Wow What an experience - Order a guitar from them in February which was going to be the first Steven Todd Barnett Customer J5P5 (1 of 10). Thankfully paid my deposit as a business transaction, and started speaking to Ziggy the owner via text, Facebook and even spent a hour on the phone one night with him. Very personable gentleman. So much that when March rolled around and the guitar was finished he asked me if I would send the money as Friends and Family so there was no fees and I said sure being a very trusting soul until done wrong.Well originally was going to take delivery in person in Memphis as a Pump5 show but my plans changed. Ziggy asked me if he could keep it a couple of weeks to show it and I said sure. Texted every week after than and still no guitar. Finally fed up accepted the fact I could only get $658.39 of the $1336.90 I paid him back through a PayPal dispute to which I was just notified they found in my favor.Sad day....was excited about the guitar and was excited about the befriending my buddy Ziggy. Today I lost out on $678.41 from using the friends and family tab, lost guitar and lost faith in people. I would not trust this company for any reason unless you have the guitar in hand and then pay them. I have heard nothing but good stuff about the product but at this point a thief is a thief. You can see proof of what i say in the attached picture of the two Paypal transaction and email from PayPal approving my refund.
