My overall experience at the dealership was excellent . Craig is truly one of a kind and made the whole experience great. I’ve bought many vehicles over the years through different dealerships and always dreaded dealerships until now. Craig asked great questions and wrote everything down & he really listened to what I was looking for. I didn’t intend on buying a vehicle that day, I was still doing research & just wanted to learn more about the Terrain & Acadia & possibly take a test drive. Craig did such an excellent job at explaining all of the features and the differences between those two and a few of the others. During our test drive he took the time to point out important features & explained how the backup camera worked, etc. During my test drive I decided that the Terrain was the right vehicle for me thanks to Craig taking the time to ask questions, listen to me & explain to me how all of the features of the Terrain matched what I was looking for. From Craig to Grant to Lenny, everybody was wonderful & a pleasure to work with! You guys get an A+ in my book and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Johnson Motors in Menomonie has always been my go to dealership, Marcus Sands helped me get my Acadia in 2016 and was an awesome salesman even when we decided to get a Ford truck in 2019. He gave me New Richmonds phone number and a salesman to work with. He even followed up to make sure I was being taken care of. Johnson Motors of Menomonie and Marcus are very professional and curtious. I highly recommend them.

We were driving 40 miles to look at a vehicle. We spoke with Jess and told her we were on our way. She said great and that the car would be waiting for us when we got there. From what we understood, the car was on hold for us. We got there at the exact time we said we would. We walked in and the sales manager told us that the car sold. We did not get any phone call to turn around. Yet the car salesman was in the room with the people purchasing the vehicle. The couple wasnt there to look at that car. We were told they were here for another car but saw the vehicle that was on hold for us parked up front by the entry. A sales manger should have more integrity than that. A sales manager can tell a car salesman that the vehicle is on hold and the couple should wait. Not only did they waste our time but also the gas it took to drive out there. I personally do not like car shopping and this just made it much worse. We were so excited to finally be buying a reliable car only to be told they basically didnt care and didnt want our business. As we left out the door there was no attempt to keep our business. I have never been treated so badly at a car dealership and I think that says a lot. Im not even certain we care to deal with this chain of dealerships.

Every since I purchased my CTS from Johnson Motors in Menomonie a few years ago, I will continue doing all my business with them. Last year we purchased our second vehicle from them as well. The process of buying a vehicle in my experience has been so much more relaxed with them. They also have an excellent service department that has been great to work with. Currently I have 3 of my vehicles that I will only take to them. This year Im looking to purchase two more cars and Ill be going there again.

Overall I think the staff at JM does a great job. The service department gets you in and out and Ive never had them try to up-sell anything. If they find something wrong they bring it to my attention and give me multiple options when possible. Overall fair work done at a fair price.

Bought a used Duramax Silverado from here in preparation for moving west and hauling our 36ft travel trailer. Happy to say we now live in Arizona with no problems traveling with said truck and trailer. They stayed open after hours to complete the sale to which we were very appreciative of.

We have been customers for quite a few years at Johnson Motors. We cant imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else. Every detail is well thought through and they do their best to accommodate the needs of their customers.

This morning I noticed something literally dragging underneath my car. I called them and was there in 10 minutes. They got me in and out within 15 minutes free of charge! ♡ I had never been there--they just happened to open before my preferred. It made my week. Turns out it was my air dam and they just cut it off for me as they couldnt pin it back up. Very friendly!

Mark and the staff at Johnson Motors went out of their way to assist with my new vehicle purchase. To me, this is the only place to purchase a vehicle from. Mark even stayed after hours to complete the transaction. He also listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made sure the vehicles we looked at met, I should say exceeded, what I wanted. I also found everyone there extremely helpful and friendly. It feels like your dealing with family. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they deserve a million. I will never take a vehicle here again for a alignment!! Had the same vehicle in twice for a 4 wheel alignment and they told me everything was fine. I took it somewhere else after wearing two tires out in 19,000 miles and the alignment was off. Never again will I bring a vehicle here!!

