Bunch of crooks took 600.00 to fix headlights never did rigged foglights to work sometimes then found all needed was bulbs and wont give no money back... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I wanted a completely different style of headlight. I wanted to capture the essence of nostalgia in my Jeep halogen style headlight, while converting it to all LED with Halo. These guys are great. I wish they would raise their prices so the wait time for an appointment would be shorter or better yet expand.

I spoke with Christopher Montgomery about having new headlights installed on my vehicle and he gave me a quote of $100 - $150. I called the following Monday to schedule an appointment because Monday’s is the only day for scheduling. During the call, he gave me a new quote ranging from $150 - $200. I asked why did the price increase and he disrespectfully said, “I don’t have time to explain about my prices.” Ok cool, I’m not sensitive, so I decided to patronize the business anyway. Christopher Montgomery completed the installation on my vehicle in exactly 34 minutes (9:00 am - 9:34 am). I thought to myself, that’s fast, but then again, he’s technically the headlight expert, so I didn’t question the quickness of the installation. I paid, drove the vehicle home, and noticed the finder liners missing majority of the clips and 10mm bolts. I called and asked why he decided to misplace the clips and bolts that hold the finder liners together. He blatantly lied and disputed that he removed the finder liners to complete the work, if that’s the case, he should not have removed them. I know for a fact that he removed the clips in the finder liners because I replaced all of the finder liners myself one week prior with new 10mm bolts and new clips. He put my liners back onto the car in a hurry and did a below than average job. His business etiquette is subpar and performance skills are deficient. He could not give me an adequate explanation about the lack of production that he provided on 5/30/2021. He also took the original headlights off and put them back in the car with dust, dirt and rocks inside of the old headlights. Those headlights didn’t arrive with rocks and dust in them, so how did he manage to get rocks inside of the headlights? Christopher Montgomery even misplaced or kept one of older headlight bulbs in the older headlights. I didn’t need the older bulb because I brought all new replacement bulbs for the new installation. If he needed a bulb, I would have given it to him without any charge. The experience was unsatisfactory and I even gave the guy an extra tip for performing the service that day. If I would have known that he would leave bolts and clips off of my vehicle, I would not have patronized the business from the start. Be aware and cautious when allowing him to perform any service on your vehicle(s).I’m quite sure, the owner will give a concealed response down below to suppress Christopher’s talent imperfections, but the truth remains the same, he did a faulty job on 5/30/2021.

From the pics it seems like they do good work. I had ordered lights that took 4+ months to get in. I understand there was going to be a delay but I never received one phone call from. I called them and said ya its in. He said they call me back to ship it. No phone call. 😡 So I drove 6 hours to pick it up.

Had a set of fog lights installed, look great, work great, very satified, highly recommend.

Chris is extremely nice and professional! His work speaks for itself...all the way from regular ol HIDs to complete custom builds! Shop is clean and they get you in and out. I’ve had them do several of my personal vehicles and continue to refer friends and family to Chris.

Ive dealt with Chris and these guys on several occasions and not once have I ever had a complaint. They are pretty quick and professional. Money well spent

Factory HID light gave out while driving at night! Called the guys up and they said they would have to make an appointment. I said ok. Was in the area and Chris (owner) was there, told/showed him the issue... He popped a new set in and had me back on the road in less than 15mins.. Was lucky because they were booked for like a week and I was able to get the issue solved the next day after calling and safely back on the road. We will definitely be coming back to them to get some custom work done in the future. If youre looking for the GOOD OCD professional and great skilled shop then check them out.

Chris was very helpful. Assembly purchased from here was incorrectly installed from the factory. Chris corrected the issue with no problem. Stuff happens but one key aspect to success is customer service AFTER payment has posted.

Had them take a look at my truck and suggest some upgrades for me. I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out! New high, low, & fog lights all LED. And quite possibly the most powerful backup light I have ever seen installed on a truck.From start to finish they were professional and informative. You pay for what you get in this world. And I can honestly say every dollar was more than worth it spent with Chris and his team!Repeat customer for sure!

It may take a week to get an appointment and a headlight can feel like an immediate need based on your driving schedule.;however if you can wait, this will be the fastest and most inexpensive. Service has a year warranty.

The headlight pros are a 10/10. Chris has done tons of work on 2 of my vehicles, building 2 custom headlight builds. Will not trust anyone else but him with my car and doing my lights. I would now recommend going anywhere else but here even if it is just for a lighting upgrade to a full custom build!

I wasnt pleased with my visit to headlight pros today. They replaced my HID headlight system to an LED light setup about a month ago. I was told while at the location that my pigtail (direct plug for the headlight) had corrosion in it. If I continued to have a problem with it? I can bring it back and they would fix it. Fast forward to Monday 7/22/19. I called explaining that the low beam light on the passenger side wasnt working. Did the person that I was speaking with remember me or my truck? Could I bring it in? I was told they only work on appointments, which was scheduled for Friday 7/26/19 at 11am. I brought the truck in as scheduled to resolve the issue. I was told at the time that it was in fact the pigtail was bad. They would have to go to Autozone and pick up a new one. Which I agreed was what we needed to do. Once the new pigtail was installed I was quoted a total of $55.00 for the service that was done. $40.00 for the labor of removing the headlight and $15.00 for the pigtail. I asked. Why am I paying a service charge of $40.00 for something that I wouldve had fixed the day that the new lights were installed. Not to come back and have to pay an additional or another service fee to fix it. It wouldve cost me $40.00 to replace the pigtails the day the new lights were installed. Im upset about this. I feel that you the HID Pros employee could have asked me the day of to go ahead and fix the issue since there was a 50/50 chance that I have this problem occur. Not have me waste gas come back another day and then charge me a service fee to do what couldve been done that day. Sorry for the rant but this wasnt cool. I spent $55.00 + gas today when I couldve only spent $40.00 the first day I was there.

Professional staff, who are all extremely knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions you may have. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. I would highly recommend this shop. Trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed.

I was referred to this place by my fiance who raved about the work done at this shop. The owner was very nice and professional so I decided to get my headlights and fog lights done. After a week my left fog light went out. I went back to the shop and they replaced it. Then 2 weeks later my right fog light went out, and I went back to the shop and they replaced it again. About 3 months later my left fog light went out again and my right fog light started flickering so I went back again and they replaced the bulbs.Back in August my right fog light went out once again. I cant tell you how frustrating this has been, because Ive barely had this work done 2 years. This past Saturday guess what started going out????? My LEFT HEADLIGHT...Today I went to the dealer to have my car looked at and they found (and showed me) the botched up wiring job that has been done to my lights, and a set of my wires is ZIPPED TIED AND JUST DANGLING LIKE A PAIR OF KEYS. When they performed the diagnostics/test and showed me how poorly my HID lights and wiring had been installed and have been performing it made me extremely infuriated! To pay the kind of money that I paid to only find out your vehicle wiring has been chopped up by someone whom you assumed and thought was a professional in their field. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never come back. Oh and by the way guess who started having issues with their lights too???? My fiance...If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Brought in my 2008 Volkswagen Touareg to get HIDs put in for my low beams, high beams, and fogs. These guys are great at what they do for sure. Even though it took a little bit to figure it all out because german cars are difficult to work with, when the got it all working the finished product was amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing some light work done to their cars. Will be back very soon for some more upgrades.
