You should keep your rice cakes stocked. They are a huge lifeline for gluten-free diets. I eat so many of them, so your lack of options makes it hard to justify shopping here.Edit: they obviously read my review. I’ve switched my rating from 2 to 4. This isn’t the best Walmart, but at least they listen, and my goodness, they are WAY better than they used to be.

Love coming here, however every time I shop here the short older door greeter only interacts with certain people Ive noticed by observing while in line or customer service.. Im not the only one that notices this as well.. hopefully she changes this type of behavior before someone escalates the issue

Usually I avoid going to Walmart! To my surprise, this Mentor location IS one of the cleanest, most helpful Walmarts around! Greeters immediately presented a clean shopping cart with a smile & pleasant greeting, not with their nose stuck in a phone & not even look at the incoming customer! How refreshing! Eddie in Electronics was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & took his time with me! The staff presented a sense of pride in their work & environment, what a pleasure, thank you! Other Walmart locations could follow Mentors example, thank you!!

Sad.. came in for a bike for my daughter. There was literally 3 toddler size bikes. Im looking for a ten speed. I ask a clerk whats the deal with the bikes? He asked what do you mean? Well.. there are none.. he told me were out and he has no idea when the next shipment is. So I ask if I order a bike and send it to Walmart or my house can you assemble it? He says yeah.. but I dont know when the guy cones to assemble. He comes once or twice a month the guy had no real answer nor did he care to find out. Step up your game Walmart! Its summer lets get some workers to build bikes.

Hey it’s the forgotten one here! Can I just say, I wasn’t forgotten at this Walmart! Second I walked in the door the greater said “welcome back to Walmart!” As if he could tell I’m a regular circling many Walmart’s in my lifetime. This place is great, the men in the electronics deserve a raise, they’re really nice and go out of their way to help people. I got into a minor argument with a fellow shopper in the clearance section about the mark downs, he said Walmart could’ve knocked a few more dollars off a toy with a crushed box that was originally 9.99 and was marked down to 9.97 but if he’s gonna complain, Walmart should’ve kept it at 9.99. That .02% off wasn’t even worth it. Make him pay full price Walmart. You guys are too good for this kinda mentality. That shopper was ungrateful but I was grateful that the clearance section had a comforter, originally 19.98 but I got it for 19.91. I didn’t need it but it’d match my friend’s brothers, friends sisters room perfectly. So I’ll just push this extra clutter off on her. Gives me an excuse to sneak around and see her again behind all their backs. This is going to be my main Walmart from now on! Keep up the great work.

I love Walmart in the morning. But at night they never have actual cashiers checking people out. You cant just run in, there is a line at self check out. Another thing. Jewelry is never supplied. It was bare last fall and has not changed. You have to go to Mentor Walmart if you are looking for even simple hoops. They dont have them.

U cant find no one to help me, and n the last few months they dont carry any of the dog food that my dogs will eat. Dont know what I have to do to get it thru the heads to order that brand cuz I dont want to go all over the country side to find it. Wen u get them it would be nice for a line to drop my way to let me know that u have the one kind of dog food that my dogs will eat. And the service lately has been like-5. Thank U for letting me to let u know that this Walmart is going to the ground.

Im trying to reach the pharmacy. Accidentally saved the main store number, dont know if there is a direct pharmacy line, when saving the contact in my phone. THREE times someone has picked up & HUNG up on me!! Only one of those times did they even speak to me!I called back AGAIN & after about 30 rings finally got a person. Asked for a manager & was put immediately on HOLD. I gave up after TWO HOURS on HOLD!!I am absolutely disgusted with this Horrible customer service!! I just switched to this pharmacy because I have moved.The pharmacy staff are very kind & friendly in person. Very helpful. But this Sunday cant be so busy that every department hangs up or doesnt answer, for hours. Pathetically disrespectful to customers trying to get a prescription problem solved.

Had EVERYTHING I was looking for in stock! So much better than the Eastlake location. Clean store. Friendly employees. Plenty of handicap parking and parking in general. I wish they were a superstore with the vegetables, fresh meat, deli counters.

Pretty standard Walmart that has all your essentials. Food, pharmacy, electronics, clothing - its all there and cheap. Store is pretty cramped compared to other because of the small footprint. Staff are generally nice and efficient. Shelves are a bit disheveled.

Had everything I was looking for and an electric cart for my use. I have a hard time walking. Check out was fast and there were enough check outs open.

I mean its walmart. Has food, clothing and other items you may need for your everyday.... Decently priced most of the times but id look online for prices to make sure you are getting the best because other than food and clothes everything is hit or miss on the savings game....

Snarkiest customer service ever as usual (from the same girl). God forbid I dont hear her tell me not to put my card in yet despite the screen saying to with water in my ear from earlier that day, a plastic barrier in between us, loads of people around and my anxiety up from being in that zoo. I used to just come in for the occasional money orders but now Im springing for checks so that I dont need you for that anymore either. I know it gets straining to deal with tons of people on a warm day but that doesnt make it alright. Raise your standards. Dont bother reaching out with a gift card or any BS like that.

