Called over asking about my product which I order online the lady who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about even though had tracking and order number. She sounded very lost and confused as not really what was going on at the moment of the conversation. So right now my order is missing in the mail somewhere as current;y no one in this store willing to assist me. If needed going dispute the charge unless someone can assist me on tracking down my order.

The sraff is really great and very helpful and of course they have a great choice of supplements. I really cannot understand why of all places that promotes health they are not wearing masks there its very unnerving to walk in there. its a very small store all the clients walk in with masks but none of the staff are wearing them.

Staff is friendly but all refuse to wear masks during pandemic even though state mandate. When I went, all customers were wearing masks, but not a single employee. Its a small store, so no way employees can stay 6 ft away from customers. Great products, but evidently employee comfort is more important than customers safety. Sad because otherwise a great store. If you think masks dont do anything to stop spread of disease, definitely go there--lots of good, helpful products.

I have been going to Total Health for close to 10 years. Marty is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to address any issues you may have. I turned to him 10 years ago when I couldnt find answers for many symptoms I was experiencing due to an auto-immune disease. Those symptoms no longer exist and I have been able to manage my health for years under Martys guidance. I dont care so much about the store - moreso about the service. Let me tell you, Marty solved an extremely painful medical problem affecting my wife that 40+ trips to the ER and even more doctors couldnt (over a span of 2.5 years).In fact, they began to blame her and make up all sorts of excuses because they couldnt find the cause of the problem. She could have gone the rest of her life with it had we not chosen to go a different direction!And Marty had it figured out in about 6 months (and it hasnt come back)!The medical system is great for things like broken legs and cancer. But its horrible at preventative and long-term treatments.Is it expensive? You pay $200 - $300 per month or so I would estimate for most people (maybe less than that). The medical system takes thousands upon thousands of dollars in a snap - Total Health seems cost-effective to me.So you have a choice: spend thousands upon thousands of dollars in the broken US medical system, or pay Marty 2% of that total and never deal with it again.I know what Ill do whenever anything pops up.

Almost 3 years ago now, I had horrible fatigue, back pain, neck pain, chest pain, horrible stomach pain, migraines, pain in my neck, troubles sleeping, depression, and half the food I ate made everything worse. I couldnt function normal half the days of the week. My normal doctor just diagnosed me as having IBS. Total Health found what was actually wrong with my body (root problems not symptoms) and treated those problems with natural solutions. It took at least 6 months before I noticed significant changes. But, today I have no ongoing pain anymore and depression issues. I got my life back, thanks to Total Health Nutrition Center!Marty is a great doctor who truly cares about his patients.

Went in for something we have purchased once before, and at first was greeted very friendly and i presume the owner helped me find what i was looking for. not till i got home did i notice my receipt was more than double the price marked. i returned to ask about difference, it turns out the price tag was wrong. that is when (again i presume) the owner turned from friendly to irate. we wont be in business very long if we keep this up then to me if YOU are going to hold me to it, i guess we will adjust your charge is what i heard. As i waited, he pulled all the items from the shelf and slammed them on the back counter, as well as slamming a box with the price gun in it. This is the same guy who was overly friendly while helping me earlier??? Then, rather than refund and re-ring item, they guessed at what i supposed to get back, and if i didnt do the math it would have been less than what was owed. I should have just said give me another (of the item purchased) and we will call it even but figured it best to keep my mouth shut with the reaction i got from something that was marked wrong. i was made to feel like this was my fault. so price marked wrong or not - if you treat all your customers that way - THEN you will be out of business -- btw -- looked online for same item and found it cheaper anyway -- sorry YOU lost my business

This is the perfect place for overpriced products that are cheaper online. If you are expecting someone who knows what they are talking about to explain them in order to justify spending extra money then you will be disappointed. I went in for a body fat test and the process was comical at best. How does a person get a body fat test without first stepping on the scale? Once the process of putting a sensor on my finger is done I asked the lady how she could get accurate readings without taking my weight? She said she took the weight off an intake paperwork. $60 for a body fat test using a finger sensor? Thats about as good as a scale from Target with the body fat sensor. Get your supplements online and get your body fat test done at Vita Fitness using the Bodpod.

**September 2020 update. Haven’t been in since before pandemic began. Wanted to pick up a few things. I was the only customer, the two employees were not wearing masks. There is a sign on the door but I wasn’t able to read it quickly as it is in small font. I will no longer be going to Total Health. I felt the staff was disrespectful to their customers by not wearing masks, at the very least within close proximity to customers.GREAT SERVICE! Very knowledgeable staff. Have been going there on a monthly/ bi-monthly basis for almost 2 years now.+ Great knowledge, awesome customer service, large variety of quality products, if I didnt already see an integrated health doctor Id be going to them. Fantastic place to go for a large variety of health issues.- A little pricey but you are also paying for the knowledge that comes with it. Class was good but a lot of info I knew already, it was sales pitchy. Coupons expire WAY to quickly, as a working mom I dont have time to come in on a specific week to purchase something.^ Wish they would hold more classes with more details, Id even pay a small fee to go if the topics changed on a regular basis. Also, let the info sell the service, provide the contact info but dont push it. I was put off by that and would have been more willing to purchase a service if I didnt feel forced and awkward walking past all the sales people on my way out.Overall - I recommend Total Health. Im happy to support the natural/ holistic health approach that is surrounded by helping people recover for illness and prevention vs getting into a never ending cycle of prescription meds that have dire consequences in the long run.

Very warm and inviting environment, but th factually remiss, unscientific treatment led to my having higher cholesterol than ever before in my life and was a horrific food plan for a pre-diabetic, now firmly in diabetes treatment.All of us sell time, to a certain degree, but achieving success with ones biologically determined & self-motivated health should be paramount.The wholesale manipulation of proven medical facts made me feel I had found new hope, but it is frightfully expensive care, uncovered by insurances and was soon costing more per month than my rent. While enticing, the rapid weight loss was an illusion, since proper nutrition led to immediate weight gain.

Always have what I need, and very knowledgeable. Somewhat pricey though.

A small, natural foods and vitamins store, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a bit pricey, but if what they are offering helps, then I feel its worth the price.