I went in for a simple update and on the way home I had to stop because I thought something was wrong with my front left wheel as it was making a terrible noise, I guess some head plate had been bent and it was rubbing on the rotor. Normally I have a very good experience but this one did not make me happy.

We had heard very good things about Johnson Motors, and they just happened to have a vehicle on the lot with the feature combination we were interested in. We went not expecting to purchase anything, but to look at and test drive that vehicle thinking that maybe we would order one (finding a higher-trim Yukon XL with a bench seat is incredibly difficult) and drove off the lot with it.Would benefit from a better childrens area, but otherwise, was a nice facility. Staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience a very good one. It was pouring out and they brought the vehicle into the service bay so that we could spend some time looking over it and getting familiar with it. Allowed us to store our personal belongings (car seats, etc.) in the same area so that we werent constantly running outside in the rain. They also provided funds for lunch since we were there for a decent amount of time and had some down time after we made the decision to purchase (trade-in evaluation, new vehicle detailing, etc.)

I bought a brand new truck last year from Johnson Motors in Menominee and I dealt with Marcus Sand and I just want to start off by saying Marcus Sand is the only thing that Johnson Motors has going for them. Marcus Sand is an amazing salesman and truly cares about his customers and their thoughts and their feelings and he does his best to accommodate for his customers! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff Johnson Motors!!! They just wants to take your money and once you leave the lot it isn’t there a problem. I experienced this first hand for once I left the lot I started having problems with my truck so I called Marcus Sand. He felt horrible and line up appointment for me so I could get my truck looked at. I told them they could keep my truck as long as they needed!!! I just wanted it to be fixed and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. When I took it to their service department to figured out what was wrong with my truck. The service manager Ron had my truck figured out even before seeing it. . Ron the service manager had told me nothing was wrong with my truck and that was normal for the brand new trucks. He acted like I didn’t know if thing anything about my truck and that i was wasting his time and I should just go on my merry way. I asked him if you would still look at it that something wasn’t right and they could take as much time as I needed to figure it out I just wanted it to work. So they looked at it and he call me within 12 hours saying that my truck is ready to go after I told him take your time I just want it fixed and working. I know more than left Menominee and made it 10 miles down 94 towards Eau Claire in my truck started acting up again so I took it to Marquart just outside of Eau Claire Wisconsin where they diagnose the problem within a half hour and told me that my injector wasn’t working properly and they would have to order the part and I would take a day or two. This happened a couple other times with Ron At Johnson motors in Menominee and Marquart ended up fixing the problem in the end. I would not recommend anybody to get a vehicle from any Johnson Motors at any dealership!!!! The owner was nice but told me that he did not see that I wasn’t satisfied so there was no point for me to keep going and trying to get my truck fixed at their dealership! So instead of trying to fix the problem he would rather sweep it under the rug and not deal with it!!! Drive the extra distance to go somewhere where you will be treated as if it was their vehicle they were working on. If you do decide to go to Johnson motors I highly recommend asking for Marcus Sand and nobody else I would not use their service department even if it was the last one in 1000 miles you’re better off going to Joe blow down the street to have your vehicle looked at!!!!!!!!!!!

May have good prices on vehicles but wont accommodate the customer by bring it to a closer location. The worse part is they advertised a dodge journey with features and mileage it didnt have. We didnt find out over the phone after talking to them about it over multiple phone calls, but after driving an hour and a half to see and seriously consider buying the vehicle cause it was supposedly what we were looking for. Be careful with what you find on there website. More then likely its not right and then when you do show up they will try and sell you something that cost more and has double the mileage. Worse dealership Ive dealt with and Ive been to a lot of dealerships. What happened to customer courtesy.

I guess the car I bought passed their inspection but the brakes were so worn they cracked open and leaked a day after buying my car. In addition, the car was sold as is with original odometer miles but a mechanic pointed out the junkyard marks on the engine. Gee, howd that get there, boys? 🙄😠
