Ive shopped at C&P since I was 16 and they were located in Lamar Shopping Center. Im now 53 and still find the best hair in any beauty supply store in Memphis there. I just wanted a wig that was fun and inexpensive for a event.

This used to be my choice beauty supply store for at least 15 years. My shopping experiences were very different (helpfulness) when Lionel was assisting customers. For over a year now, I have become quite disappointed and appalled by the lack of knowledge, impatience, expressions of disinterest when asking for advice and the expectation that the customer should be the expert on beauty products THEY sell. I was about to purchase over $400 worth of products and could only receive I dont know answers, misleading answers, chase down employees and very little eye contact when requesting information. As of today, I vow to never spend one red cent with this family business because I work to hard to beg someone to take my money. Its Mayvenn.com for me for all extension purchases going forward - good customer service, expert advice, better quality and Black owned.

I have visited C & P locations before but this was my first time visiting this location. If youre not familiar with the area, you may easily drive past it (like I almost did) because its in a small shopping center and the sign is directly on the building. If you are familiar with A&R BBQ in Hickory Hill; its right across the street from it.The staff is professional and friendly. And what I like about them is that they dont follow you around the store as you shop; they only come to you when you need their help. They have so many products for both men and women so thats also a plus. They are well stocked and had exactly what I needed. It didnt take long to check out which was also a plus. I will definitely be back soon.

This place like every other beauty supply stores. Something they had I like, some they did not. Their crochet hair was not a large variety to choose from but I did find one I liked. So my suggestion is to go an look and see if they have what u need.

C&P has been serving the Memphis community for over twenty years. Remakably, C&P continues to offer great consumer products and services. I would note that if C&P does not provide it one would probably not need it.

Although this place is 30 minutes from my house I dont think Id ever got anywhere else. I have been going for over 5 years.The environment is amazing and the manager makes you feel like family.

Wigs cheap TJ Beauty across the street by Citi trends has a much better selection an a better friendly staff who is willing to assist u. An better quality wigs an hair. Stop spending money where they treat Us bad if we pay yall bills. Never again will I go there

Ive been going to C & P for the past 3 decades, every since their first store on Lamar/Airways. My purchases are never really large and have Never had any problems. All of the staff at each of the locations that Ive visited over the years have been nothing but helpful and treats me with respect. They treat me like a valued customer.

What was set about them is true when I was booming doing her i from the early its to the early 2000 that lo ones is spent plenty of money now not owing a shop anymore dont visit as much and have strt going and from other stores and what the offer and check prices as well.

It was okay. Bought same hair which one was medium cost more than large. Didnt get a logical explanation however will probably visit again in future
