Overall big lots is an awesome store. They basically have a lot of random things for an often very low price. They also have a rewards card, as well as a credit card. The one downside is that a lot of the store was just empty out of stock. Or had just a few items so spread apart just enough to not look too bare. But the employees are extra kind and overall its a great store to find random stuff.

We went to pick up a piece of furniture for our grandma and the lady we encountered first was very unprofessional. Her name is Ebony and as my partner and I approached her counter in the furniture section she did not acknowledge us, instead she was playing on her phone, had headphones on, and watching something on the computer. We stood there and she finally took her headphones off and put her phone down and acted like we were inconviencing her. She informed her we were there to pick up a TV stand and she said well youll have to wait, theres pickup orders ahead of you and other people ahead of you. Mind you when we first arrived I saw only one person taking orders to the curb, Vicki. Ebony attempted to go get our order from the back, but thankfully Vicki took care of us and got our order to the curb.When I called the store to speak to the manager, Angelika, the moment I asked for the manager the associate hung up on me. I finally got through to a manager not entirely sure they were but I expressed my concerns and she said it would be addressed. The staff, besides Vicki, are very unprofessional so of you decide to go, ask Vicki to help you. She is so kind and helpful.

Associates were friendly and helpful. Went beyond looking for a chair for our son for his birthday. Very knowledgeable on their reward program

The Big Lots on Winchester furniture department is first rate! The young man that works in the evening is top notch customer service orientated.

The employees were helpful and friendly. The business was clean, easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable.

My first time going here in about 9 months.It has changed so much now. Its more spacious, and they have added clothing to the inventory. Talk about moving things right along. I have always been a fan of Big Lots. Now Im even more excited to go there, and shop.

The store is very clean & organized. The aisles are just wide enough for shoppers to navigate thur but staying 6 feet apart is impossible. But place markers are throughout the store. The clerks were very pleasant.

A nice store you can find a lot of different things and the prices are low on most things

I went here to try and find wreath making items. They had some wreath frames and very little ribbon choices. Some great wall decor pieces. A really good selection of just about everything. Even had womens Activewear.

It was wonderful. The cashier name Barbara gave excellent customer service. She was very nice and had a Beautiful attitude. Well be back to see her again. Keep smiling Barbara its a perfect look on you. Im a very satisfied customer because of you.

Had what I needed and that which was listed on the website. Clerk was friendly and rendered service with a smile. Shopping is self service at I saw no one on the floor. Found what I needed without too much trouble.

I stood in this store for a total of 20 mintues waiting for assistance and even acknowledgment from the staff of at least 3 people. I tried numerous times to get there attention but theh were consumed after politely waiting, I walked out without the bed I wanted to purchase. Quality service makes a big difference

Horrible Service. Or should i say lack of. Store was NOT busy and still couldnt get ANY help in the tv stand area. Waited a few minutes then went up front to asl for assistance. Waited for 10 more minutes and no help came. Horrible

Love it princes was to high for me

Store has decent selection, however customer service is lacking. I also tried to return a gift, but the store wouldnt honor their return policy online. Im disgusted and dont plan on buying anything ever from there. Assistant Manager did nothing to help and wasnt friendly at all.

Most people dont know it but big lots carries a large selection of organic items in specialty food items that you can find nowhere else. The prices are very fair and they usually have a sale rack where items are discounted very low. They also have a wide range of personal health products, electronics, home furnishings, lawn and garden stuff, and more. The staff is usually very friendly. This is one of my favorite places to shop for food and for everyday items.

Some neat stuff but Oh my the prices have gotten ridiculous here. I was looking for 2 pound hand weights and 2 were priced at $8.00. Next door at TJMaxx the EXACT same set was $4.99. So.......

Its smaller than Walmart and therefore doesnt have as much BUT has a little of lots of things and some things (novelty candy) that are harder to find at other stores. The employees that I encountered were very nice, too. Its way easier to get in and out here, too.

Great deals but their women’s restroom is absolutely disgusting and the stall doors are torn up. I feel bad for moms of small children who have no choice but to take their little ones in there.

If I could give this store a -0 I would. The Store Closes at 9pm. I find it convenient to TRY TO SHOP here but how can i if they close the doors early..I chose to shop this store last night 03/19/2019, I pull up at 8:45pm to go inside, as I approach the door, the door is locked already and no employee is in sight. Locking the doors 15 minutes til is NOT HOW you run a business..you still have customers that would like to try and spend some money, or give you some business but the doors are locked. If the doors are locked so early, at least have an employee by the door to open it as they see a customer approaching. this is the SECOND TIME ive tried to shop at this facility and they close the doors 15-20 mins early. As i walked back to my car, another car pulled up and I watched the manager (Older Black Lady), saw the young man walking up to the door, at this time its 8:52pm and she just looked at him, and let him walk away..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!Previously, When I went into the store at 8:50pm the door was locked, a gentleman came and opened the door, i ran in to purchase some gum. When i approached the register, the lady (again) asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card for big lots, I replied NO maam, she replied, well i shouldve just kept the door locked then since you werent gonna apply. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Could not put in my saving number system messed up. could on run debit only credit. Lucky had cash dontike ro usedepit card as credit.
