Called for an estimate quote for replace the hydrolic hose of the genie lift and the sale rep quote it for around $300 to replace it then got a bill $925. These people are sitting around and try to hit some bucket rip off money. They charge $180 for just to make a trip to your place, $460 for 2 hours labor of service and all the parts that you might be prepare for it. Everything is on the bill even a single screw ! Horrible service !! Be aware !!

Great place for earth moving equipment and aerial work

We have several large pieces of equipment rented from H and E and they have been on top of everything. Very good customer service and equipment seems to be well maintained.

Horrible experience. This company performed work on my skid loader and charged me 3 times what it should have cost. Service manager would never return my call to discuss the bill. Left numerous messages. Stay away from H&E equipment.
