I made my appointment for 10/12/21 for my Flu Vacine and arrived on time. I am the only person in the entire store. When I arrived the Pharmacist was clearly on a personal call, which I dont see a problem with as long as you can preform your duties. Got off the phone and proceeded filling numerous perscriptions (yes, I was there to witness all of this).The two supportive staff in the Pharmacy were great, FYI. See, I scheduled this appointment pre did the paper work so that I could arrive and be back at work on time. Last year when I just stopped in I did not have a problem. This year different Pharmacist difference experience. I had to leave without a shot because the Pharmacist did not respect my appointment time. So, 10/13/21 I said to myself lets try it again without a appointment, knowing how important this shot is. Just my luck the Pharmacist (I think her last name is Thomas) was there the same Pharmacist from last year, great. Without a appointment no pre-filled out forms, not to mention she was the only person in Pharmacy. Get this I was out of there in 10 min with my shot. She was great and a true professional, she is in need of a raise!

Do not let them put your drivers license number into Their system. They will screw it up. And they will allow other peopleto buy products under your drivers license number so that youre not able to get the medication that you need. And the people in the pharmacy claim that they cant do anything about it. called corporate, corporate says they have to get a district manager and talk to them. And it would be 24 to 48 hours before anyone would even be able to get back to you. Thats fantastic four people who need medication to be able to breath correctly.

If you need a pharmacy, DONT GO TO THIS ONE!!!! Rude pharmacist with no human decency and when giving covid vaccines be prepared to wait 3 hours.

I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Apparently they care more about socializing w co workers than helping customers. I won’t be back.

Pharmacists that go above and beyond to help their customers! If you need meds in the Mentor-on-the-lake area. Try the RiteAid pharmacy they really help! 🤓

Its very clean and the satisfaction is wonderful. I can be inn and out in minutes.

Extremely rude pharmacy tech and clerk at the front counter. It’s no wonder Walgreens across the street is always busy and this store is always dead. Hopefully the manager or owner sees this. I was in the store around 11:30am 4/14/2018. Fix your staff.
