Great place and great people

We used Wood Specialties for doors, trim and cabinets on a basement remodel. Great products, reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service.

Needed some custom trim made for a client, they said they might have a knife to cut it, but if not they could make one. Dropped off a piece for templating, called multiple times and left multiple messages in the weeks afterwards and never heard anything back. They finally called back weeks later saying they couldnt do it, I have a client who is paying me to get the trim made and installed, now they are going to have to wait even longer. If you need custom trim made go somewhere else.

The crew at Wood Specialties is truly something special! My cabinetmaker for my new home was far behind schedule, and we had tight timelines to meet for occupancy. Wood Specialties stepped into the problem with solutions and designed and delivered our custom cabinets in under 5 weeks, while other shops needed ~8 weeks. They did this while providing a higher level of quality at a lower price compared to anyone else I considered.Its not often you can have it all... price, quality, and service. In this case, thats exactly what I received working with these fine folks. I cannot say enough good about these fine folks, their product, and their service.
