A terrible store. Floors are always filthy!! Doesnt matter what time of day. I general the whole store is sloppy. Deli not even open on a Sunday!! Really!!! Moldy outdated food on shelves. Dont bother shopping here!!!!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT shop here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Customer service is beyond terrible every time. There is never anyone working in the deli, and if there is, they refuse to slice anything fresh. The butcher area also rarely has an employee staffed, unless you want to stand there and wait indefinitely for someone to show up. Not to mention, there are barely any checkout lanes open during prime busy times, leaving you to resort to the self-checkout, which isn’t fun when you have a cart full of groceries. Don’t bother asking an employee to help you, they act as if you are a total inconvenience. Premium prices for zero customer service and pre-sliced and packaged meats that are near expiration? No thanks. You’re better off driving out of the way than give them your business.

The customer service at this store has fallen dramatically.On 3 consecutive trips to this store, there has been no one helping at the deli counter. I wait patiently for 5+ minutes and no one shows up. You can’t charge premium prices for below average service.

I called to refill an RX.Instead of the help i needed, i got a pharmacist who played on the phoneand said he was too busy to help me and that i should call again later. I just wanted to refill a prescription something that takes two seconds.It was a big mistake choosing this pharmacy.

Was there on 05-23-21, fretting yet about anti-vaxxers. Used the east entrance and no disinfectant spray, paper wipes, or sanitizer at the carts. Decided to buy only what I could carry. That was a fail. Returned to front of store and a young cashier asked if she could help. Let her know about the lack of disinfectant. She said there was some at west entrance. This conscientious cashier made the Kroger money as I filled a cart after spraying it clean. I find the cashiers friendly at this store. As a Metro Market, variety and supply exceed typical Pick n Save. To the maroon who suggested that if cashiers had higher wages it would be taken by a union, educate yourself. Kroger cashiers have no union. Thank you hourly grocery workers for keeping the store open.

I shop here weekly. Overall I’m very happy with the selection and prices I feel have gotten more competitive. I really enjoy that I can now get delivery and pickup from this location. The managers do a great job and certain cashiers are always extra friendly. Some are not that friendly, but most make an effort. On tonight’s grocery pick up they threw in some free flowers! It’s the little things that go a long way for customer service.

When your turn at the counter at the deli and the worker just looks at you and they say nothing to you no kind of greeting. Then the person after that gets a Hi How you doing? It made me think thats really rude. Treat everyone with the same respect.

This is my go-to store! Great employees; one individual he found me and returned a product that I forgot to retrieve off of a self-check lane.Keep up the good work!!

Good selection of produce and fresh goods, friendly employees, and decent prices.

I visited the store only twice during the covid-19 pandemic. Both times I was required as a customer to wear a mask, but also both times noticed employees with either no mask or improperly wearing one. The one with no mask, was standing above open food coughing, not the greatest thing during a pandemic. Im glad I wasnt there to order lunch!

Deli is great, fresh tasty food. The rest of the store is not so good. Produce is old. I always have to parse through the food because there is expired food everywhere. Several of the cashiers are unfriendly and seem like they dont want to be there. I do not recommend this store unles youre only going for deli.

Never enough help at the deli. I shop there once a week but dont bother with the deli. This store has gone down hill in the last year. Most of the time help at the self check out is less then competent. The bright spot is the prime rib dinners on Wednesday, great dinner, great price.

I was disappointed in seeing at least two employees in the bakery department wearing their masks around their chins...

Whats most by interesting is the fact that the minority employees were very pleasant, but other employees were very rude. Youd typically expect the opposite in any other instance. Secondly, their produce section was not be impressive. But the store was fairly clean. I would recommend they do a better job of rotating their food. Its an ok store nonetheless.

This location has all of the items you could want and more. The diversity that has taken place in the store is really bringing in a wider variety of customers. Prices are reasonable, service is good, staff is friendly. Even on the way out they greeted everyone.

Very nice! The sliced ham there is so good on Sundays. And comes with free rolls.

Logical new layout, aisles were fairly clean, decent produce (wide variety, some not looking amazing though for the price), wide variety at the bakery, several workers around (if help was needed), friendly cashier, adequate alcohol selection, bathroom was not clean during this visit, and acceptable salad bar. Carts run on the smaller side. A few fun kid carts are available.

First and only time shopping at this location. Carts were poor (switched to a new one and it still was wonky/rattling loose wheel), poor produce (tons of flies on the nectarines I wanted, every Fuji apple I picked up was bruised), and extremely slow deli staff (who also skipped to the next person while I was waiting). Ive shopped at other metro market locations and never had these issues.

This Metro Mart has a novelty that I just discovered. At the sea food counter they will prepare a meal for you, they provide a cooking bag, you choose the fish and ingredients such as lemon, rosemary just to name a few. Once they put it all together all you do is take it home and pop it into the oven.

Trouble finding items with no help from staff.

For starters (nice NEW LAYOUT of store, really clean) but here’s the bad part. If you want to watch people be afraid, bored, thirsty, tired and look sad try watching the front end cashiers. The managers look cheerful that’s because their walking around with one piece of paper doing .......oh whatever must be so important in the Pick N Save world. I say hello to the cashiers and for at least fives minutes of the check out process they look as happy and pleased. I’m pretty sure the rest of their day is filled with “I don’t know where anything is!” Or complaints for eight hours. No one needs that and no customers needs a fake smile, pay the workers more and they will be happy. Or is their money going to a union :/ questionable. Also having not 4 not 6 but 12 self checkouts for what?! Ridiculous, I’ve stood in line for 10mins because all 6 were filled with older people confused and annoyed. The self check/ “remove the un-scanned items from the bagging area “ isn’t working out for them. I give it a year for the complaints to get worse. But hey what do I know as a customer.

