Nice selection of dresses. A good willingness to help you find the right dress

My matron of honor reached out to this shop for an appointment and she told them the dresses I liked. When we got there they were all ready and set up in the dressing rooms. The girls were happy and upbeat. They were excited for my big day and made me feel special. I loved it and we found the bridesmaid dresses in 15/20 minutes! I would highly recommend this shop for any kind of dress you need!

I cant recommend this store enough. Every experience so far has been perfect. They have a wonderful selection of brides dresses that are reasonably priced. They also have a fabulous selection of bridesmaids dresses. The entire staff has been wonderful to work with, they are helpful and considerate.

CLE bride - by Expressions is a fantastic business, I cannot say enough about the establishment and employees who work there, especially Erica she was so great to work with. I had an amazing experience! Erica was the associate who helped me & shes fantastic. She listened to what I liked, helped me find dresses in my budget, and was very knowledgeable about wedding dresses. They have a variety of dress styles in all different sizes - very accommodating of all body types.The appointment after me cancelled so they let me keep trying dresses on until I found the one (plus we picked out bridesmaid dresses as well)! The owner Kayla was super helpful as well. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

My niece found her wedding dress here. It was an awesome experience, they helped her multiple times get in and out of the dresses. They had a wonderful disposition. They entertained my daughter while I took photos of the bride to be. I myself just really a wonderful experience.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice little shop and the dresses looked beautiful. However, if your budget isnt close to a $1,000.00, they dont have much. The $299 starting price on their website refers to one or two dresses only. Felt like a bait and switch. If you have the budget, go if not, best to go somewhere else.

Gorgeous bridal gowns for a reasonable price!

The facility is clean, staff will greet you with a smile and warm welcome. However, they arent as knowledgeable as I would have liked them to be. If you are planning a wedding in a short amount of time and relying on the staff to actually show you the features of your dress and what works as far as belts, slips or veils or even dresses in another color. Youll be disappointed. You have to research and ask them. They dont offer any additional information that would help you to make a clear decision. I had to find out things about my dress as time went on and wasted time and money on things I didnt even need. Things that I look back and wish my sales associate would have told me are how many layers to my dress? For alterations reasons, does it already come with a slip? Do I need a corsette for this dress or will it cause the dress to no longer fit? I am a first time bride of course I dont know much about bridal shops, if I asked a question I got a vague answer in return. This caused me to leave the shop second guessing myself. I would have liked a more engaged sales associate.

I absolutely love this place. I found my wedding dress here, they helped me stay within my budget and didnt pressure me to buy anything out of my price range. They gave me great one on one treatment and made me feel like i was the most important person in the world. The sales ladies there were so friendly. I highly recommend this place for your wedding needs. :)

The ladies there were absolutely wonderful. The amount of knowledge and advice they have was a bit unexpected, but quite welcome. I really appreciated them going above and beyond to try and find a way for me to have the dress of my dreams. When they didnt have it, they directed me to someone they trusted that could. This place is okay at best, the only reason Im giving it three stars vs. less is because the sales associate who helped my friend (bride) try on her dresses was very nice and helpful. However, they dont have the greatest selection, their dresses arent anything super unique and their bridesmaids dresses are kind of outdated or typical. Most of them look like prom dresses from the early-mid 2000s which isnt really the look right now, for weddings at least. Theyre also extremely overpriced especially when you can order more on-trend styles from places like Show Me Your Mumu and Lulus for a fraction of the cost with the same/better quality and a much shorter wait time.Their purchase/return policy is the part that is most annoying and doesnt make a lot of sense, basically they kind of slip in without being super up front about how long dresses that need to be ordered take to arrive and its a range of like 4-6 months for the bridesmaid dresses. But they tell you that the order wont actually be placed until all members of the bridal party pay, they charge your card up front for the full amount, but arent able to just refund you if people decide they dont want that dress and the rest of the party doesnt end up ordering. I understand not refunding anyone if the order had already been placed but its confusing to us because according to them they dont actually place the order until all members call to give their measurements and pay. Luckily, they did come up with a solution that also didnt really make sense which was crediting my dress price to my friends wedding dress that hadnt been fully paid for yet and suggesting that my friend just gives me the money. So basically the store was still getting the same amount of money had they just refunded my dress normally and seemed to just be making things difficult for us which was odd.

