We had the best experience shopping for furniture at Penny Mustard! The sales personnel were extremely kind and helpful---never pushy! Kaylene did an excellent job suggesting options that fit our needs. She was able to answer our questions and remained patient with us as we explored all design and fabric options. We cant wait to shop again someday soon!

We moved here from Michigan and were referred to Penny Mustard by a relative. We were fortunate to find Paul at the Menominee Falls store. He very carefully designed our living room and dining room. The furniture is wonderful quality, fits the room perfectly and very comfortable. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Weve purchased furniture from Penny Mustard several times due to their selection and quality. Most recently during a renovation we met Paul Filo. Paul elevated our experience and outcome! After a tour of the store reviewing items, asking questions, Paul zoned right in on our style and desires. From there we were able to put together a beautiful master bedroom and living room. WOW...The difference in furniture here is night and day! Weve heard so many great things about this place from family and friends and my wife and I finally went. All we can say is wow. Beautiful furniture, and Sean gave us a great first experience. He was very helpful in answering my questions, offered us bottled water, and even going out of his way to move heavy furniture for my wife so she can see it next to certain pieces. 10/10 service for 10/10 furniture. Amazing!

If you want the best furniture in the area. This is the place!! Its real wood furniture!! Not pressboard garbage!! Its not cheap. But you get what you pay for!!

We have purchased from this furniture store over and over and have never had a bad experience. We travel almost two hours each time to purchase furniture. Our go to person is Shawn, We go to the menominee falls store because the sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Our home is filled with beautiful furniture from Penny Mustered!! We get complements constantly on our furniture on how comfortable and beautiful it is. We were disappointed however at the Brookfield location for taking a sale from our salesperson in Menominee Falls after the phone call was automatically transferred to them even after we told them he had a quote for us already to go and gave them his name and store location!!

Unqualified, Untrained Delivery Drivers: Twelve scuffs to brand new wood floor and how much unseen damage to furniture scraped across the floor? Stained couch cushions. No furniture pads, when asked if trained to use them, drivers said no. When asked for a manager to come out and look at the damage, was told we had to wait a week. Very lacking in customer service and training of delivery folks. The twelve scuffs are the result of the number of times they twisted and pulled on the furniture to take it through a doorway. Although narrow, I was assured by two sales people and a consultation with delivery personal before purchasing that the furniture could be safely delivered. What changed?11/5/19 Follow up: Upon review of our damage, Penny Mustard has absolved themselves of any delivery errors. Shop at your own risk.

I bought a corner couch and couldnt be happier with the purchase. They are a bit more expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion and the craftsmanship and quality are top of the line.
