The gentleman by the name of Dennis that works there was extremely rude to my wife on the telephone this morning after she had called the wrong lumber yard with a question. A honest mistake was greeted with sarcasm and him slamming the phone down hanging up on her. After an experience like that I hope if anyone does have a genuine problem they get better treatment than she did.

Ordered an exterior outswing door, took them 3 attempts to make the door to specification. The final door while it finally physically fit into the opening was poorly made, had wrong threshold, wrong hinges and door knobs that were way to low, and the steel cladding on one of the doors was delaminating. After going back and forth with these guys they finally admit yes its bad. they agree to pick up the door (its a large double out swing exterior french door) and bring a refund. after 2 months they finally send pickup crew with no refund in hand and i’m now told “we’re processing the check”Followup: The Following week they finally mailed out a check. so atleast we got that going for us.
