Great American options in a fast paced drive in fare. The Baileys Irish Cream custard so delicious! Quick drive through. Large portions. Salad very large. Would be nice for a half portion as they dont stay fresh for very long. Reasonable prices.
I was the only person in line, several workers looked at me didn’t say someone will be with you . They just kept walking . The total wait was 8 minutes before a cashier came to the register stood there looking at me never said hello, so I said hello. I placed my order, the cashier gave me my total I paid for my food . Received my change never was told how long my food would or thank you have a nice day. I really like the food here, it the customer services skill is horrible.
Great old school custard and burger place! Built my own burger with the fixings I wanted. It was huge! Added some tasty fries and a seriously thick chocolate malt to top off lunch. Was full and happy the rest of the day.Will return.
Food is pretty consistently good (too much sodium, but good) but they need a change, some new menu items, more options for vegetarians/pescatarians. Staff is quite cordial for being mostly high school age-good management provides direction and training for manners and skills to solve issues and provide a good level of professionalism from all staff. Some of the nicest and most capable young staff in all of Menomonee Falls. Managers are always working and always aware and ready to take action to provide solutions for any challenges. Please make sure your staff feels appreciated!

Great fish fry! Super fried shrimp basket. Tons of choices. And wow the custard is awesome! New flavor of the day each day & last night was Baileys Irish cream. So good for adults, but the younger generation may not appreciate the flavors of chocolate and coconut. Yummy.
Amazing Gyro!!! I recommend making it a combo!!! Totally forgot to try the custard, but I was so full from the amazing food I will have to come back another time for a custard treat!

Ordered the lumberjack burger. Good toppings but didn’t like the sauce. However, the kids meals are a great value and the mini corn dogs were delicious.

By far the best fish fry weve had in a long while! First time ordering and we got a 6 piece to share- ended up with lots of leftovers! Crispy, fresh, generous portions and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Kraverz is awesome! Food is always made to order, fresh! Very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful! Have never been disappointed! This is a frequented restaurant, by our family of 6! We just went to Kraverz for the first time for burgers, onion rings, and fries. My bacon cheeseburger was pretty greasy, and it looked like it was made in a hurry. The bacon was undercooked, so I had to take it off. The burger was pretty good overall though. The large fries was a good size for sharing, but they did not have any salt. I had to add some salt to them for a little extra flavor. The onion rings were pretty average.
I miss this place so much after having to move far away. They always had best fast food around! Friendly staff and superb service! Not to mention they are very clean and take all the covid protocols seriously! Would recommend the gyros or Italian beef! You also can’t go wrong with a sundae!! Highly recommended!! This is the first place I will be going to when I get back to town!

Food was good. The guy taking our order said they couldnt do a volcano burger with fried chicken instead so we had to order the fried chicken with all the volcano burger toppings. Hopefully he realized that he could do a volcano burger with fried chicken instead after that. And that you always find a way to say Yes to a customer request.
Ordered a gyro, it was ok. Previously when I had visited the gyro meat was from a loaf. This time it was actually carved I believe. Tomato slices were unimpressive, likely about a slice and a half for the gyro. Guess its not fair to compare to a full blown gyro place but good enough to not completely disappoint. Kraverz is easily the most consistently good restaurant in the area. The menu is rather large & a little intimidating, but theres something for everybody. Theres all sorts of burgers, wraps, paninis (probably their best), hot dogs, chicken choices, & the fish fry is pretty darn good. Service is FAST compared to Culvers, which I would believe is their closest competitor.

Stopped in to pick up fish fry yesterday afternoon. Glad to see staff wearing mask at front counter. While waiting for order notice staff in back cooking food not wearing mask over nose or mouth. Pretty expensive for a drive through. We got 2 sandwiches, a drink, and a kids meal and it was over $25.
The food was good, but I was underwhelmed by the dining room experience. I could not identify an adult on duty at the 5:30 dinner rush. Appeared to be staffed entirely by 16 year olds who had plenty of time to chat and flirt with each other and no time to bus tables in the dining room. During covid at the very least a clean table would be much appreciated. Management-the kids need supervision.

I am not from this area of town. I stop in here to pick up a quick meal for my son between baseball (Brew State) and basketball practice (TE). This place is awesome. Drive thru is alway friendly, professional, and smiling. The food is great and they get it out to you quickly and with a smile. Pop in youll be impressed.

My all time regular place to go! Never any problems with consistency now for years. One of my critical points are fries. Always every single order of fries is perfect! Every time again for years running, at least 5 years, fries are a beautiful golden brown, hot and delicious!
I do NOT recommend Kraverz!Long wait - longer than Roberts in Germantown and B-52 Bombers in the Falls.I consider 1:35pm to be an off time; should not have been this long.The teller handed me the incorrect order. I pointed this out and nothing said; NO sorry, NO excuse me, nothing. Good that I checked before driving away.NO napkins provided - this is a drive thru - you should always / automatically include napkins in the drive thru. Plenty of napkins provided by Roberts and B-52 Bombers every time.My first time here - I will NOT be back because of the above reasons. I will go to either B-52 Bombers or Roberts.I do NOT recommend Kraverz - go elsewhere!

They have fast and friendly service. If you want a place to go that has cheaper, fresh food, this is the place to go. It was definitely a family favorite.

We stopped in randomly based on a Google search, as we are not from the area... BEST BURGER EVER! Whoa. Custard was also to die for. The bathrooms, however, we extremely dirty and unkempt. But you have to eat here!!! (Just dont plan on using the restroom!)
