This is one of the better Walmart I’ve ever been to. The staff actually cares!! Truly, the employees there are solid. They are friendly, they are helpful. They will help you find what you need. I recommend this location.

9 out of 10 employees didnt have a mask on. This just verified why I havent gone into one since March 2020 and I wont be spending my money there ever again.

Recently I use there curbside pickup in Menomonie Wisconsin and they loaded up a watermelon on my folded down seats and it rolled right into a gallon of tea and it exploded all over me in my car! It was all over everything in my car and all over me! And to top it all off when I made a claim to have my vehicle cleaned they said theyre not going to have it cleaned its not their fault they would not accept any responsibility for the way the loaded my vehicle and by the way the person could have easily loaded that watermelon on the floor or in the back part of my vehicle that would not be sitting on the flat seats folded down I guess some people dont realize something that is mostly round will roll on something flat!

Some items I usually buy are gone or sold out or not stocked,many of the stores shelfs are empty,resulting in my having to make multiple stops at other stores. I now only shop for what I know they have and spend less time shopping other areas.

DIRTY WAREHOUSE SETTING, SOMETHINGS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS...IN FROZEN VEGGIES good buys. But in all my life Ive been in Walmart 6 times. Walking in the door has foul smells, an obnoxious older woman passing out masks!!° no one has the right to tell anyone they have to wear a mask.

Rating 5 stars mainly because they offer this seat in their bathrooms. I’ve never seen this in any of my other local Walmart’s or stores. As a mom with a kid it was so nice to go to the bathroom and not have to hold my kid at the same time. I was disappointed because I drove over an hour to come here to get a covid test kit that said in stock and it was not. So I drove two hours round trip for nothing but I was glad they had this at least.

I dont say this about most Walmarts but I enjoy shopping here because of the friendly staff who are helpful and you can find almost everything you are looking for without issues.

All the shelves where empty.. The employees where doing there best.. Some looked exhausted.. Nice check out lady.

I give a lot of high star ratings but its because I can find no or few flaws.AND I LOOK, HARD!! I dont look for petty things but the necessities.This place gets the job done. But in a honest opinion it is around the corner from being rough.

Every employee was polite and eager to help which made my visit smooth and stress free.

Delivery went quickly and smoothly. All the walmart employees I dealt with were pleasant, professional and efficient. Read their signs, follow directions and this will probably be your experience as well.

My daughter was driving down I-94 on a Sunday morning with a tire low in air pressure. I found this Walmart about 20 miles ahead. When she arrived, Vera couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful friendly service. Thanks so much!!!

This location seems to be more stocked than a lot of other locations nearby. My main issue with Walmart recently is that it seems to be picked over (yes, I understand the recent shortages but each location is a hit or miss whether it is stocked or not). This Walmart location seems clean and the staff are friendly. I don’t go down to this Walmart often, but it is definitely one of the better ones especially right now.

I was overcharged for cherries sign said $1.99 lb was charged $2.97lb went courtesy counter, she went to check the price which I was ok with then had to go to self checkout she rang it up as a return put the money on the little counter then if I still wanted them I could purchase them at the correct price. What a bunch of B.S. you use to figure out the difference and give me my change back. I dont shop your store very often and I remember why I stopped. I never ever leave your store without checking my receipt, Ive been overcharged by you so many times. NOT GOOD.

Menomonie Walmart is not RV friendlyNo overnight parking allowed! They say because some left a mess in the morning. Well we normally shop where we stay, they did not get my business.

Went to pickup hotspot . I had to wait 20 minutes for help while the employee was just talking to some guy who didnt even buy anything. Then I was informed that the hotspot was out of stock even though the website said they had 7.. not a very good visit at all!

There seems to be a disproportionate number of employees with weird piercings, dyed hair, and goth inspired make up. Its this a Menomonie thing? Its odd and kind of off putting. The store itself is decent and has all the things a typical Walmart would have.

Walmart is different from location to location. There are a couple bad ones that make me feel indifferent about Walmart as a whole.