Walmart you need to train your employees to be nicer to the customers. Plus I prefer to have a cashier check me out as I dont get payed to do it. Id rather keep someone with a job. You need more cashier lines open. Last time I was there. Employees were just milling around doing nothing but talking to each other.

The Walmart SuperCenter in Madison is great and clean. It has a great selectionBetter than the Walmart in Mentor!

They are done with the remodeling job. It looks GREAT, but most everything is moved around & now you have to learn where everything thing is again.When you are in a hurry its not the place to shop

Quite literally the largest collective of good for nothings I have ever encountered.

I hate going to Walmart as it is but I forgot my mask in my car, the Walmart greeter asked where was my mask so I run back to my car to put it on, I come back inside and I am still not greeted, she greeted every other customer but me but I guess she decided to make up for it by starring at me. I feel racially profiled because of that experience and that is why I am never shopping at this Walmart again. She was an older Caucasian female. She is the reason why this review is getting two stars because the lady in the electronics department helped me with no issues and Walmart pay made my check out easy.

The customer service section for returns is ALWAYS packed and poorly managed. You can tell the employees arent enjoying their job and often need assistance from an unhappy manager. The store itself also tends to be unorganized in some departments. Walmart is going downhill.

Ever since they remodeled they seem to have gotten rid of a large handful of items. Actually the items are there, just not as big of a selection now. I know with whats going on its hard to find people to work but there wasnt many checkout lanes to choose from. Long lines.

Asked the guy working in the electronics department if they had a game available. He said I dont know. Didnt bother checking. His only reasoning was, they are in the middle of a remodel. Not sure what that has to do with checking. Guess he was upset I interrupted his conversation with his coworker.

What is happening in Mentor to the Walmart? Low volume.... it is not busy at all. I hadnt been in that store for awhile. Not like other Walmarts. It was very disappointing 😞

No rider to get around for handicap people

I normally avoid shopping here because of moral and political issues, but my insurance gives out a card for free otc medical supplies up to a certain amount. The brand is walmarts equate.Positives for today. There was inclusivity in who they hired. Workers in wheelchairs and walkers, a women with a hijab, and elderly workers amongst their usual staff. I appreciate that, now they need to improve how they treat their employees to retain them.

Staff is pleasant/helpful. Wish they had a lot more handicap carts. I actually drive past first to see if there are any carts....and if its full of cars I keep on going and go back later or another day. It needs to be cleaner. There were no sanitizer wipes to clean my cart. No one knew how to replenish the wipes. Thankfully there was sanitizer liquid.

Went to get sons ears pierced. No one bothered to see if we needed assistance. Went to have someone paged. Waited a good 20 minutes. No one came. Called the store. No one answered. Asked a worker they said they would grab some one to help. Waited anxiously. No one ever came to help. No one dared to ask us if we were ok as we sat at the jewelry counter and my child was heart broken. I like this store. And they are usually helpful, just wont ever go for an ear piercing again. Ever.

Welcoming upon entrance of store.. Staff very friendly, helpful, kind, and accommodating!.. Informative on items, products and knowledgeable where its located.. Theyll direct or personally, will show the customer the area/aisle of item.. Great experience!

Seems nobody wants to work here, which makes the store fall behind drastically. People dont work here, probably because theyre treated terribly. Strange ...

Worst Walmart in Lake County. They never answer their phones, there is never anyone around to help, only one cashier... lines are long, store is outdated and a lot of stuff is always out of stock. Management sucks. Hasnt been good since store manager Shelly was there in the late 1990s. It needs to close.

Walmart has always been a decent store I love the fact that theyre open 24 hours a day the merchandise is a little bit on the cheap side made in China though.

The Walmart in Eastlake was a great disappointment. They advertise a garden center, but have no plants, thats NOT a garden center. I parked by the garden center, went into their doors and no carts. Im a bit handicapped right now, so I needed a cart to lean on. Also, folks here were a bit less than friendly. Wont be going again to Eastlake Walmart

Wow, I was really surprised but his walmart. I will definitely be returning to this one its a lil further than a few that are by my house, but it is definitely worth the drive. Their camping/survival section was stocked unlike them 3 walmarts by my house. Got quite a few things we have been looking for. I also grabbed some discounted school supplies. Well actually, only grabbed discounted notebooks and folder. and thats because they can always be use. The folders as plastic $0.75 per plastic folder with the 3 prongs. And the notebooks (just plain regular notebooks) they was $0.24. such a deal. I got 5 folders and 12 college ruled notebooks. I will be back soon.

Love the Chardon Walmart. Always very clean, organized and well stocked. Also able to quickly get assistance from employees. Live in Eastlake but will continue to drive to Chardon.

Difficult to find staff for assistance. Never enough registers open.

Seemed clean enough....never a lot of King comforter sets in stock, which is frustrating. Helpful staff and was able to check out decently fast, which wasnt the case the last time I was there.

Its a basic Walmart, but they are efficient.
