I ordered over three months ago and still have not gotten my order and no one ever calls me about updates on my order. Why do they ask for your number if they never call you. I’ve called many times just for them to say your order isn’t ready or they will have someone call me back and I never get a call. I truly wish there was another uniform shop available. The employees there are very nice but the service (time to get your order) is terrible.

Ive had better waiting experiences. The lady took my order, my money, and once my uniform was taken to the back for alterations, I waited longer than usual. Finally, another young lady came and asked if Id been waited on and when I advised her that Id been waiting for quite some time, she checked on my clothes which had been finished and just sitting in the back. If theyd been extremely busy, I wouldve understood. But, that wasnt the case. Other than that, everything was fine.

Midsouth was amazing when they first opened, but now they are awful. I waited a full 6 months for my order and was repeatedly told, “It’s been shipped just call back in a week.” Then when it came in it was the incorrect size. They managed to spell my four letter last name wrong TWICE on the same order. All the issues with the orders I’ve placed have always been blamed on the supplier, but the supplier isn’t responsible for customer service.Now that all the department’s allotments are over, I called to try and price out an item. It took calling them four times today between 9am and 2pm, for them to pick up, and then they proceeded to inform me, “I don’t work up front, you’ll have to come in to see how much the suspenders cost.”I get that they are the only uniform shop in the city, but that isn’t an excuse for terrible customer service.

Good work, but SO slow (turn around time) with stitching/sewing details..usually no one answers the phone either..therefore you have to drive there to see if your order is ready..

I have had many good experiences in the past. Yesterday was even better. I met a new employee named Elanna. I was a little short on time and she was very sweet and went above and beyond to ensure I made it to work without being late.

I had the best experience I had have here period with Elanna. She was very helpful and friendly. She also got me out of there the fastest I’ve gotten out of there in a long time.

I go at least twice a year to use up my allotment. Gets pretty busy in the summer (June, July) due to new fiscal year with most departments. Im usually in and out. If what I need is not in stock, they order and have it in around 2 weeks.

Was great, didnt have to wait long. Only reason i cant give 5 stars because they are closed on Saturdays....

Terrible service. Wait times are terrible in store and on orders. Would not recommend.

I reached out to Kelley at Midsouth Solutions for her help reapplying numbers to my sons team shirt. Chelsea was my point of contact when I dropped off my shirt and less than 10 minutes later theyd fixed the problem and was ready for me to pick it up! Chelsea brought the shirt to my car and was the sweetest, kindest person Id talked to all day. I want to thank Midsouth Solutions for making me feel like a valued customer and being prompt to provide service.

Although they service most departments in the Shelby County area and as such have a high volume of business, their staff is always friendly and accommodating. For example, when I stopped by today, Katie went above and beyond with her display of customer service and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, all with a smile on her face, like always. Would definitely recommend.

The business is well kept and the staff is good to the customer. Ms. Kate was great! She is very knowledgeable about the products and the ordering process. She relates to the customers. I want to thank her for the customer service and the friendly treatment. Thank you Ms.Kate for your time.

Never had a problem with this place. Always had good customer service when I come. The staff works efficiently, even when they’re busy. I’ve never gotten a bad attitude from anyone.

It seems as if your not a 1st responder they tend to not give you good service.

The worst uniform shop ever. Cant handle all the agencies they are trying to handle. Customer service is a joke. Dont try to return anything, they will try to make up excuses, why you cant return anything. They cheated me on a return on a gift that was purchased for me.Original price was 96.99 and when I returned it, they said it would be $91.76 on the return and started making up an excuse on a balance being due. Shady practices. I will never purchase anything from them again. I will go without before I purchase anything. Heather the so call manager was of no assistance and was part of the Shady practices.

Good place to walk in and buy things but do not order anything because you will be waiting many weeks and sometimes months to receive your order. Place your orders online directly and you will receive it in a matter of days.

Service is 50/50. They rarely ever have anything in stock. If you have to order anything, get ready to wait 6 months to a year for items you can purchase on Amazon and receive within 2-3 days. If your order does ever come in, you better check to make sure it is correct before you leave. Ordered nylon cuff cases in January and here I am, still waiting.

This store serves an unbelievable volume of customers. Especially around the time that several agencies issue their allotments to employees. That being said, the staff, especially Katie, has always been extremely helpful and courteous. Even when they are obviously overwhelmed by the volume of customers.

Horrible customer service again. I dread coming to this business, but they are the only shop in town. They never have anything in stock. They ask for your phone number and promise to call when the items you need are in stock, but guess what nobody evers calls. Employees walk right past you or stand there and chat with each other while you are standing at the counter waiting for assistance. Very frustrating to be a customer at this business. I thought service at Shapiro was bad, but this place is the worse. Do yourself a favor and buy online whenever possible !

These guys are very busy, but they are trying hard to do a good job. Some of the way folks talk to these ladies is something. They made sure I had everything I needed, and were very patient with me.

This is the worst uniform shop in the country. They never have anything in stock and when you order items they are almost always wrong. They have bought out every other uniform shop in the area and have a monopoly. The service is terrible and they all have an attitude. Ive been waiting almost 7 months for an item they said would take 6 weeks to get. They “misplace” items on a regular basis. Every customer hates this shop but we are forced to use it by our departments. All the items are overpriced. They up charge because they now they are guaranteed checks from all the local governments.

Almost every time I visit this store, they are extremely busy. I’m sure that these women are slammed almost every day, however, Katlyn’s willingness to jump in and help is truly amazing. She always seems to have a great attitude and try’s to help in any way possible. It’s truly nice to have someone so willing to help while under so much pressure.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had from any type of business. Ordered work uniforms 2 weeks ago and they came this Monday. I called Tuesday and was asked when do I need them. I said as soon as possible since I only have one uniform. They said they will put a rush on them to be embroidered. I called Thursday afternoon, yesterday, and got a promising answer. I was told they will be ready by the end of the day or first thing in the morning, which is today. I waited and called at 1130 to check. Since I live about 40 minutes away I wanted to make sure before heading out. Well guess what, I was as told they are in the embroidery department and it’s first come first serve. I explained what I’ve been told already and she only said I don’t have a timeframe when they will be done but she will call when they are ready. Really mid south solutions? This is ridiculous at best.

Why cant I leave a zero?I can get an order in about a week from any online retailers. Mid south problems takes much longer, up to 6 months for me. Need a hat thats pre printed? Theyll have that, thats it.Poor customer service, maybe the worst, but they have the memphis monopoly....

Great place for uniform items.

If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would. First the customer service is lacking from most associates. Second they never have anything in stock and must order the items you need. The company tells you it will be two weeks to get the items you order but in reality it is six weeks. I refuse to spend anymore of my hard earned money here. I will shop online or drive to Galls in Jonesboro. I’ve had enough of their excuses and and sub par service.

The staff is rude and untrained...just terrible. The selection non-existent unless you are MPD or MFD. They require you use your entire allotment at one time or you loose the balance. Only game in town for city and county uniforms and they know it. Absolutely worst service I have ever seen in 20+ years. Shapiros Uniforms were are you!

Great customer service while they are not busy and probably the best inventory in the city.Now when they are busy things get extremely disorganized and in my case its 75% of the 4 times I have been. It took over a month to get 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt and I received no call when it got in. They lost my original measurements so that had to be done over. Definetly not a place you can just stop by and pick up something. Great place to window shop for new equipment and just purchase on amazon.They just need to work on their organizational skills it be a good place to shop but until then forget about it!
