Not good at all. I tried to get quotation from a week, they kept saying they are going to send someone to measure the commercial stores, i give them my info but everytime i call to check the status i feel i start from zero they dont save my address or anything not professional : (

These people do what I ask them to in a prompt and competent fashion. I personally feel that their prices are on the high side. but theyre not so high that I would look elsewhere for somebody to do something I dont want to do or cant do. one very good thing about Pittman glasses if I need a piece of glass that is bigger than what Lowes carries they will have it and cut it and put it in the frame. They also carry plexiglass and many varieties of window glass. The receptionist is very attractive which is a plus for all us guys.

A week before they can come out and see the window and $200 labor at least before they even see the job.Need to hire a better customer service person to answer the phone. Not helpful at all

I didnt really get service from here. I called them and they want to charge 25 dollars for estimation fee. I have already called 2 other places and they didnt not charge any estimation fee. Thats a red flag for me. Lets say if I want to sell some clothes and I charge my customers fee if I show them my clothes. Make no sense. It is not like they come to diagnose anything. I would stay away from this place.

Office staff is very rude and disrespectful, huge delays in deliveries. They do not treat their customers with any type of priority. Weve been waiting for months to have a piece of glass installed and weve had zero communication and have to call the office for an update!

I have used Pitman Glass on numerous occasions. They have repaired multiple items of glass that has been broken during work. Also have had the pleasure of working with Pitman Glass on 2-3 projects of Di-Noc installation. This is where they resurface any surface with 3M vinyl to restore it to a near new appearance.