Professional staff and courteous however not happy with my wedding dress. The size I ordered did not fit and I had to pay an additional cost for alterations when my measurements were taken at consultation.Also, I provided a photo of how I wanted my dress to look and not enough fabric was ordered. Once they seen I wasn’t happy, not one time did they ask how can we assist or even asking to order more fabric could of helped.

My best friend got her wedding dress here (I was there both for the selection and the final fitting). They did a great job helping her find her dream dress and did an even better job instructing me on how to lace it! I recommend their services--you wont be disappointed.

The staff was incredibly rude. My mom and I went in looking for a dress for her for my wedding, and were made to feel very unwelcome. I’m not sure what made these ladies decide that they didn’t need our money, but we will most definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

I got my wedding dress here and I just picked it up today! The dress is stunning!!!! It is so beautiful and even better than I was expecting. I also want to point out how amazing the staff is as well; they are so wonderful, kind, and helpful. They were happy to help with picking out dresses and didnt even mind taking some off the window mannequins for me to try on where you could tell it would bother other consultants at other stores. Their dresses had a great variety in fabric, so you arent stuck with any that dont work for your taste. They were not pushy and respected my opinion while trying on dresses. They did not make me try on anything I wasnt interested in and let me go through the store and pick out my favorites. I went to a few other places before Expressions and often felt like I was not being listened to, didnt always get to pull the dresses I wanted, and being pushed to trying on things I already knew would be a waste of time to try on. I am very picky and I know right away what I like and its bothersome when thats not heard. I had absolutely none of these problems at Expressions. They were also happy to wait outside of the dressing room and only help when I had a dress on. Not all stores had consultants in the dressing room, but I did experience this at one store. It was really uncomfortable and negatively impacted my experience. I definitely appreciated Expressions giving me my privacy in the dressing room. The price on my dress was outstanding for the finished product as well. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

The older reviews on here are for the old ownership. The woman who currently owns it is wonderful and the ladies who helped me were also. I found my dress in one day. The ladies were patient and the owner found the perfect dress for me after my mom and I told her what we wanted. We had it steamed there as well and it looked beautiful. My wedding was just last week (Oct 2014). Dont go anywhere else for a dress!

I cant thank the girls at Expressions enough, Melissa, Marcie and Casey (and the rest of the team!) made my special a day more than perfect!! If you are looking for your perfect dress to make sure you look like a princess on your special day look no further! They worked with me to the bitter end making sure I LOVED everything about dress on that day. I cant say enough good about these ladies!! I came in with an expecting friend to look at and try on bridesmaid dresses. We especially wanted her measurements taken, since shes beginning to show. The wedding occurs several months after her baby arrives, but the dress we choose will need ordered before then, preferably now, so we wanted to make sure we get the sizing right. I was rudely told they couldnt help me because I bought my bridal gown at another shop. I explained I intended on buying the bridesmaid dresses from Expressions, but after all that abysmal service, I guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere!EDIT in response to Owners reply: Allow me to go into more detail. She asked if I purchased my bridal gown from Expressions. When I answered no, she said she couldnt help me. Then I SPECIFICALLY asked, Even if I want to purchase my bridesmaid dresses here and am looking to order them NOW? And I received the same dismissive response, along with an odd comment of how youve had problems in the past sharing measurements for dress sizes, so you no longer do. It made absolutely zero sense. I told her the rest of my girls are not nearby and cant come in to try on the dresses we select, that all I basically have are measurements to go off of! But after how rude she continued to be, we knew we didnt want to bother fighting an uphill battle and left. It was as if her mind was made up before she even spoke to us. Maybe your employee needs to improve her listening/communication skills and receive better hospitality training. Thats on you, not me.

