The equipment was delivered 6 hours late. I had to call twice to get an update that the equipment was having technical issues and was still parked at the company’s lot. Once it was delivered i was told that it seemed to be working properly and there also a tech that was sent out to do an overview. The original delivery driver had the machine stop on him. The machine stopped on us multiple times while I was 30+’ in the air! It kept saying we needed to contact someone for service. We had to constantly shut it down by pushing the stop buttons to reset the system. After about 3-4 times of resetting it it’d then move enough so I could come down. The pick up date was supposed to be Sat Oct 23rd but I received a call out of the blue this morning at approx 9:45am that they were at the property to pick up the machine. I had zero heads up and had to leave the office to meet them. This has been one of the worst experiences renting equipment from anywhere. I was told that I’d at least get the delivery and pickup fees waived but at this point I also deserve a discount on the equipment itself due to it not working properly during my renting period.
