Super nice people there. Lou helped with a lock issue I was having and he is super knowledgeable. Think he was actually a locksmith. Store is very well managed. If I lived close to them I’d never step foot in a big box store, but I will go there when I’m in the area or need someone that knows what they are doing in the lock Dept.

Its like Im off for me I like the old people that work there and makes it feel old school and old-timey which is really cool and you can find things there that you just cant find anywhere else its nice to kind of just stroll through each aisle and look at stuff everyones always really nice and helpful even though Im usually just in their browsing

Not much on sale. Store is very tight to maneuver. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hard to find items are found here. The staff is nice and helpful. I hope they stay around a long time. Some of the items and advice I need cannot be found at the big box stores

Ive been here a few times and had bad experiences with staff, I can honestly say the staff was helpful and nice about my needs this particular visit.

All other Ace Hardwares I have been to have been sorely lacking. With all the COVID craziness, I didnt want to go to the orange guys down the road. I came into this Ace with low expectations and I left actually really surprised by the amount of items offered. All ofy lawn supplies I now get from this Ace. Staff has been friendly and offered to help. They have converted a former depot shopper.

When i expressed what i needed i was told to go to another store because they really didnt have much and i knew my husband always gets his tools there for locksmith .

I always enjoy my shopping experience.

This store isnt here for busy working folks. It was hard making it by 7pm during the week and now they close at 6. The location is very convenient, but now I have no choice but to go to the depot. Very disappointed!

Close at 6 pm, but really closes around 5:50pm store employee just stared at me and was like yes we’re closed as he was checking out three customers. Home Depot is down the road and open later
