Best Somali food in town brings a lot of Memories and its a family owned business, I know I will be coming back👍🏼

I am from Minneapolis, city known for Somali food- but HANDS DOWN this is one of the best Somali food I had for a long time. This place is low key, not known to many people - will definitely go back again next time I am in Memphis area

Ive been buying unsi.... Which is a sweet smelling incense from the east... from this store for many many years. This is the best incense Ive ever used. Try it you wont burn anything else in your home.

MBI always want to support African people, but the is one place I will never go to again. I sent my daughter there and the owner cheated her on an African spice. She charged her two dollars extra for a spice Ive been buying there for years. Then on top of that she mixed the spice with other spices so it destroyed my meal. I will never go back again, and only purchase my spices from Al Barakat. The owner there is honest and has never cheated me or my daughter. Shame on you for cheating your own people!
