I love Michaels. They have fabulous sales and prices. The selection of crafts they have is unbeatable. They offer coupons often!

I drove there to have a print custom-framed for a Christmas present. At the desk was a note saying there was no framer working that day. ☹️Lesson learned: in these still uncertain times, call first to be sure you can get the service you desire.

Went in to return an item that was no longer needed, the return process was simple, had my card to put the refund back on. Friendly and courteous staff. Especially helpful when I went in originally to purchase some painting supplies. An associate answered all my questions while assisting me in selecting my items. Checkout was expeditiously executed.🙂

They had exact what I needed. Friendly staff.

They are still rearranging the whole store so finding things is interesting. Theres isnt much a baking isle the cricut system has taken over half the scrap booking section and part if baking. They added fabric! Beading is still same place and so are season fabric flowers. Custom framing is very nice but normal frame options are limited compared to what pat catans had. Very limited in mat color combinations and normal frames. If your looking for models and train miniatures go next door to hobby town. The staff is nice and very knowable during the store rearrangements

They did a fantastic job on my grandfathers Vietnam service ID. The woman was very kind and helpful.They have a great selection of items to choose from for projects or crafts.Staff very kind.

Great clearance pricing. The framer I had for assistance today was fantastic. She really helped me choose a great frame in my price range. The print I had reframed is a gift for our son who just purchased his first house.

The floor plan of this particular store is odd and the lighting is dull. The appearance is different than any other I’ve been to not very inviting. On a good note the last time I went a really nice lady directed me to the t-shirts and checked to make sure I found what I was looking for. We chatted for a minute she was the motivation that would have me consider going back.

Rude ppl, no one knows where anything is & if you ask for help they act as though you’re putting them out. Don’t like your job......quit

It was okay for an Art Store. I found that Hobby Lobby had a much better selection across town. For either one download their coupon onto your phone online for an extra discount in store.

I absolutely adore the store Michaels. I mean come on!!! Right now, they have 70%off their spring and summer florals!!! I got a stem of red hibiscus 🌺 for like $3!!! The only complaint I have is that I had an online order to pick up and one of the items did not ship and no one informed me. My card was reimbursed right away but it would have been nice if somebody had told me that item wasnt in the bag while I was in the store so I could have looked for something else for my project

I visited Michaels today to pick up a few soap making supplies. They had more variety than another gigantic hobby store that moved into the area recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the cashier was able to look up my rewards club, which I have not used in ages.Due to the Covid-19 crisis, they currently have mask requirements in compliance with CDC recommendations. I have an immunocompromised family member so I appreciate this effort to keep the public and their employees safe.

My daughter and I love to make stuff, and Michaels has a wonderful selection of art supplies, beads, and such a variety of everything you might need for any project, that we spend a couple of hours each visit just looking. Fun!

Good deals is you use coups, and theyve always had what Ive infrequently needed. This past trip I needed googly eyes to make Chicken Salad Crabwiches for an International Talk Like a Pirate Day potluck.

This store has almost something for everyone, we found a couple of things for our 6 y/o grandchild . The staff was friendly too.

Isles are small and clearance is rarely clearance but great selection of non-fabric type items. Great kids programs and the summer camps are pretty cool.

Store over crowded, one register with 20 people in line only christmas floral Mentor Michaels will be a store I never will go to again! Will go to Hobby Lobby across street or if I am that desperate I will go to Michaels in Mayfield

Michaels has BEAUTIFUL floral choices that suit every Season. Their storage supplies are perfect whether baskets or printed boxes. They also have an excellent framing department and a big supply of arts and craft supplies that children like too.Michaels had everything I was looking for last week to do some Fall decorating.

Ordered an item online and had the ship to store service. Went in to pick the order up and the associate was very friendly and even offered some helpful suggestions for an extra item to go along with what was ordered. Browsed around a bit, but didnt need to buy anything else at the time.Store was clean and again, a very helpful associate.

The store is clean and has a variety of craft products. Its hit or miss on good customer service. Their phone app is nice for easy check out and coupons. There arent a lot of options in my area for craft stores as Michaels is buying up most of them.

They have a little bit of everything. You need to have time to spend to take it all in. Staff is polite and very helpful.

Nothing here really makes you want to come back besides the fact that they’re the only ones selling what they’re selling. Nothing about the place is intriguing or attractive. Nonetheless it’s still a good craft store.

Michaels has a great selection of merchandise. The only thing I wish they would come back with is that they would once again start coming back with cross stitching it would be a great addition to Michaels I hope sometime they will. But the big pluses they have a wide selection of things from cake baking to artistic items two framing merchandise. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

This store is one of the better ones. Its pretty good at keeping us products in stock. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is never messy or dirty. For the most part you can find what you are looking for. I did notice that Id its a really good sale, that item is normally sold out pretty quickly. It has a nice selection to choose from.

Well they are currently out of business in the state of Ohio as far as I know the store is currently closed. However they were a lot more reasonably priced. the other places available to you are much more for the same thing.

I hate this place and clearly the employees do also.I shopped here 2 times in the past month. Both times I wandered through the store, past many employees who ALL looked at the ground rather than make eye contact and offer help. I never found what I was looking for, either trip.I will never shop here again.I went to Joanne, where the employees ALL OFFERED TO HELP and made my purchases.

Store was a mess...more like disaster, no Valentines day decor was anywhere to be seen, compared to Hobby lobby, they have become very overpriced

Wide variety good prices

Michaels always has what we need and the prices are always good. If I had any issue it would be that the aisles are very small so often its hard to get around the store with a cart. Especially when theres a sale or holiday coming up.

So I understand you need to do inventory, however do you really need to do it on a Sunday afternoon when its day one of your sale? There were 7 people counting in the paper isle which ment I nor any other customers could shop that isle. Very disappointed!!

They seem to be to busy to help people who were looking for things even if you ask them . Like me i had a hard time trying to find things and no one help.

I am very unhappy with Michaels for closing preparing to close ALL Patcatans. I purchase my crafts and fabrics from various locations at a great and discounted price! The 40 percent off coupon is ok but your prices are too high!
