Went up to get my upgrade for my phone, the lady working tried to charge me an extra $60, changing the original price to 164$, instead of 104$. She was extremely unprofessional and appeared to be high. Would not recommend to anyone.
If I could I would give 0 stars instead of 1. The rep that took care of me wouldnt listen to the concern at hand. Was very agrumentive. He refused to call the manager or costumer service. He refused to give his name . I had to call for back up from mentor police when he became threatening. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Very unprofessional. Oh and the problem still hasnt been solved and I am without an phone after only having it for 2 weeks. I am in distress and utter disbelief.
My husband and I went into metro pcs last night because we were having major issues with not being able to send texts from either of our iPhones and we couldn’t even call 611 to try and fix it - the line would say “no route” or disconnect. We went into the store because we had no other option or phone to call tech support. We go into the store and the male agent was so unprofessional - he argued with us telling us it was both of our phones causing the issue and not the metro network. We asked him to call tech support for us - he said he doesn’t call customer service for customers. He said he knew it was both of our phones and not the network. He said it was because I had an update - I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max by the way so this is a brand new phone and my husband has an iPhone 7. My phone is virtually brand new. He said it’s most likely because both of our phones are bring your own device. He was basically just saying anything to blame it on us rather than help us. We were super annoyed when we left. The rep made the comment that customer service is even more useless than him.We ended up having to get my father in law to call for us and customer service literally fixed it within 5 minutes - so apparently even though the rep said customer service is useless they were more helpful than him . They reset the connection to both of our phones and we have now had zero issues - they confirmed it had nothing to do with either of our phones.Please coach your employees mentor metropcs. This was a terrible experience.

I was at the willoughby ohio location and it was a terrible experience. The man was RUDE. Refused to exchange or return my phone after 1 1/2 weeks with the insurance on the.phone. so i spent 180.00 on a phone that i cant get service on. Definately Would not recommend. Also went to the mentor ohio store and they at least tried to help me by contacting corporate. Waiting to hear the outcome. BUYER BEWARE. YOU ARE TOLD ANYTHING TO GET THE SALE!!!

AVOID THIS STORE!!!!After 10yrs with Verizon I made the switch to Metro PCS. I went to this store and the lady behind the counter was very helpful. She got my verizon number switched over, etc. I decided to use my current Verizon phone instead of getting the free phone with the plan I selected. AFTER the transaction was complete, the manager or told me that my service my not be as well as if I had gotten a Metro PCS phone. Had he told me this before the transaction was complete I wouldve gotten the phone with the plan.What he said is true, the service through my verizon phone isnt as good. I called two days later and asked if I could still get the phone since I wasnt informed of this possibility until after the transaction was completed. Despite Metor PCS customer service saying it shouldnt be a problem to do, the manager refuses claiming there is nothing he can do.Since he refuses to make it right I will finish out my month and then take my business to another carrier.This store manager does NOT care about the customer. He got his money for the sale and its screw the customer!

Would rate 0 if I could. Hours posted is never when they r actually there, we went several times. When I called, they were rude and seemed like me having questions irritated them. I took my money elsewhere.
