Excellent customer service. They didnt have my truck, but gave me a larger size for pick up at my preferred location. The competition argued with me about having to go to a very different and inconvenient location, so this was a very favorable experience. When I called to verify everything they were very pleasant and surprisingly thorough. Pick up was great. I forgot the ladys name, but she was fabulous. The entire process was simple and painless. 1st time straying from UHaul, but Im very Happy with Penske. Thanks for going above and beyond. I know where I am going if I need another rental.
