This is probably one of my favorite Targets. I feel that it is always well kept. If your lucky you can always find some hidden gems on clearance on end caps.

So convenient !! Who doesnt love Target? Weather ordering online and picking up or shopping in the store, I love, love, love Target!

Thursday my husband fully vaccinated was diagnosed with covid 19, he is doing good but the doctor prescribed a few things to help boosting his immune system, among them was the zinc 100mg. I could not find any at the store where I was at that moment. I looked online and saw that target had one bottle remaining. I quickly bought it online and not realizing that it takes 2 hours to process it I went to the store right away. Of course the order was not ready but then Rachel, the person behind the pick up desk did go her best to get it to me, she was not able to get it so she called the manager: Alex. He also went out of his way to help and finally i could get the bottle and go home. Thank you very much Rachel and Alex, you both made my day

The Menomonee falls Target is one of the best run targets in Milwaukee. We got out of our way to visit that store due to the good service.

It’s a Target. Seems fairly upscale compared to others I’ve been in.

This Target has the most above and beyond friendly employees. Ive never been greeted by soo many people and they all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Highly recommend if you happen to be in the area, for me its a bit out of the way but they were the closest that had what I was looking for.

Target has become my go-to for shopping needs. Orders place for same-day pickup are available within 2 hours. Target has quality merchandise, and friendly customer service.

I always have a pleasant experience at this particular location but over the holiday season...a day before Christmas Eve to be exact Ford helped me pick up an order I placed but somehow couldn’t set up curbside, thinking I already had. He was BEYOND patient and so understanding. I wanted to make sure that I kept my promise and give him a shout out for his superb customer service. Thanks again Ford!

I have never been greeted with a smile and a hello by so many employees in one store before! One guy even greeted me twice and then laughed when he realized he had already done so. Theyve obviously been coached to do this, however it did not feel forced at all. Very genuine!

Target continues to satisfy by always having what I need. I asked a worker there for directions to an item I couldn’t find and they stopped what they were doing to make sure I found it! The store is clean and they make sure to wipe down the cards and self checkout stations. I am pleased with the way they do business.

Target has everything I need for a reasonable price. The orders are ready quickly. Target is fair with its customers in that they do not tack on an extra fee for drive up orders.

I LOVE that I dont have to go in...BUT...I really think that Target should start allowing toilet paper and paper towel to be picked up through the drive-up service. I really hate having to go into stores with COVID19 on the rise and I always have to come in just to get those items. I understand that they are in low supply, however Id rather try and place orders on different days than go into the store putting myself (or others) at risk.

The prompt service. The staff nice and took less than 5 minutes. I loved this service.

Finding the items and their inventory status was very easy to navigate the app. There are two services available besides shipping. Pickup means you go into customer service and that was the option I chose.The team members were very nice to my wife and she was in and out of the store in a flash.Next time I will try the drive up service.

Everyone very helpful and the gentleman that checked me out was outstanding. Also will never go back to Walmart...I will pay more and travel an hour to avoid that store. I am sorry for not shopping here earlier.

Clerk in electronics could not tell me which printer cartridges could be substituted fir the ones I usually purchase. Couldn’t direct me to product placement in store, said they must be sold out.Two in person cashiers checking people out, one with a very large order; the second one could not get away from register fast enough in spite people waiting. Guest Services staff was fiddling with her hair. When a second lane was reopened, no one that was previously in line was called ahead.If I wanted to work at target, I’d get a job/get paid to check customers out.It will be a while before I return to this location.

Target has pretty much everything I need at a reasonable price. The stores are clean and well organized.

Called in to check the price and availability of a certain electronic item. The first 3 minutes of the call were about Covid, then the same message in Spanish.. It asked what department I wanted. I pressed 2 for electronics. The phone rang for two minutes and someone picked up asking what I needed. Upon telling her she said, let me transfer you to electronics. 2 Minutes go by without a dial tone, then I hear my call being transferred... We are approaching 6 1/2 minutes without any real attention to my call... The same lady who transferred my call answers around the 8 min mark and says yes, I can transfer you back there again.. No dial tone for another 2 minutes ( probably on Mute and she doesnt know how to transfer the call) .. I then hear my call transferring with a ringtone until the 10:45 second mark... What happens next? The call disconnects!!This location is either totally incompetent or busy beyond belief at 10:50 am on a Wednesday which I highly doubt.

Placed a pickup order for my sons birthday, and the employee was waiting by the pickup area when I pulled in. It could not have been an easier, more efficient process. Thank you!

The crew is always friendly and helpful. I love target so much. I like how they are constantly adding new home itema and new products. Returns are always easy especially when I use my Target Card. I live being able to receive instant gift cards. I even enjoy the grocery store as well. Keep up the great work. The staff at the Menomonee Falls location is truly amazing

This is my favorite Target store. The selection of home goods is always changing and I love to browse through. I also enjoy looking at their selection of mens clothing, but it is too bad that they dont carry more plus sizes for men but the womens selection is huge.

The woman that checked me out was extremely courteous, pleasant, prompt, and helpful.

Pickup was very quick and efficient even though the store was very busy at the time I was there. Much faster to buy and pay online than to stand in line at the register after searching the store for the 1 item I needed. Id ordered online for store pickup at Walmart a number of times and had experiences ranging from mediocre to downright awful--NOT a savings of time or effort. I hesitated to order online for store pickup at Target b/c of this, but Target really got it right, at least as far as this particular experience went.

