This store has a variety of home goods for every room. They carry a good selection of quality merchandise. The prices seem to have increased right now and this is happening most everywhere. I found a lovely gift for a bridal shower. With a gift receipt, an exchange is always available.

Hello, Im very upset with the customer service that I was given in the Mento Ohio HomeGoods store today. I had went in there around 6:15pm. I asked a lady who worked there if I can get some help by the indoor furniture. She said “let me get someone over there.” She was also with the manager I believe but I wasn’t sure. They both had walkys and badges. Couldn’t see the names by the way. So anyways, 10 minutes pass by and still nobody. A young man who was walking away from the registers I stopped him and ask “hey bud can you help me or can you get someone over to help me?” He said “sure thing sorry for the wait. If I can’t get someone I’ll help you.” He went to the back and 4-5 minutes later he walks passed us and jumps on a register. I’m thinking that maybe he told someone. Nope!!! Was I wrong. Another 20 minutes go’s by and nobody came to help us. All I wanted to know is if they had another chair in the back because the one on the sales floor was damaged. And see if I was able to get it delivered. That all. But nobody wanted to help us. I won’t be shopping at that store anymore or most likely at any HomeGoods again.

Place is rather clean with everything it has. Aisles are a bit narrow. Have to look for good deals. Just watch out for those rude Rae Dunn huntets/resellers.

Nice clean store with good options

Went in with a perfectly valid $10 off coupon. The manager and two sales associates couldnt figure out how to scan it in. Nor would they credit the $10 to the $125 sale. Everyone was polite and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. We took our full priced merchandise and left. Im not going back.

Honestly the best place ever! All the staff is amazing and everyone there was so nice! Better than the Home Goods where I used to live in.

I love the store, but had to wait outside in the child to be let in even with wearing a mask. I think a bit excessive. Some things are a bit over priced. My check out experience was awesome. The lady was super friendly.

I gave them a 2 star, the customer service is not all that good ok I was in line and they only had 2 cashiers, ok when I finally got to the head of the line the customers service girl look at me and turn off her light and left, ok who does that, wow, I didnt like that, I didnt like it at all, the prices r to high along with the attitudes, I only go in now to buy towels, I go in and try to come rt out 👍👍🙂

Wife and I bought a chair there bit pricey but nice. The girls were very helpful in the checkout and loading process.

Plenty of home decor for all your decorating needs. Ive found quite a few nice things for around the house here. Everything from bar stools to lamps to place sets and more. The store is well organized and pretty packed with stuff. Prices are reasonable but dont be expecting any steals here.

Amazing selection. Great turn around inventory. If you see something you like you better get it because it may not be there the next time you go. Have great gift ideas and great pot and pans. You go once and you are addicted. Staff always helpful.

I want these stores have some great stuff for your home and at a reasonable price. I like going to them. The only challenge is you never know what youre going to find. So it may take a few just different stores before you finally get exactly what youre looking for.

I found a good number of things for my home here. Better quality items than one might find in a department store, and all reasonably priced. Its fun to browse, too, because you never know what youll find. Staff is very pleasant, too, which makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

We were looking for floor lights for our family room. Most of these types of lights were about $80 and a few were somewhat less than good quality (showed scratches and scuffs). We decided to order on line from a different provider for better floor light and did get one that was very nice and about 18% off price.

Where else would I be? Hands down Homegoods is my absolute favorite place to shop. Nothing like retail therapy

Always have unique items. Sometimes mark downs are only a couple dollars, and marked as clearance. Great food like pastas and a ton of sauces and seasonings that are a good value.

Revisited home goods 2 times in 2 days. They have a great selection of coffee candies, soaps anything and everything that you want you will find there at a discounted price. The quality looks expensive but the prices are reasonable. I would highly suggest for anybody thats looking for quality merchandise, go to home goods.

Never had been to one before now, but they have an awesome and vast selection of items. My only gripe is that the store is a little bit cluttered and its kind of hard to locate pricing. They were having a sale though so that could have contributed to it.
