I was leaving the area after a weekend soccer tournament and had a belt snap. I contacted them 8am Monday morning and they said theyd squeeze me in. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and I was back on the road by 10:30am. The repair cost was very reasonable considering what they could have charged me. Their customer service was outstanding!

I didnt get work done here. I was helping a friend drop off and pick up her car. They did a great job on the car and fixed it in a timely manner. It is my understanding that she is very pleased with there work and said she would go back.

Truck broke down. Towed it there and they fit it in quickly. Accurate estimate and fixed up quick. Very impressed. We will definitely use them again if we need something fixed faster than I can get to it.

Catalytic converter went bad on my Forester and died on the highway. The staff there were super respectful and were able to get it fixed in only a few days. Excellent price for the service provided, these are guys you can trust!

Called kody at platinum this morning told him my driver front wheel was making a nose.He was able to get my car right in.I told him I really needed my car by Monday..He replaced a wheel bearing and hub assembly ..and called me this afternoon saying it was fixed..I am so grateful to him.. thank you so much..

Platinum has done all the work I needed on my most recent two vehicles as well as my girlfriends vehicle. Theyve always been very nice and easy to work with, great availability, and very well priced.

I came in with a broken brake piston on my 2005 Prius. I also needed new brake pads installed, as well as a rotor on both sides of my car too. I had asked them how much it would cost for a CV axle installation which I eventually declined since they said it costs $$$ more. By the way, I had all of the parts for my car ready in my car so they wouldn’t have to order any parts for me. They did everything, and even though they got the wrong part shipped to them for my brake piston, they installed the CV axle for FREE since I was patient on getting my car back from them. I’m not saying that you will get the small thing as what I got, but as long as you’re patient, they will get you your car on time, otherwise, they’ll give you a call as soon as possible. This is probably the best auto shop in Menomonie. The total cost for all installations was about $253 which they did the best on my car. No more funky noises.