The service desk was efficient and though I didnt have the receipt, they asked if I had the card I used. In minutes I was on my way with credit to my account!

The person who checked me out was extremely kind, knowledgeable, prompt and professional during my online order pickup checkout!

I was there with my 2 small children the day their systems shut down. Their staff was so calm, patient, and friendly during this time. They tried to check out as many of my groceries as the system would allow (again, I had already spent a considerable amount of time shopping and didnt want to leave empty handed!) If I were them I probably would have been so frazzled, but the cashiers were so positive and even tried to make my seven month old laugh when he started getting fussy. What could have been a very stressful situation, ended up being okay, and I believe it is because of their amazing staff!

Store was nice and clean and the workers were friendly! I saw many employees actively cleaning and helping out. It was really nice to see active and pleasant workers! Only thing I would mark off here is that the selection is a bit lacking, especially compared to other Targets. The clothing was surprisingly.. sparse. Other sections like home goods were barely stocked. Maybe it was just an off night, but regardless, there wasnt much to pick from.

Target is typically clean and organized, particularly the one in Menomonee Falls. The employees at this particular store a usually helpful and certainly more helpful than some of the other Target stores in the area, but they certainly dont go above and beyond.

I had to come here to exchange diapers. Originally there was only one guy at the service desk and the line took forever but then another guy hopped behind the counter and offered to help me. He was very fast, friendly, & helpful. I wish this guys name was on the receipt so I could call and tell his boss how wonderful he was! The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how long that line was.

Had a problem with a gift card. I waited 5 minutes for help in store to be told that your gift cards frequently have defects with loading funds but there was nothing she could do.

My husband bought me a coat for Christmas. I loved it. He is getting better in the gift giving department. I wore the coat once an noticed one of the naps were broken. Went to Target they had no other coats like mine to exchange it with. I didnt want to lose the coat. They then gave me 10% off to get it fixed. Great customer service.

I love the cleanliness of the store and the products but the layout of the childrens and baby clothes sections is ridiculous. The boys and girls clothing is impossible to sort through to find what youre looking for. I stop looking because I get so frustrated. Every time Im there lately I find myself walking around and around in circles. If I have my children with me, its just not worth wasting my time.

Drive up services are excellent. I recently have used this service at least 10 times in the last 90 days. I am pregnant and this service makes it so easy for me because I get pained from walking too long. It also eliminates unnecessary shopping! Excellent job Menomonee Falls Target.

The quality of goods offered

Pretty comparable to most Target locations. Has a good selection in a wide variety of categories; decent prices on groceries, some items can be found for lower than surrounding grocery stores. Sometimes a wait at the checkout, but recently added self-checkouts that have minimal wait times

I love this Target. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I am looking for and sometimes more. Prices are comparable to other stores nearby. Clean.

Normally really like going to target even though it’s not close to my house. Today was a different story. Two separate items rang up different than the tag posted and the cashier told me that’s what they rang up at and that was that. I thought they would honor the price that I said or at least have someone check. But nothing. In between waiting for her to ring my items up she decided to have a loud conversation with her boss about being tired and needing a break. My five minute trip took 20 because the customer in front of me and myself were not as important as her needing a break. Hopefully next time will be better.

Every time I call they hang up on me 3 times is too much Ill go some where else to shop the workers dont care about the CUSTOMERS very rude

I love how clean and organized it was. I found what I needed quick fast and in a hurry, but the only issue I had was when it was time to check out. The cashier at the self service check lane, made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. I am a minority and I only had 3 things that I want to purchase. She came from one end of the lane to stand behind or across from me and my daughter, to make sure that everything we had showed up on the screen. And then pretended to check to see if there were any hanger in the red bin on the side the register. Now I am not stupid, I use to work for a company and I stopped shoplifters. So I know all the signs. I know everyone is not like this, but all it takes is one person to ruin your experience. I dont think I will be shopping at this location anymore. Too bad I really did like this location.

We went to this store three days in a row to purchase an i-phone. We called first and were told to come after 10 am. We drove 20 miles each time; no one there to help us. Do not go here if you want decent customer service.

I love how clean and organized the store is and I especially LOVE!!!!!! that Target does not play music in the store. Also, the Target team members are always friendly and helpful!

It was super easy to order online and my items were available for pick up within minutes. The employee who ran our items out to us was hustling with a smile on her face and very friendly.

Was double charge to my account for my shopping experience in Menomonee Falls, when i called the store near me they said i should call a 800 number which i did, they gave me another 800 number to call. so i went across town to the store i brought my items at they said I should of came back that day, really ! Maybe I did not look at my account till the next day, what is that ?? So they told me all they could do is give me a gift card, (1) I had a receipt and (2) copy of my bank account showing that I was double charge. Really I worked in retail and at a grocery store. you cant tell me she just couldnt refund it, there is ways around stuff. the reason i was double charge was the lady had a hand held gun she claim she could ring up my order if i had a card and it did not print a receipt so she rang it up again that is how it happened. If your company is to cheap to have enough cashiers then close. Giving me a gift card is saying to me that I am trying to cheat your company. In other words I am a thief ! Thanks

Convenient pick up, saved time and makes everything easy

When i went to pick up my order I was told I must wait in the returns line. The returns line was 1 hour. 3 people were lauging havea good time at the online pickup desk but I had to wait in the return line for the next available Target returns person.
