The parking can be tough because of its location but this dessert treat is worth the wait.

Workers were rude.The cashier in particular barely spoke- when she spoke it was only to yell when others walked in to let them know only 6 people could be in the store.After we recieved our order- we got up to our hotel room to find out that we were shorted a cookie so the cookie wiches could not be made.Also it should be more clearly posted NO CASH is accepted at this location.Sadly disappointed in this chain and our first and probably LAST experience.

$26.00 for 12 cookies and a brownie à la mode. Brownie was less than average and not fresh at all the edges were super hard. Ice cream was a runny mess. Ok Ill allow one screw up, get home open my box of cookies I requested 3 chocolate chunks,1 oatmeal raisin, 4 sugar, and 4 white chocolate macadamia... no oatmeal and a dang peanut butter cookie replaced it 🤢 I do not like peanut butter anything. Ok well let me give these cookies a try, lord knows I just should have went to Walmart and bought me some cookie dough, because thats exactly what this is. 1st and last time patronizing this place. Even if someone else bought them I would not eat those store bought cookies.

Great customer service, they were out of Vanilla Bean ice cream for my Monster Sundae. Soo they gave me an extra 12 minis for Free!!! I was sad about that vanilla bean ice cream but the extra cookies sufficed!!

First time coming and trying Insomnia Cookies, and I was excited but the cashier had an attitude the entire time. We weren’t sure what we wanted and he was just pushy and rushing us to order even after I told him it was our first time. Overall, the cookies were 10/10, but customer service was a 1.

The delux cookies seem undercooked whenever I have them, but the regular oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and the like are always good. They have a convenient delivery service and the staff is kind.

Slowest delivery I’ve ever experienced. First order took 90 minutes. Second order I gave up at an hour & 15 minutes and cancelled the order. It wouldn’t be so bad if you had some idea how long the delivery is going to take. App sucks/tracker does not work.

Amazing cookies, as always, and friendly staff. I highly recommend ordering ahead for curbside or delivery, otherwise youll be waiting a while during peak hours.

Cookies themselves were not cooked very well, and were DEF. overpriced...could have EASILY gotten this quality of cookie from premade in deli @ Grocery store. They charged $2.12 for delivery plus tip so its not like they are passing the delivery fee to you in the price of the cookie itself...these are generic cookies that are NOT HAND MADE, THEY ARE MADE FROM FROZEN DOUGH THAT THE FANCHISE SENDS TO THEM AND TO ALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS AROUND THE COUNTRY.. THIS IS NOT A UNIQUE IDEA AND UNLESS YOURE SUPER LAZY, GO GET SOME AT THE GROCERY STORE AND SAVE A TON OF MONEY!!!!!

Love this place. I used to go all the time to the one in oxford when I was at ole miss and I was excited to learn that there was one in Memphis now. My absolute favorite are the sugar and snickerdoodle cookies.

I heard so many amazing things about this place and I was really excited to try the cookies. This will be my first time and last time coming. Very poor customer service. When my friend and I walked in the cashier just stared at us. We didnt receive any type of greeting. No hello, hi, how are you doing, what will you like to get today? The cookies were okay, just a little over priced.

Insomnia is my saving grace. Im not big into coffee if it doesnt have some kind of chocolate, but sugar keeps me awake. Since Starbucks closes pretty early, I go to Insomnia for a delicious brownie a la mode with moose tracks ice cream to get my body going. Yummy!

I love Insomnia Cookies; however, today at 11:49 pm, I called to do an 18 count order for my office (downtown Greensboro location). The store associate proceeded to take my order only to tell me half way through the order that they will not have a delivery driver until after 5pm. She should have advised that immediately. Not to mention that she stated that they DID not have macadamia nut cookies because, they ran out... Very poor service and sad because this is the first bad experience I have had at this location.

While having a delivery service for cookies and other desserts is a great concept, somehow this store has managed to make even such a great idea awful. Insomnia Cookies is without a doubt the worst delivery service I have ever ordered from.I have ordered three separate times from this place in the hopes that the service would be get better as time goes on but it hasnt. Each time I have ordered I have faced a wait time of at least an hour and a half. On one occasion, I waited well over two hours for just six cookies. In addition to long wait times, Insomnia Cookies has gotten my order wrong during two separate orders and when I called the number provided to have them correct the issue, I found that it was being run by an off-site customer service line. While I was told they would send someone to correct the issue, no one ever arrived and no one ever contacted me about the issue. Several phone calls following my initial request proved to be just as fruitless. Save your money, sanity, and time and go buy cookies from anywhere other than here.

Love their cookies and conveniently late hours, theyre awfully short on customer service. The last 3 times Ive visited the cashiers have been rude, with what seemed to be an annoyed attitude. I hope this changes!

The cookies are alright, however the staff fails to honor their own coupons and discounts. When I put one, which they had sent as an apology for a previous time they messed up my order, they did not apply it and I was charged despite them seeing that I had used the discount.Buying or baking your own cookies is a better alternative than overpaying for a ruined order.

I love these cookies. I intentionally waited until I had several different experiences to write a review. I can say Ive never had them delivered so my review is something about the taste and customer service. Loved them both. Ove had the chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut and oatmeal raisin. All were delicious. The service is always polite. I honestly havent had a bad experience in the 4 times Ive been.

Those cookies could be straight out the Walmart discount section, but if you will deliver them to me at 2am when I just smoked and dont feel like or can drive; I will pay you substantially for that service. I havent even tried them and it has to be 5 stars.

They are great! But they are pricey, marketed as premium cookie. They have 🍪, ice cream, & milk. The peanut butter is 👍 but idk if its worth the money. 1 cookie is like $1.50 or something. If you have the 💰 support their business cause you will be satisfied.

These cookies are amazing. We ordered online and they arrived less than 15 minutes later. The first time we ordered we picked a delivery time and it was right on time. Yes, they arent cheap, but they are warm when they arrive and YOU DONT HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE!!! Great for movie night or a sudden craving. So glad they are here.

I love Insomnia Cookies they are some of the greatest cookies in the world but just went in and some blonde girl with glasses had absolutely no life in her whatsoever was very short answered. So we bought for cookies which came up to around $8 then I looked on the wall and noticed we could have gotten a six-pack for $8.80 so I said well hey cant we just do a six pack and she said the sale is final theres not much I can do picked up her phone begin texting somebody and walk to the back. Love Insomnia Cookies just had a bad experience with one employee that needs to have a better attitude and how could you not have a good attitude working around those delicious smells

Very disappointed. Cookies taste good, but staff was kinda cold they almost forgot a cookie but I caught it before I drove away. Cookies are small traditional are suppoed to be 4 inches across these are about 3 inches to 3 1/2 inches. And the deluxe are supoosed to be 6 inches mine is just about 4 inches. The only reason its 2 stars is the taste and they were served warm when i picked it up. The place in Rochester NY was so much better.
