Dont drink much coffee, but it was very good and Preety strong, the staff was very cool and very friendly

My six year went into the Caribou and the workers were so kind to him! The cashier was kindly making suggestions just because my six year old son nor I knew what to get! The workers knew what would be good for my son! My son tried the coffee less cookies and cream cooler! He took one sip and said, “mom! This is so good! This is definitely out of my league!” I have no idea where he learned how to talk like this but I was happy that he didn’t waste money! It was the customer service that made the difference! Thanks Caribou Staff!

This Caribou location is one of my favorites! The staff are friendly and efficient. It is usually busy or has people sitting, but there is about 8 tables plus chairs. Outdoor seating is available.

This is my favorite Caribou! Its close to my work, and in a pretty nice area for being right off I35 and county road 62. The staff are always super friendly

This place gets my drink right a whopping 50% of the time, not to mention they are closed almost everytime I come. Unfortunately the Robert street location was closed early today so I was stuck with being disappointed by this location once again smh.

This is my favorite Caribou in the South Metro. They make their drinks with love and they honestly taste better than other Caribous I have been to. Also, the staff is top notch, especially Rick and Connor. If you want good coffee in an inviting space for meetings or to just chill out, check out Caribou at The Village of Mendota!!!

Caribou Coffee, at least if youre from the North Star State, has been written about extensively, so theres no need to regale you with tales of their superb coffee delights. One exception- if you like a cafe mocha, I highly recommend the full rack version; black, white, and milk chocolate chips steamed/melted to perfection. Now, what I particularly enjoy about this location is the outdoor patio area, the wonderful staff, that theres always local print reading material on hand, and finally its strategic location. Its visible off of HWY 62 in Mendota Heights, heading towards the MSP airport. Enjoy :-)

This quaint little coffee shop is situated along side of a busy road, and if you dont see it it might be a little hard to find. Coming from the West its easiest to just drive immediately passed it to find parking, and the outdoor patio is a great spot to sit on a sunny day. Traditional Caribou fare includes a variety of coffee and pastries along with some breakfast sandwiches.

Wow was the staff amazing. There was a boy with the quickest mind really sharp kid. If you run into him be sure to tip well.

I love this Caribou, I really do. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get in and out super early in the morning. The issue that I have is that my Caramel High-rise with extra caramel and extra whip/drizzle is NEVER correct. I pay for it and pay extra for my add-ins in the app, yet when I get there to pick up my drink, it’s always wrong. Barely any caramel and no extra drizzle. It’s just milky coffee. I don’t know if the baristas aren’t paying attention to the tickets and just make a barely there caramel drink, or if they don’t read the tickets correctly. It’s so frustrating.Previous experience at a Bloomimgton Caribou has shown me that the way the app data translates into the system for the ticket, may cause an issue. What is the point of having the option to order through the app if it’s just going to be wrong when it’s completed? Please get it fixed. This is a ridiculous problem to have. Especially after PAYING EXTRA for the add-ins, and not getting it. I’ve given away so much money at this point.

Note the Main Street address: this is the newer nicer kind of strip mall where the storefronts are reached by sidewalk and the parking is in back. Outdoor seating with a closeup view of ornamental plantings and a distant view of woods beyond the multilane highway. Cozy indoor space, friendly helpful staff.

We had thee best bagel sandwiches this morning and coffee, it was the best. We will definitely visit this location again.

This is a decently average Caribou. I arrived around one oclock on a Monday and most of the tables were full but the service was quick and my drink was made correctly. It was a little difficult to find a outlet that my cord could reach, so if youre bringing a laptop try to snag a table along the wall if theres space.

The tickets were free thank goodness. The seats are very low so hard to get out of when your older. 2 popcorn and 2 medium cookies were $29.00. Thats crazy!!!

The parking here is pretty awful. There are a number of shops around here and they all share the same small parking lot. If you go during a busy time of day expect to do several laps before you find something.As for the quality of Caribou, its exactly what you would expect from a Caribou. The 3 star rating is only because of the location and parking, not because of lack of quality.

Caribou has got some great drinks and even some good food items but they could definitely improve on the customer service at the Snelling and Grand location.

Friendly staff who work through orders quickly so that even if it is packed you arent waiting long. They also have ample small tables to avoid parties of 1 taking up space for 4. Good parking availability as well.

Acoustics are HORRIBLE! Cant hear my friend talking at the table. It feels like Im in manufacturing warehouse. Nice location, but super loud! Even on slow days, its loud and you hear the clunky loud refrigerators. Been here a few times, unfortunately wont be back again unless the insulate the ceiling & more silent machines. I also recommend a feedback box.

The staff are always great at this location. Seems kind of silly, but I enjoy an occasional coffeeless cooler at a coffee shop. The cookies and cream is my favorite. It is a favorite place for a date night with my wife.

Asked for no whip-cream on my WCM; instead of filling the entire 16oz cup, the barista decided to leave it an inch from the top, but still didnt top it with whip-cream.If Im paying $6 for a drink, I expect to not be shorted.

I drive school kids in the morning. I usually stop here for a medium size chai latte extra hot. Some of the staff got to know my choice and they even make my order as I stand on the line saying chai latte medium extra hot right? I love them coz they get top know their customers. The surrounding is sweet. There is an outdoor fountain opposite the door. I sit here to observe nature in the morning when its not hot. Nice place to stop by. Love it.

Typical Caribou offerings, prices, atmosphere...no drive thru...seems smaller than most...pleasant staff...clean...was crowded with people on laptops.

The Wi-Fi is SO bad at this location. Seriously, if you need to do web-based work at a coffee shop, do not come here. I have asked them multiple times to fix it but they never do. Seriously, what a huge weakness. If they fixed this I wouldnt have to drive 10 minutes to a place with working wifi.
