I paid 50% down on this project about 1.5 months ago and Memphis Fence began the project nearly 1 month ago. Theyve shown up a total of 5 times for varying amounts of time and have input perhaps 1.5 - 2 solid days of work completing only posts in the ground. For nearly 3 weeks theyve have left my backyard unsecure only remedying when I stopped by their office to complain as well as advise I was going out of town for a week. Ive had to delay completion of sodding my backyard which was to occur a week after they completed the work which should have taken 3 days. This company is costing me with the Sod company and Memphis Fence was $3500 more than the other 9 fence companies I vetted. I will update this review as to how they complete, any concessions made and my overall satisfaction.

The ground wheel assembly on our large rolling gate broke very suddenly and we needed a new one ASAP to get our lot secure. Called around and Memphis Fence had a new assembly on hand and at a very reasonable price. An hour later, gate was fixed and we were able to secure our lot. Will keep them in mind for any future needs.

Quick to respond to my business needs. Had a long chain link gate that had been neglected far too long by previous staff. They gave a fair, honest quote and after approval of the quote they were out quick to solve my issues.

Man alive, these guys are good! I’ll admit it: I can be a tough customer sometimes, and they were very patient with me. The work they do a solid, the customer service they provide is stellar and they are a great group of people all around. Highly recommend!

Memphis Fence Co. was very professional Due to COVID-19 the installation time was longer than usual, but they called to keep me informed of the installation status. The fence looks very good.
