The owner or manager Mike was so disrespectful to me on yesterday. I will not patronize this business in my lifetime again. He appeared In my opinion to be high or drunk based on my observation. He stated to me that he smokes crack everyday. He charged me too much for two items I bought and refused to refund the difference or the total amount. He snatched the bag off the counter and told me I was not getting a refund and to take it up with my bank. I encourage all decent people to avoid patronizing this business. There was a very nice employee that told this man, Mike we owe him the $4 just pay him or refund him. Mike said no he will not get anything from this store. This is after I paid for it and owned the product. I have filed a complaint against him with the Alcohol and Beverage Commission . I will be filing a BBB complaint as well. I again encourage all decent persons to not patronize this business. This man in my opinion does not represent customer service or respect to good business practices. I called the police. He eventually gave me $3.17 back after a 30 minute dispute.

Polo has a good selection of wines and spirits and great staff on hand. It is located in the plaza to the left of Sonics on Winchester. The parking can be very limited at times. Prices are very good. It has been a go to spot for years. Not as large as some other stores, but you typically find what youre looking for.

Would give a zero star rating if I could. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and the man at the counter was bragging about about how he was going to shoot or stab his co-worker in front of all the customers. So unprofessional and will never go back.
