I came in pretty late and needed a new helmet and jacket. Blake helped me find a great helmet and jacket. I was impressed because he didnt care I came in late. He seemed happy to help me stay safe.

Top notch folks here. The young dude there o this past Sunday did a great job explaining things and was very helpful and informative. Not only helped me with my current purchase but helped me make better informed decisions for when I’m ready to add Bluetooth audio to my riding experience.

I was nervous about going in because I know nothing about trying to find the right helmet. But I went to the front and immediately someone asked if I needed any help, and when I explained what I needed, they took me straight to the helmet racks and started going over stuff with me. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive or what was impractical. They recommended something that would keep me safe but not break my wallet since I would only be using it maybe 5-10 times a year.I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I plan on going there for all of my gear.

Great place to get what you need and the employees are more than helpful. If youre new like i am dont be afraid to ask a question they dont judge.

Went in for a Honda air filter (27.00) The young man behind the counter took it upon himself to upscale me to an 80.00 air filter. Did not appreciate the sales tactics commission or not. Will not be back.

My husband visited this store with hopes of purchasing a helmet for his new toy. He walked in and was never greeted nor acknowledged. There was 1 other customer in the store who was checking out. After she exited, the 2 men working actually walked in the back and never returned. Needless to say he decided to take his business elsewhere. Its really sad. This is why so many consumers have decided to online shop. Poor customer service will be the reason a lot of businesses fail this year. Do better!

Aldo here at my Memphis TN store took great care of me picking out a nice fullface helmet and riding gloves. All the crew were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I live in Jonesboro, Ar and I will drive the hour and a half to goto this store. Brian is a wonderful manager who isnt afraid to tell you whats good and what isnt. Aldo and Blake are great guys working the counter. Always get top notch service here.

It was better than expected. The employee was helpful and friendly and showed me the parts and tools I asked about. If she wasnt sure she checked the system for me happily and didnt act as if I was inconveniencing her even though it was close to closing time. The prices werent outrageous. I will definitely be returning if I need any parts in the future.

I love this place!!!!!! I was there when one of the people that left a negative review was there. Dont listen to them. They are just people that are mad that they were asked to wear a mask. Brian always helps my wife and I. He came out and showed us how to check the oil level in our bike even when we were not buying anything. The store is awesome but the people that work there are what make it fantastic.

Very friendly staff and will help you with anything in the store. You can try on helmets and they really make sure you are comfortable with the fit before you buy it. They check prices for you as far as sales go, with no issues. Very informative of what they sale and where its located at in the store. Prices seem average of the market. Staff seems honest regarding their products they sale as well. Good selection of moto gear. The only down side I would say, if they have a product and they discontinue it, then you cant get parts for it, example a helmet. If they dont have what you want in stock, they will look it up and see of they can order it for you. They work hard to make sure you get what you are asking for if possible. Check them out for your moto gear.

The staff here are truly top notch and provide excellent customer service. I started shopping here after buying my first bike and the staff have provided tremendous guidance in buying the necessary gear that goes with riding. They never try to upsell me but rather they have guided me in finding the gear that fits my bike and riding style. I also do all of my tire changes through Cycle Gear. Finally there is one employee there named Brian who does all of his own maintenance on his 4 or 5 bikes all of which are European brands, and he has given me invaluable technical help and advice on repairs for my BMW R1200C.

They would not honor my 10% coupon because the item was already 20% off. Really? It says on the email it is valid on clearance items SMH, sad. Employees tow the company line a little too hard for my taste. Losing a customer over $7 I hope it was worth it. Keep training your employees to be jerks🏍🙅‍♀️

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. They are knowledgeable about their stock. Ive had half a dozen tires mounted here quickly. Good selection of helmets and good selection of their own in-house brands. Limited selection of other brands, but they can order what they dont have in store.

Really good selection, and extremely helpful staff. Grabbed a jacket that was on sale, reasonable price and Im loving it so far. Needed something for warm weather riding, and the staff member guided me through the pros and cons of each of their jackets. Will be back again for a new visor to replaced my old scratched one. If youre looking for a helmet, one can be found to suit almost any budget here!

You will get all your bike gear here. They have a great collection of gear and all major brands. If you dont find anything in store, they can order it for you in store and you can collect it later. You can also place orders online and pick it up from the store. Buying some of the gear, it is recommended to try it and no better store than thisHighly recommend it and will come again.

This is a great place to get gear for motorcycle needs. It is wonderful that you can talk to the staff anytime you have questions and they will make recommendations based on your riding style. They have every kind of riding style in stock. They carry tires and parts as well. I find that if they don’t have my size they can order it and have it in in just a few days. They have a bike night where they offer food and drinks and you can wander around the store I will. Sam there is above and beyond customer service and will be happy to help you with expert advice

Have today had a second visit to our local Cycle Gear.Both times i have had the pleasure of dealing with Brian,the store manager.This visit had to do with searching out all-weather riding gear.Brian has loads of experience on the subject and is more than happy to share it with you .I walked out of there a few hundred dollars lighter but convinced that i have just the right gear.

Such friendly staff. My husband and i walked in here to get a helmet and they helped us find one and made sure that it fit good and was comfortable. Gave us great tips also. Only thing was we bought a helmet and gloves. Got home to realize that a fog spray had been added to my bill without me getting the product or wanting it. Check your receipt before you leave.Update, my husband contacted them about this and they were very friendly and fixed the issue right away.!
