It has been two months since they’ve installed the new countertops. They first installed the bar’s countertop to far into the kitchen which covered an outlet. They came out that day and shifted it back. No problem. However, they didn’t reseal it nor check to make sure it’ll stay. Two days later, we removed the wood brace to watch the newly installed countertop start to dip and be horribly unleveled. Been in contact to get someone to come out to fix this issue and keep getting brushed aside because we had already paid. They told us to buy brackets, and they would come back out. That’s been over a month and half since we bought those on top of what they had already charged. We keep texting and they give a different day and time then never show without any notice to us. Horrible company to deal with as they don’t fix their own mistakes. If I could do it over, I would never have selected them to do the countertops as I still have a wood brace being the only thing holding up my countertop.