I purchased a blingy headband for my wedding day at Expressions. Many people on here are saying the employees are rude but I didnt experience that. Then again, I just quietly walked in and started trying on headbands for myself. A few girls did offer assistance, but I didnt need help. Once I found the headband I liked, I placed my order and that was that. I cant remember the exact timing but it took about a month or so (around 4 weeks) to come in - which wasnt a big deal since I gave myself more than enough time before my wedding day. The girl also said it would take that long to arrive so she was accurate on the timing. Once it came in, I went and picked it up. It looked great and I was really happy with it! It costed a little over $100 which I thought was a fair price compared to what some other bridal stores wanted for their headbands. All in all I had a decent experience and I have a really beautiful headband that I can wear again for other occasions.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the owners snippy responses to others on here. :(

Bought my dress at a fantastic value - the service I received while trying on dresses was wonderful. They helped me for a solid couple of hours. They did everything they could to find me a dress I was thrilled about.

They made my day! I had an alterations appointment elsewhere and was told I wouldnt be able to do anything and that I would need to get a new dress! I was freaking out and crying so I decided to go to Expressions Bridal. They told me to try on my dress and cinched me up and said they could fix it! I was so happy I could cry again! Marcy and Kayla were very nice. Marcy made this happen for me! Also I have to add that Marcy remembered my name which made me feel special! I highly recommend them for any bride! Excellent customer service!

If you are getting a bridesmaids dress here make sure you go a year and a half before the wedding ten months later still dont have the dress? Seems a little long when they said it would be 3 months hopefully I get it in time for alterations.

If you know exactly what you want and are not in any need of any extra services, this bridal salon is ok. But don’t expect any above and beyond service. They do not research or have in depth knowledge of other gowns in their lines beyond what is offered physically in the shop. You will get basic service but polish and hospitality are not really extended to guests. I purchased a pricey accessory and did not receive a thank you when I picked it up. It’s simple courtesies, but for what brides are spending on the items in the shop, it seems basic politeness should be extended to their customers. I’m sad to say it, but wouldn’t recommend this location.

Very pushy. I felt very uncomfortable and highly pressured to make a purchase. If I wasnt smiling immediately, instead of letting me take the dress in, the associate would snap you dont like it, just take it off. I loved a dress there but will be purchasing from another store. The store was also very cramped and floors were dirty.

We waited 35 minutes after our scheduled appointment time because they were so overbooked. There were really only about 2 full racks of dresses to look through. The brides had to share mirror space and it was such a cramped area. The consultant seemed to be rushing us and the staff did not do anything to make the experience special. The shop wasnt super clean or nice. Very disappointed and would not recommend this shop.

I wouldnt never recommend this place to anyone! Worst experience for the bride and us bridesmaids. The people who work here do not know how to do their job, and they are INCREDIBLY rude. They measured the bride and 3 out of the 4 bridesmaids wrong! All they care about is the money they make from the dresses, and will give you the WORST experience when its supposed to be the most exciting time of your life. Stay away!

Stay Away! Worst place ever. Took 5 months to get dresses. After being told 10-14 weeks. Dresses came in two weeks before wedding. Still need a second fitting. Staff was rude and said it was our fault (the bridesmaids). Stay away rip off central. Oh and they wanted us to use their seamstress for alterations as well. Another way for them to take your money and rip you off!!

I love the store itself and the one associate I did like wont be there much longer the rest of them are a bunch of teenagers that do not have any idea of what theyre doing and are on their phones most of the time.

I give it a 1 star for the dresses in the window. Whats even funnier. I tried to ignore the negative reviews and check it out for myself and right before we got out the the car I told my cousin and daughter what the reviews said. Wasnt in the store no longer then 5 minutes. They are rude and sent a child to take care of us. She had to be no older then 10 years old. Smh...So back to Davids bridal we went. I say stay awayyyyyyyyyyyyy

I had a wonderful experience here. My mom wanted to stop in just to look around one day and I was so scared because I knew you needed an appointment but Marcy was there and said no problem we could look. I tried many other stores with no luck, it wasnt until Mel and I believe Kayla started pulling dress styles that I hadnt even considered that I found mine. I was there well into the night, like three hours, and Mel just kept pulling them out. I tried on so many. I never felt like they were annoyed or trying to get me to pick one. Mel is especially great and remembers me everytime I come in! Cant wait to put the dress on for my wedding in two weeks!
