My experience with this company was interesting. I am a Quality Engineer with major Aerospace company and needed an appointment for new eye glasses, so I’m pretty new in town. When I called I was told that they were absolutely packed in their schedule. So as I had nothing to do I just parked to rest and catch up on emails, during my 4 hours of waiting guess how many people pulled into the parking lot?NONE, yep zero. No customers whatsoever entered their building. A packed schedule? With who, the invisible man and his family? This is not the first time I’ve seen a business do this, especially while potentially bilking the government of COVID benefits.

Havent ran into a single issue going to Menomonie Eye and Optical. The people are great and the atmosphere is good. The glasses and contacts that I have purchased have been perfect. The quality and care provided is second to none, in my opinion.

They have 4 emergency on call eye doctors, but will not take you if you are not one of their patients. Well now me and my family will never be one of your patients.
