Went to this place while traveling for work and needed to sell some gold to have money. Found this place. Location surrounding looks shady but store and owner was very kind and welcoming. Was a little lower than expected but not a lot. Would go to again. Btw the “guard” dog very friendly !

Stopped by on a Saturday morning with no real expectations. Alex was very helpful and went through every bit of the testing process in front of me, which was a huge plus. Most places send your merchandise to a mystery person in a back room to decide what they will/wont take. Alex stayed at the counter and discussed each part of the test phase. I was satisfied with the amount he paid me and would be happy to do business with them again.

I was hesitant about this place at first. I went to Master Jewelers in Olive Branch, thinking it would be more reputable and I had also sold to them before. They only wanted to give me $94 for a heavy 14k gold band. So later I was driving by and said what the heck. The co-owner offered me $145!! I told her about my experience. She said that wasnt even as high as a pawn shop would offer! She said it was around 25% and they do 65-80%! She was also very courteous about other questions I had, even honestly discussing top competitors I could go to. So if you want top dollar for your gold, you can feel confident with this business!!!

Memphis has a handful of gold buyers and Im sure they all have fair prices but when it comes down to it Memphis Gold Buyers out bid the two other buyers I went to and treated me with courtesy and respect.
