Im very lucky, and very happy to be working for such a great company. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be part of your family.
I got a job there, but wouldnt start till after the holidays. So they liked my background and wanted to hire me but didnt know where to place me. So they had 4 weeks to put me where I fit, keep in mind I had management experience to machining experience. So when I started they just dumped me in the tooling department to be just left there. So I went back to my old job
Great place to work if you can work. Dont expect to get far with poor attendance. Also dont expect to choose where you go. Obviously they will utilize you how they need. Its a production job that dosent rush you and is clean and offers overtime. What more can you ask.
Dont waste your time applying or interviewing with them. I interviewed with the hr department and tool room department head, and everything went well with them till I interviewed with the owner/president. He asks questions that are irrelevant to the position. (Ie: do you own a home?; are you married?; have children?; medical?; ethnicity?; etc). And after a few minutes, thinking I had a good interview with him he completely denies you the position. Which I think is based on his personal bias. And discrimination based on social standing, home ownership, and ethnicity. I would never try to apply to them again and I suggest to everyone who doesnt own a home, have a family, medical issues, and/or ethnicity, dont apply
