Awesome place! They have such a large selection of childrens clothes, toys, and accessories all priced pretty low so you can walk out with tons of stuff for a great price. They also will buy the stuff your kid may have grown out of.

Clean and very well organized. My mother told me about one she went to in MA so I decided to check this one out. Nice variety of clothes for a wide range of ages. They have shoes as well, sorted by sex and size. Its very easy to find what you are looking for. The prices are decent though some are a bit high for second hand. The clothes were all in beautiful condition. I will definitely be back many times!

I brought in a bag of clothes to see what I may get.They said there was an hour wait and to leave my name and number for them to call back.I waited the hour and they never called me.They tried saying my clothes were too soiled and they were of no use to them.They also rudely made it a point to tell me they didnt launder the clothes.They went straight to the racks on hangers.One shirt had stains.There was absolutely NOTHING else wrong with anything else! Whatever! Ill find better deals for NEW stuff at Walmart!!

I could not score well at all! My family member went in with new items and were not treated well! They actually stated one of the items was not clean enough! And I know it was because I cleaned it! And if anyone knows me then they know im a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning! They also do not pay hardly anything for items! Truly sad!

OUAC is my first stop when buying clothes for the youngest grandson. The prices are good. They were having a $1 sale my last visit. Brought 9 outfits for $9 plus tax, including two 3-piece dress outfits perfect for church or any special occasion. Our 17 month old is growing too fast to pay full/retail prices.

There is lots of options for all kids types and functions. Shoes and toys, costumes, blankets and learning tools. Service was good too and everything is clean and fairly well organized. Sometimes it hard to get around, its tightly packed in there and a little disorganized but its all quality stuff.

Always a pleasure shopping here! I always walk out with bags and bags of clothes for both my daughter (9y) and son (7m). So many trends to choose from, lots of toys, and other accessories. Pricing is great, I just feel some things may be overpriced but that still doesnt stop me from shopping!

I have been going there for years every since my first son was born. So now where I go it seems like I have trouble selling thinks nothing is never perfect for them the clothes have to be in perfect condition which is unrealistic for used clothing. Just unhappy experience with them for the past year

With a big family, places like this are essential to keep clothes on their backs affordably and have them still look very nice and presentable. The manager there was particularly very friendly and helpful to me while I was shopping for Easter dresses. I go here as often as I can!

Please do not sell your items here. There are other stores, thrift stores, garage sales, or even just donating the items to those in need. They WILL NOT give you a fair and reasonable price. I realize that the items are used but if its in good condition they should be reasonable. Also they will not take many of your items. In my opinion it wasnt worth the gas I wasted driving up there. Not to mention the staff are extremely unfriendly and rude.

I took a tote of clothes in baby 6-9 months and made sure they didn’t have any stains on them or anything like that. They called and told me they passed on it. Cause they were ripped, stained and a whole bunch of other bs. I will never return to that store again.

I heard about this store and stopped in and I was surprised they have so many things that are like brand new for so cheap. Works wonderful if you are a daycare owner or a new parent!!

I had a lot of issues with my last encounter and I will not be returning. I brought 3 bins of clothing in - one bin with infant clothes newborn - 9 months. The other two were 4T-6x. I called prior to bringing everything in (since it was A LOT) and was told they were looking for winter infant and all 4T-6x. I spent a lot of time folding to their liking and sorting though imperfections and seasons so they only needed to look through what they asked for.Now, had the clothing I actually brought in been anything other than good condition, off season, or not desirable brands... sure, send me home with 3 full tubs of clothing. Out of those three tubs, all of which include clothes from Justice, Abercrombie, Old Navy, Target, North Face - I was given $20.1. If you are not truly looking to buy anything that you informed me of over the phone, you should be honest with your sellers as its a waste of our time as well to lug all of this into your store. My time is valuable and you wasted it by not even looking through them. Theres photos to prove that. As well as a BRAND NEW North Face Jacket still slipped on the side of one of the bins. I cant imagine you wouldnt have resold that if you had actually looked through.2. Correct me if Im wrong, but I do believe in the past when I have sold to you - the amount of in house credit vs. the amount of cash you received was different. Today, after reclaiming my clothes, and lots of time spent in your store trying on dresses with a very picky child, you did not offer me in store credit. You asked if I wanted to trade and never gave me the option or dollar amount.3. I received a receipt from you and had hoped that it gave me some kind of information on what you actually bought from me. Now shame on me for not asking while I was there, but Id like to know exactly what you took out of the bins and what the dollar amount was received per item.I will be reselling the clothing myself now and have to wonder if youre not buying what you say youre buying because of the increase in accessibility to online selling. Just a thought.The only reason my review receives 2 stars instead of 1 is because two of my daughters left with a smile on their face. As a mom of girls with polar opposite taste, two smiles leaving one store with new clothes is a victory.

Better selection than revolve kids and cheaper but I wasnt happy with the fact they took nothing next time Ill be prepared and not have wrinkle clothes btw which wasnt wrinkled but I know now its my first visit and wont be my last

Very rude staff! We no sooner walked into the store barely got a greeting and the clerk told us they dont take clothes in plastic bags as they will get wrinkled. We went home put them in bins folded them nicely brought them back within 2 hours of closing. They told us they wouldnt go through the items til the am. They called us the next am. For 3 shorts and 2 tops they only gave us $5. Upon retrieving our left over items they were put back in the bins in disarray. Not worth the time or hassle folks!

Great quality of clothing even though theyre hand me downs and the store smells wonderful as soon as you walk in.