Not very happy with this store...1st on my list, non- stick aluminum foil...none to be found and workers seemed to have never heard of it. 2nd on my list, breaded shrimp. I found other types of fish (breaded) not in just one area but several. I asked a employee for directions and he took me to the fresh shrimp. I explained what I wanted and he stated he was unsure what I was looking for, and went back to stocking shelves. Enough headaches for one night. I put my other groceries back and went to another local store, that had everything.

Everything was great. Super clean and well laid out. Fresh and plentiful.

Clean. Wide aisles. Great selection. Hot food bar. Cold salad bar.

Poorly stocked! I could not believe the number of things that they were out of, produce, canned goods, Derry, everything. And THEY HAVE MICE! Ill avoid the store from now on.

I HAVENT SHOPPED AT A PICK & SAVE STORE OR I SHOULD I SAY FRESH MARKET. I LIKE THIS STORE IN MENOMONEE FALLS. I WAS DISAPOINTED IN SOME FROZEN COD I BOUGHT.IT WAS TERRIBLE. ANYHOW THIS IS A NICE STORE. KROGER MADE THIS STORE A LOT BETTER. BUT ITS A BIT HIGH.

I love Metro Market Im there 4 to 5 times a week it makes Pik n Save upscale, love it.

The cashier was not friendly at all. I was a pleasant, said thank you several times, and nothing. You never know what going on I peoples lives so I always take that into consideration, but it didnt seem like there was any managers around to observe, help out, and possibly retrain. I had to bag my own groceries. The cashier did try to help that. They seemed to be understaffed, there was 1 bagger for 5 checkout lanes.

Here are the issues that need correcting. 1. There are numerous complaints here on your deli and they still persist. We purchased the chicken special on 7-5-18 only to have an undercooked greasy mess presented that gave the whole family diarrhea and gas. The deli food needs to be prepped in front of the customer so you choose the pieces you want..not someone in a back room doing whatever. I also want to know it is clean.2. Cashiers with the exception of 1 or 2 are rude, unsmiling and makes for a bad shopping experience. I spoke to Brett a manager today..I will no longer shop here and take our 5-7 hundred dollars elsewhere as this us going down hill fast.My mother has a compromised system and this aggravation in messing cooking only exacerbated it more. UNACCEPTABLE.

I usually go to this Pick N Save to find nice produce and specialty food items I like. Im never disappointed. Things are always in stock, the food selection is massive, and just as important as the first two, checkout is staffed with nice and friendly people who make the purchase painless.

Clean and well organized. Pretty easy to beat their prices. They use a member card to get better prices (which can still be beat) which I hate.

Was at this store at 7pm on Wednesday May 2nd to try to purchase the 8 piece chicken that is on sale with e- clips. Hot case was already closed and their were no chicken in the self serve cooler. Kind of early to shut down hot food case in my opinion

Just hung up with the deli. Complete attitude from the worker. No hello. It was a yes I asked if they had fried chicken ready and her response what i have is what i have im not putting more in for an hour or so. I rarely shop here never had a good expereince with staff. I rather shop at Germantown or go to the one on appleton.

Really disappointed & inconvenienced. I shopped here regularly and for over 10 years when in was Picknsave and Ive shopped here several times a week for months since it has been Metro Market but I will no more. At first it was just the inconvenience of the new layout and not knowing where anything was. Then there was the increasing problem of them getting rid of a ton of products that I purchase there regularly. Then they took most of the potato and pasta salad type stuff and made it self serve and made it all the same price (which is higher). So now I have to pay more and do it myself. Speaking of self serve...Dont get me wrong I am not lazy and actually prefer to do it myself most of the time but now they have made an additional self checkout area and hardly staff any of the other check out lanes. So now when I do want help (usually with a fuller cart) I have to choose between waiting in longer lines for help or doing self checkout. Then they have one person manning 4-6 self checkouts and you have to wait forever for someone to come help you when you have an error which is common even when you know what you are doing. A couple weeks ago I passed two employees in uniform loudly discussing how much they hate working there and are going to be quitting soon yada, yada. Today, I went in to take advantage of double coupon day and was assisted in self checkout by a very rude and unprofessional employee. Who blatanly showed her distaste in having to actually do something other than stand there at self checkout when she walked away for the 3rd time to ask a manager a question about the coupon policy that she did not understand properly and decided to let out a loud ughhhh as she walked away, then came back to tell me I got her in trouble because she scanned too many of one coupon. Seriously!!! She also decided to go ask the manager if she was allowed to accept a certain number of coupons for no reason. I asked her why...Does it say you cant on the coupon? Is the system not letting you? She said no I just need to make sure! She got frustrated at one point and asked if she could do it all in one transaction (as I had 3) and I had to inform her the store only allows 5 coupons to be doubled in one transaction. She was not new. Then to top it all off in the last two months I have purchased several things there that were expired including moldy bread, Expired frozen jimmy deans sausage and Chicken helper (which was 5 months expired). So, as of today ...I am done. Which is unfortunate because I do not like grocery shopping at Walmart and Piggly Wiggly is small and does not have a lot of product. So I guess I will try out Meijers now. Its a farther drive so I hope its worth it.

Stopped at the Meno Falls PNS yesterday which isnt my usual PNS and ended up only getting a few items due to this PNS being 50% more in price than my usual store. Produce is overall rotten and not checked and to add icing to the cake, the puberty stricken teenage boy at the register was unusually rude for a kid his age. Before leaving the store, I always check my receipt and ended up having to go to the service desk for a refund. AVOID this PNS and go anywhere else! There are plenty of new grocery options in the area. PNS does not deserve the business!

I love how automated everything is here from the ease of paying for the car wash to the multiple vacuum stations. Staff is friendly when help is needed!
