Poor customer service experience. I have a field service business and I have been in Parker stores all over the USA. I have been in this one a few times too. This store’s number one priority is getting out the door by 5 PM. They are probably competent, but don’t expect any extra effort. I called at 4:10 on a Friday, needing two hoses to be made with a 45 minute drive. The lady said we are open until 5:00, but you will need to be here by 4:45 to get the hoses made. I said I don’t want to make the trip and just miss, can you stay open until I get there? She said no we don’t typically do that, especially on a Friday. I asked are you open on Saturday? No. So now I have time to write this review as I try and figure out how I am going to get these hoses made.

Very helpful staff, had a handful of hydraulic hoses made for a fair price.