We live about 35-40 minutes drive away from this place and make the trip when we want to stock up on basic clothing for my kids about once a season or so. Its a solid second-hand store. Some of the items are not as nice or in like-new condition (this is not like shopping at Target!), but its basically like a thrift store but smaller and without all the worst stuff (you still have to sift through, but not like at a big thrift store). Before I had children I used to go thrifting a lot, but at this point its too stressful to take both my children to a big store like that. They have a play area in the back that kids can use, and a moderately good selection. I cant speak to the selling side as Ive never tried to sell there.

This store is completely racist and rude. I brought a whole bag full off half unworn clothes and they stated it have stains and was port quality they never touched anything in my bag. Everything was completely how I left it. I would not recommend for anyone to shop or support this place especially anyone of color. They just tossed my bag as if I had a disease and dont want anyone that fortunate enough to have nice quality items they may need just cause of who I was when I walked in the door. This is sad and just pitiful.

Terrible, I absolutely will never ever go back!!! Wasted my time and gas to drive to them. I was disappointed with what I was offered for my products. They buy for a certain price and make a 75% profit off of what they pay you. I would have been better off having a garage sale or saving the things until I could give them away someone that would really appreciate them. Dont make the same mistake I did!!!

Stopped by to get our newborn grandchild a onesie. Told the gal what grandma needed and she took me right to the correct rack to view the selection. Great place to purchase clothes and stuff for the grandkids. Never had a problem at this location! :)

Very unfriendly and blatantly rude staff. I have been shopping and selling here for the past 2 years and my past five visits were terrible. Im officially ready to give up on them. I will no longer be doing business with this location. There are plenty of other consignment and thrifty stores in the area, do a quick Google search to see which is closest and save yourself a waste of your time.

Very rude staff! I had taken clothes there to sell many times, most times I brought them in their once upon a child bag that they sell there ...the last time I went there the lady sorting clothes snapped at me that they dont except clothes in bags and asked me to dump it in their basket and as soon as I dumped it in she says those are all too wrinkled now, we probably cant except those now she told me it would 3-4 hour wait so I went home and they called me 30 mins later saying it was ready to pick up.. the basket was in the same place I left it! I wont ever go back! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place !!

The worse unorganized place to sell your items. They dont give you a list of what you. sold. They lost most of my items and didnt give me my money back and donated the rest without my permission.

I have shopped here a couple of times and brought A LOT of items, mainly clothes, to sell for the first time yesterday. I had 2 laundry baskets and a box full of clothes to sell. I knew not all would be purchased by the shop- some items were really worn but I figured Id try. She did buy some items, less than a basket full is what she accepted. I was surprised because most of what she declined was name brand and in really good shape- like a brand new pair of Old Navy little girl jeans, NEW WITH TAG...she did not take those. What puzzles me is that most of what is on the racks- and I looked at sizes 5T through size 8, literally it all was SO worn, faded, practically see through from wear. I am not attempting to trash the store out of bitterness, I am being honest, and I made this observation the times I have been in there prior to selling my own items. Really I thought most of my items would sell because I have seen the old and faded items that you typically find on their racks. It just seems stupid that there is so much crap on the racks but she didnt want to buy nice clothes in good condition. Really are people buying the crap on the racks? Thats what Id like to know. I mean it was stuff that I probably wouldnt hand down from an older child to a younger child, just due to wear and fading. Oh well, certainly not the end of the world but many items I would expect the shop to really want were turned down and it makes no sense to me. So, if you are a shopper, then sure, its worth going there to filter through the racks. If you need baby-infant-small toddler clothes then I think its definitely worth it- same thing with the Big Red Wagon Consignment Sales- for smaller and younger kids you can find some real good buys, as younger kids, especially babies, grow so fast that many items are in like-new condition. If you are going to sell, just dont get your hopes up. They pay you 30% of what theyd sell the item for, and they say they sell items for 50% off the new/retail price. If an item would retail for $10, they say theyll sell it for $5, therefore youd receive $1.50. So youre likely not going to get paid a large sum of money, but if you have clothes to get rid of and you need instant cash then its worth a try, but be prepared to wait awhile while they filter through your items (if you brought a lot) and dont expect to get paid a lot. Honestly you can probably make more in a garage sale or selling at Big Red Wagon, but then again those options arent instant cash or guaranteed sales. Overall, not overly impressed with the store or the owner but you never know what you will find there, and at least you get paid cash instantly for any items they are willing to buy from you.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Took a small basket with clothes on a Thursday, they said theyll call! Its been almos a week and they didnt call or anything. So then I called them to ask whats going on with my clothes, they said oh we didnt take anything! ..so I was like so then why nobody bother to call me and let me know! My clothes been sitting there for almost a week tf!I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE! Now I dont know if they might took some clothes,Im going to pick up my basket tomorrow and Im going to check and count my clothes just to make sure! Its very strange that they didnt call me right away to tell me, instead I had to call and find out what was going with my clothes SMH!!

Clean, very small, they shove as much product as humanly possible into the showroom, which is fine until you have cross traffic in isles. Besides that, had a good selection, a little over priced but not bad.

My mom bought my five-month-old a bouncer from there for Christmas. It was the dirtiest thing Ive ever seen it took me over an hour to take it all apart to clean the toys and the fabric. There was old crusty spit up and food crumbs and hair in The crevices of the toys they all unsnap from the base so that means once upon a Child didnt clean or sterilize anything like they say they do. Im so grossed out!

The owner or clerk whom ever was working on Tuesday, September 20 was the rudest person Ive ever encountered. She was mean and and refused to take my donations because she had been there since 8:30am and was ready to go home. Dont go to this location. The horrible customer service is not worth it.