I have no problems when i go to this walmart. When i need assistance, they are there to help and point me where the object i need.

They put 2 different types of chicken products in the same exact color and design packaging, i was in a rush grabbed chicken wyngz whatever that means in the same packaging in the same place as the real tasty chicken strips. This is unacceptable and infuriating. I will definitely go back because its the only place to get food in this town

Horrible at keeping things stocked. really weird cuz I always see workers stocking but somehow nothing ever gets stocked? always out of at least 2-3 items on my list. workers in the floor more or less avoid customers and dont talk much. cashiers will at least say hi, how are you? the scan&go machines are card only, I hope thats ok cool man.

It can be hard to navigate through if you are new to Menomonie.

One of the cleaner walmart I have ever been to. Friendlier staff then most. Stocked well. Would have got 5 except for the same issue that is every Walmart No Cash Registers open ! Then open all registers as self checkout! But overall clean and well stocked love the online pick up never grocery shop any more ever!

Everything was empty. And i mean no people, no products no plants or animals and most importantly, the bathrooms are too tall so my tow year olde could not take her dump but too short that i could not take my dump. Very perplexed.😡😡😡😅😡😡

Clean had everything I needed, would have gotten 5 but again staffing is always an issue. 2 cash registers open lines all the way into clothing. Self checkout full and people checking themselves out at lighting speed! Whats the deal ? Every Walmart is like this !

They allow truck drivers to park to shop for groceries, unsure about overnight. Best to go if bobtail

Self service only accepts credit cards and theres one aisle open if youre lucky... BUT the cashiers had all the time in the world to stand there and watch me like Im trying to steal something!!!!! Two of them!! Im done with Walmart.... DONE!!!

Fast checkout constant new product. Do with theyd go down on price in some things. Like essentials, dog pads dog food paper towels, toilet paper etc... and cheaper still decent quality electronics.

Deli not open only 2 check outs open on a Saturday and out of stock on so many things forget water or Gatorade or Powerade. Dont check cold case no sandwich ect.

I like the outside grocery pick up, I feel that is the best feature!!!!!!.........Going inside is a disappointment, staff is rude, unhelpful, and honestly would run you over with their carts if you did not jump out of their way. The customer is not treated well, usually just ignored. And checking out is a nightmare, I think most people can relate to that statement. Im probably missing some things like bad customer service. BUT if anyone can give me some positives I am open to suggestions.

Grocery pick up is the best thing to come out of Walmart. Even before pandemic I would shop online which makes never overspending much easier and a lot less people to deal with.

Good service. Only gave a 4 out of 5 because their delivery service, Instacart, has been unavailable to make deliveries on several occasions. Makes paying for unlimited delivery a little bit hollow of a promise. Sure theyll work it out eventually.

Good shopping day. Got everythig I wanted and prices were great!

For 5 hours I posed as a door greeter despite never having been hired (or even interviewed) for the job. I simply stood by the doors and forcibly obtained high fives from everyone who entered into the premises. From everyone exiting, I required that they allow me to take one thing from one of their bags, much like a grab bag but with other peoples goods. In the end, it was a decent haul and I will consider that my payment for services rendered.

Absolutely love Wal-Mart. Wish there was a little better customer service though. 🙄

Its a pretty clean Walmart. Most of the staff is usually friendly. The out of stocks can seem like a lot but most likely manufacturing issues vs ordering issues.

Great store, called ahead and the manager was exceptionally pleasant, let him that I was in a big truck and asked if they allowed parking for us to shop. He replied it wasnt a problem and asked me to park on the far side of the garden center. Dont know about overnight parking.

ALWAYS out of stock on stuff. This Walmart sucks.

Some departments are not stocked. Almost like its a rotation of non-stocked shelves in random areas. Other than that, very helpful workers on the floor. Maybe ordering could help for a better review.

With only one entrance open it limits accessible parking spaces. I could do curbside pickup but it limits what products I see inside. Online does not list clearance items and new items are not always visible online for a few days.

They are always friendly and usually have everything I need.

This Walmart is pretty good my only problem right now is the mask inforcement is lacking.
